Having a daughter with special needs makes it hard to find a gentle and patient dr. We came here and fell in love, the dentists and asst are welcoming and super friendly. My daughter is in a wheelchair and they were able to accommodate all her needs with such kindness. I brought my son and he had a super great experience also. Thank you e3 dental.

I love that I can text the office pictures of my daughter’s teeth when I wasn’t sure if she needed a visit.  And Dr. Lim texts back.  I also like that they have TV in the ceiling for my daughter to watch during the procedure. They also let your child pick a toy every time. It’s easy to schedule appointments and it’s easy to park. I take my 2.5 year old here. Dr. Lim is very friendly. The first time we went, I had a 10am appointment. But I kept calling the office to move it back to a later time because my daughter was still sleeping and didn’t wake up till 10 or 11am ( She always woke up at 7am-8am. I am not sure what happened.) They are so accommodating. When we arrived, my daughter was crying and screaming and I couldn’t calm her down. Dr Lim came outside to the parking lot and brought her a bubble blowing thing. My daughter calmed right away, the rest was a breeze.  Today was our second visit, the stupid GPS on my phone told us to go across the street to the Sams club side. (They are on the opposite side of the street of Sam’s club). Anyway, Dr Lim took my daughter in right away. I told her I was scared of the xrays and procedures. So Dr Lim was not pushy at all. She cleaned my daughter’s teeth and told us to monitor her. She gave us alternative ways to keep up her teeth hygiene and told us to come back again to check up. When I was coming home, I deiced to use the car’s GPS instead of my phone. For some reason, the GPS had me drive in circles. I am so upset and weirded out by the GPS situation. I am pretty sure the same thing happened last time we were here. Next time, I better reply on my memory instead of the GPS.

I cannot wait for the practice to open. Dr. Kim is knowledgeable, fast, and always cheerful. The facility looks so modern and clean! Would definitely recommend to all family and friends!!!

I found this dentist on Yelp and saw the good reviews. They are just as good as stated. I hate going to the dentist and tend to be a bit of a baby. They made me feel super comfortable the entire time I was there. They have all up to date equipment and taking x-rays was a breeze! (Not so much in the past). While Dr. Lim was working If I had any discomfort she would stop right away and make sure I was good before continuing. The staff was just as nice and took the time to explain everything in detail. I have to go back for a follow up and now feel at ease for the next appt. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lim and her staff, especially if you dread the dentist

Fast. Professional. Very knowledgeable about new dental technologies and could answer all the questions I posed very easily. Very family friendly and always seems to be a great experience versus my previous dental office visits.

Favorite Dental Experience Ever! First, they have the latest dental technology. The classy glass walls and clean decor feels very welcoming, especially for kids. The E3 dental staff are friendly and professional! I first went to Dr. Susan Lim for a second opinion. I learned that I didn’t need the absurd amount of dental work that my other dentist insisted on. Its important to me find an honest healthcare provider. I’m lucky to have found this place!

Dr. Lim was wonderful and informative. She was patient with my daughters throughout the whole time. My four year old had three cavities that needed to be filled and the procedure was so fast my daughter didn’t even notice.

I’ve been taking my kids to E3 Dental for a couple years now. Dr. Lim and her staff is amazing!!! They are very professional, patient, and always so sweet! My kids actually love going to the dentist because they get to watch their favorite shows and pick out a toy each visit! But looking back, I think they are comfortable going to the dentist because their past experiences have been so pleasant. Before every procedure, Dr. Lim lets the kids feel some of the tools she will be using to warm them up and walks them through the entire process. We love E3 Dental!

We always have a wonderful experience at E3 Dental. Susan is terrific with kids. We have been coming here for over a year now and can say that we have found our family dentist for life.

I’ve been coming to E3 Dental for a couple of years now. The staff is very friendly, remembers me by name and is receptive to calls at any time of day. I recently had to re-cement a bridge and they were heavily booked, so I was advised to come in as a walk-in during a less busy timeframe last Saturday. I was almost immediately attended and looked at — my procedure ended up taking ~1 hour, and I’m very grateful that I was taken care of. Will continue to come here for my regular checkups!
