I was referred to Dr. Dyme by my wife. I had full mouth x-rays and a cleaning in November, 2021, and had an old filling replaced in January, 2022. These are among the nicest professional people I have ever encountered, from Dr. Dyme walking me through the procedure with calm and patience and gentle reassurance. He asked several times “how are you doing”? “Are you comfortable”? “Do I need to give more Novocaine”? “Do you need to take a break”? Marjana (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) is a sweetheart, trying to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Heather, Anna and Debbie are such nice front desk folks and very efficient. I haven’t been to Dr. Dyme yet (though I hear great things) I went to Dr. Jensen for my last cleaning + had a wonderful experience. Everyone from Debbie (the front desk) to the hygienist to Dr. Jensen. Everyone was very friendly, kind + informative. The previous dentist I went to was not as thorough + had poor quality X-rays. When she retired and turned the practice over to Michael Dyme, I found he continues her tradition of highly professional, competent, and friendly care. My son and I went in this week for some long overdue dental treatment, delayed due to Covid. Dr. Dyme and his staff are highly knowledgeable and skilled. And, the patient chairs have a massage setting, so you can get a massage while your teeth are being cleaned! You can’t beat the convenience of the office’s great location in Glenview, right across the street from Trader Joe’s. Free parking in abundance makes for an easy in and out as well.
