I cannot say enough about the service you all provide!! The atmosphere is SO positive and you can tell the staff are happy which really instills confidence as a patient. I love that from start to finish, there are ALWAYS staff that walk you through each step. Dr. J is outstanding and has helped me so much with all of the procedures I have been through lately. Her knowledge, fun personality!, expertise, and gentleness keeps me coming back without fear or anxiety. I am also so amazed and grateful for the highest technology they provide. I just had a crown and the turnaround time is so quick as they made the crown right in the office and the entire process was done in about 2 hours. Thank you ALL so much for making each visit a real pleasure!

I have had nothing but incredible service from everyone on the staff. They are always responsive they always answer the phone they always get back they are great will follow through and you don’t wait long for your appointments. Particularly challenging year 2020 with covid-19 and they adjusted very well. I really can’t think of anything negative to say about this place.

Dr. Arce is the most amazing dentist I have ever gone to. She took the time to chat before she went in my mouth. She also explained everything very well and made sure I understood what was happening. I really appreciated the time she took with me. She was also the most friendly dentist and has a great personality! All the other staff in the office were very friendly and helpful. I also had almost no wait time! It was a fantastic trip to the dentist!

I have had dental work done in the past and this is by far the best dental experience I’ve had. The office is extremely clean, the staff very friendly and professional. I hadn’t seen the dentist since moving to ABQ and it had been a while so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The entire staff was supportive, did an excellent job laying out the process, financial situation, and worked with me to develop a dental plan. As a bonus they leverage technology very effectively to communicate the health of your teach.

I took my daughter for her Orthodontic work. This place is very clean and the orthodontist and her assistant were very professional and friendly. SInce we had already filled out forms online prior to the visit, the checking process was quick. Financial assistant was also friendly and professional and clearly explained all the costs clearly. Overall the entire staff at this place is very nice and professional. I think a little bit of more space in waiting area and treatment area could make treatment procedure more relaxing.
