Love this place! The office is fresh and clean, it’s so easy to get to off of i10/59. The staff is all very professional and the dental staff is all excellent ! The artwork is so cool, and all the patient chairs have TVs mounted above you so that you can watch Netflix and try to relax a little. I like the patient oriented feel to the office as well, they make sure you’re informed and comfortable. The techs are gentle with you, and Dr Ma’s skill is top notch and he’s really an awesome dentist.

Best dentist experience I’ve ever had and I hate going to the dentist. Glad I discovered this office. No wait time at all, email and text reminders about the appointment, and the most beautiful and updated office I’ve ever been to. Staff is incredibly helpful and Dr. Ma is knowledgeable, professional and addressed any concerns I had. Love that you can watch Netflix in the background while the staff are working (not to mention the warm towels). I would highly recommend!

I absolutely love going to EaDo Family Dental! Their staff is so professional. I was in search of a new dentist & I decided to try EaDo. From the first time I walked in Susan, the receptionist, greeted me with a smile and helped me schedule my first appointment. When it was time for me to come in they sent reminders via email & text. Which is very helpful! When I arrived they noticed my Prince shirt & put on some Prince over their sound system to make me feel at home. The initial examination was very thorough. They took x-rays & showed them to me on a ceiling mounted screen over the dental chair. Once they showed me what needed to be done, they went over my insurance plan & explained to me what my portion of payment would be for my treatments. All the while they maintained a very professional & patient attitude. All of my questions were answered in terms I could understand. I agreed to the treatments and Dr. Ma & his assistant Patricia took excellent care of me. When I returned the next day for the next phase of my treatment they played David Bowie for me since I had on a shirt with him on it. It’s the attention to small details that really mean a lot to me. All of my work is now complete and I just have to keep up with my routine cleanings with them. The office is absolutely beautiful with unique artwork & beautiful decor. It is conveniently located in the East Downtown area of Houston. You get a personal one-on-one visit & not the cattle type feeling of some dental offices. I’ve since referred my husband & my 73 year old mother to EaDo and they’ve both been pleased. Especially my hubby since he has severe dentist phobia from the past. He had NO problems when he went to EaDo! We plan on being patients there for many,many years to come!

I simply love this place. I had not been to the dentist in about 10 years because I hated going as a kid and I felt like I didn’t have to. One day I got a pain in my mouth that was unbearable and it kept getting worse as the days passed. I looked up several dentist and finally decided to set an appointment with this office based on reviews and wow they did not disappoint. The office staff were very friendly and remember you and your preferences, the rooms were very clean and the dentist Bianca was amazing. I ended up needing a root canal due to a large cavity that developed overtime. Bianca and her assistant made the entire process easy and painless! I love this place and will never go to another dentist. This place has truly spoiled me lol EADO Family Dental for life!

Unfortunately, you see a lot of dentists that try to lie to you and make you get unnecessary procedures… Or they mess up on your teeth and they just say that it was unavoidable. I know all the horror stories and how dentists cheat you for money because my sis saw these things on the daily while she was a dental student! Anyways, this place is not one of those places. Dr. Ma is super honest, friendly, and good at doing his job! Procedures are painless and you can really tell he cares for his patients! I hope this never changes. This dentist spot is super clean and has friendly staff as well. You can watch netflex while they take care of your teeth. Prices are slightly expensive but nothing too extreme compared to the medical center. I honestly referred a bunch of friends to this spot and all of them love it!

Highly recommend this dentist. They got me in for my first cleaning within a week. I sadly had some fillings that needed to get done but they got me the next morning. I luckily have great insurance and they were in my network and ended up saving over $300. During my proceeder they made sure I was okay and even had Netflix to watch while getting it done. Glad to say I finally have permanent dentist I can go to.

Loved it here. Everyone is very nice. They are thorough. Not to mention they have everything to make you feel comfortable during your visit. Even have in house options for those that don’t have dental coverage as myself. I will definitely continue coming here to get my teeth and gums back to fully healthy and dare I say … Make them sexy. As they once were in their youth.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the doctor was very empathetic and informative.  They got me in to see the dentist on the same day I called, within 30 minutes of my call.  As someone who has avoided dentists like the plague, I was  pleasantly surprised at how painless they made my experience.  I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.  Great service!

I’m extremely happy I found  this dental office. I was more than please with my first visit, the background office music was nice and the Netflix in the room a plus(nice distraction). They have a small play area for kids and complimentary drinks. The staff was caring and made me feel comfortable through out my visit.

