I love the dental work I received by Dr. Richmond. It was the first time I’ve ever received dental care and did not have pain afterwards. She’s excellent at what she does. The front desk staff though…one in particular, I just don’t care to deal with her ever again. My review is based only on the work I received.

Root Canal and Bridge – Dr. Rosie Richmond provides great care as a dentist. I have had tooth pain on my left side for a few weeks and she performed a root canal and her post operative care has been great. Her team made sure I knew exactly what my insurance would cover. She also readjusted the bite on my bridge a few times in the last few weeks to make sure I was perfectly comfortable. Thank you Dr. Richmond for practicing a LOVE filled dental practice

My visit to Dynamic Dental Smiles of Midtown exceeded my expectations! I am new to the Memphis Midtown area and prefer to patron local business. From the time I entered the waiting room until my departure, I was treated respectfully and serviced in a timely manner. Dr. Richmond had a kind and caring bedside manner. She and her staff showed me a video of the prevalent conditions and then another video about the recommended procedures. I am definitely going to continue getting my dental services at Dynamic Dental Smiles-Midtown!

I have been here three times in the past month for exam, cleaning and some fillings. Each and every time I’ve been nothing but pleased with the service I’ve received. The office is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are very professional, very organized and are always welcoming. The dentist and hygienist took time to explain problems and procedures and did their best to have a gentle touch. They weren’t pushy about me buying products or services as I’ve occasionally experienced in other offices and I was thankful for that. I do not have dental insurance so I was happy to find their cash prices to be competitive and reasonable.  I’m relived to have found quality, affordable dental care.
