I’ve not been to the dentist in years, due to my fear of mouth pain, however an abscess of my tooth forced me to find a dentist. I decided on Eagle Creek Dental based off of location. I must say this was the best experience, given the circumstances. Brittany, Gretchen and Dr Raskin were all so professional, thorough and friendly. Each of them took the time to explain what was about to happen and assured me they were here to help. I highly recommend this office.

The staff is very friendly. They do a great job of taking a proactive approach with their recommendations. They are very accommodating if you have to bring a young child with you to your appointment (e.g., turning on cartoons, graciously cleaning up after them, offering a toy or stickers). My child left saying he had a great time while with me at my appointment. I would highly recommend this dentist office as I have been going for over a year now.

I normally hate going to the dentist, but the people here make it a pleasant experience. My hygienist, Stephanie, is the best. She is so positive and asks me questions about my life. The staff is friendly and prompt. They make an effort to know their patients well. The hygienists are skilled and employ a wide variety of modern tools and techniques. The dentist does good work and has a focus on preserving your teeth. I have never felt like someone was trying to sell me anything here with the exception of a water flosser (you probably know which one, but this is a review and I’ll bet brand names are verboten). Dr. Matthew Raskin and his team are amazing! Super kind and professional! Dana and Barb at the front desk knew me by name when I walked in and had me back on time for my appointment. Gretchen was great in explaining every part of my initial exam so I knew what exactly was going on. She even offered to stay late one night for my follow up appointment to accommodate my crazy work schedule! And Dr. Matt… Awesome Guy, Awesome Dentist! They took great pains to make sure their staff and I were safe during my visit. Called from parking lot and they let me know when to come inside. Knocked on locked door and was admitted inside by staff with full PPE. Answered Covid questions, used hand sanitizer, and was escorted to the room for my cleaning. All staff was wearing full PPE.

I HATE going to the dentist but I had a fantastic experience with Eagle Creek Dental Associates. The office was easy to get to, very clean and comfortable, with ample parking. The office staff was all very pleasant and I loved that they brought the billing specialist back to meet with me twice so we could discuss costs and co-pays; they were very clear on what I would be required to pay. The hygienist made sure all of my questions were answered and she was very communicative about what she was doing. The doctor was great, she took the extra time to remove some old cement from a fixed retainer I had years before, even though my last dentist didn’t even acknowledge it. I absolutely recommend Eagle Creek Dental Associates.

I enjoyed a very welcoming, knowledgeable and experienced staff, as a new patient, while being made to feel “right at home!” The reception was my first contact that clearly provided a peek at how I felt my dental care would be handled at this office would be. Related registration forms and clear instructions were provided cheerfully. On appointment day, my hygienist was a sweetheart who put me at ease and explained clearly what she would be doing and why. I was impressed with the level of technology she used to capture images of my teeth. I was relaxed through all the procedures my hygienist performed from xrays to and including the teeth cleaning. Dr. Daniels was very “down to earth” and thourough in her exam. Dr. Daniels and her staff had me looking forward to my future dental care visits. For many years, I previously drove over 26 miles for dental care needs until my previous dentist retired. I’m thankful to have located a dentist office I feel very comfortable with at Eagle Creek Dental Associates. And the office is much closer to home too! More important, I am highly satisfied with the services I have received there. So, thanks to all of the staff for following through on every visit with my first impression of their dental office. As of my January 2021 visit, it’s been some time ago since Dr. Daniels relocated. Dr. Matt Raskin and the staff continue to provide me excellent dental cleanings, treatments and recommendations for my dental health. I remain blessed and grateful to have been able to connect with their office for my dental care.

Dr. Rankin was able to see Me, at the last minute, for an appointment. The front office staff was extremely kind and patient with Me, as I was in pain. Dr. Rankin, and assistant Constance, worked hard and quickly to get the situation resolved, and I left with the pain gone and all adjustments done. I will be leaving My current dentist and going to Dr. Rankin from now on.