I’m a person who only leaves reviews if I’ve been blown away by incredible service. I’ll be the first to say I’ve had TERRIBLE experiences over my lifetime with dentist. So much that the last visit made me say if I’m not in pain, no dentist for me. Fear and anxiety kept me away from the dentist for years sadly. I had a sharp pain and knew I couldn’t go through it if it got worse. Reluctantly in pain, I HAD to do something. I googled, yelped, you name it. Called around and so many offices had terrible reviews, or the staff sounded like they weren’t interested in truly assisting or had something better to do (which wouldn’t work for me because I had too many questions/concerns/FEARS to chance another horrible dentist) Read the reviews, saw the pics (they look like a welcoming staff) lol and said why not? The scheduling took a few minutes. The scheduling specialist was so awesome. They sent forms to fill out online to expedite the check in process. Went in, got X-rays done & Dr. Ma recommended the best treatment for my current issue. He didn’t bombard me with a laundry list of $1000s of work to get done. He was concerned with taking care of the current issue, and creating an action plan best for for the patient and their budget. I scheduled an appointment for 2 extractions. I was freaking out (both visits my BP would elevate as soon as I sat down). They recommended a option to help calm me down, numbed my gums & went to work. Dr. Ma & Daniel worked together and did their best (there was slight squirming on my part) lol. The procedure was quick, painless, & most of all affordable. I will never have to worry about the tooth pain ever again. The Office: posh, modern, bright & a great location. Free tea and coffee in the waiting area. Not to mention free WiFi *Bonus points* lol. And they have TVs in each room to watch Netflix while you get worked on. Staff: Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Both visits I didn’t wait longer than 5-7 min before being taken to the back. They answer any questions you have, and even tell you their own personal experience (definite help to a scaredy cat like me). Going to the dentist has been one of my biggest fears, and I am SO GLAD I took a chance and came here. I have a dentist that I can trust, feel comfortable with, and can’t wait to get on the road to a happy healthy smile.

I’ve been on a search for a great dentist that is close to home. Let me tell you, read the Yelp reviews because they give you some insight! That being said, from my initial call to see if they accepted my insurance, to scheduling, and being seen in the office has been a great experience! Everyone is friendly and professional. I had a really great visit and look forward to seeing them again in another six months!

Very clean and cute place. I had some cavities filled and my front gap closed. They were kind, and gentle and I didn’t have any problems with the instructions given to me for care. The TVs over the chair while they worked in me gave a good distraction while they worked in my teeth. Overall I enjoyed my experience and am glad I found a new friendly, affordable and trendy spot!

The location, staff and artwork are the perfect trio to make your dental experience a very pleasant one. Dr. Williams and Dr. Ma have a great staff with Lilly, Gina and Daniel! I’m excited to meet Dr. Ma, Patty and Rosy through my appointments. Both my husband and I have found our new family dentist! We didn’t feel pressured to do treatments and feel comfortable knowing we are not being told to do unnecessary work like our last dentist. We are so glad to have a great dentist in our neighborhood!

I am glad my neighborhood has a wonderful and professional dentist office. Close to home so I can make it to appointments quickly. I also am so glad I was able to get my implants done. Although i was nervous, dr. William’s assured me through the process. I watched netflix while she worked. The recovery was speedy and pain was limited. I also have my dental cleanings here and the hygienist was professional and my teeth felt good! I highly recommend this place.

Hidden little gem in EaDO! I love this dentist…and trust me I know a good dentist!) I was referred from numerous people in the NextDoor app that kept going on and on about how great this place is for price and customer service so I decided to give it a try. I scheduled a late appointment (which I usually try to avoid), but I didn’t feel rushed at all. Professional, affordable, top notch service from the front desk manager to the hygienist and dentist who took the time to explain every step of my treatment. I’m so glad I didn’t move forward with Mint Dentistry, I got wayyy better service and will save $900 on my treatment! The invoice was 1 page and so simple to understand with clear charges. This place is my permanent dentist, it’s the best!!! They even gave me a little goodie bag with toothpaste, toothbrush, chapstick, a koozie, and pop socket!

Going to the dentist never seems like a pleasant experience but since I’ve been a patient at EaDo Family Dental I actually look forward to my appointments!  The office is beautiful and modern and I get to watch Netflix while I get my work done!  All of the staff is amazing, the front girls are so awesome and make registration and check-in a breeze!  Patty and Daniel are amazing they always make me feel so calm and comfortable. I’ve seen both Dr Williams and Dr Ma and I can’t rave enough about them.  They are the best and have such a gentle touch I never feel any pain and I’ve had a lot of work done!  If you’re looking for a dentist look no further, you won’t regret it!

Dr. Ma and the entire staff are outstanding. The interior is very clean and comfortable and they have state-of-the-art technology. I like that you can watch Netflix while they work on you. I needed to have work done but Dr. Ma didn’t give me the hard sell: he pointed out what needed to be done then, and what could wait. Dr. Ma did a wonderful job on my fillings, and it was a painless experience. It’s great to have this in our neighborhood. I highly recommend!
