I recently had to have a root canal performed. I woke up in extreme pain, face swollen, tooth throbbing, making my neck, ear, and head hurt! First one in about 15 years. They got me an appointment the same day, immediatley got me out of pain, and treated my root canal. They even called me the next day, on a SATURDAY, to make sure I wasn’t still in pain, and that the swelling had gone down. I could not be more thankful or love this office more than I do. Thanks for getting me out of pain, Eagle Run Dental!! Just another reason to keep sending my friends to your office. You guys care so much!

Eagle Run West Dental Group, Dr. Sharlene and Dr. Robert Wilson have been my dentist for 20 years. They run a smooth and amazingly tight ship. They are extremely professional with a highly trained and efficient staff. Finding a doctor who cares like Dr. Sharlene and Dr Bob do are a rare find. They recently impressed me when they recommend I see another dental professional, an endodontist. They could have done the work I needed done but they wanted to ensure I was in the best care and referred me to someone else. That’s professionalism, integrity and classy. I have been going to Eagle Run Dental for about a year now. I got the Invisalign treatment through them, and they have been amazing! Each visit the staff is extremely friendly and caring. They explain each procedure and show you and describe the imaging taken right in front of you. They are very good about making sure you have copies of everything and making sure that you do not have any questions or other concerns! I would highly recommend them to anybody searching – especially for those interested in Invisalign!

I’ve been going to see Dr Sharlene and Dr Robert Wilson for years. They are both very professional. Above that they are the most personable dentists I’ve ever been to. Finding an office that makes you feel comfortable for dental work must be an art and they have mastered it. Everyone in the office is friendly and sincere about providing excellent service and have proven so by following up with me if I’m having a dental emergency and attending to it quickly. I would recommend anyone not “loving” their dental experience to see either Dr. Both are excellent!

I’m the girl with super-mega dental phobia. I’m not missing any teeth, don’t have scary gum disease and lack a logical excuse for my fear. Some of us fear spiders and some of us fear dentists, but since I am insane about oral care, I suck it up and go. Although both Dr. Wilsons are great, I see Dr. Bob the most. He is the NICEST dentist on the entire planet of earth. The entire practice is customer service focused from the minute you walk in the door for your appointment when you’re greeted by name (they take a photo of you at your first visit). When you’re called back for your appointment, you’re given a pillow, offered a blanket and setup with a headset with XM radio or a movie (they have a DVD collection). They use the latest in dental technologies – high pressure power wash (I’m sure there’s a real name for that), digital cameras that show your teeth in super-zoom and flouride that only sits in your mouth for what seems like a millisecond. My entire family has switched to this practice. I’m slowly coverting my friends as well. Best of all, this clinic doesn’t have that distinct dental clinic smell that conjures up that fear.

They were able to keep him entertained with video games until I was finished! The office is always on time and I have never had to wait unlike other dental offices where you can wait forever. In 1999 I broke my two front teeth. One of the teeth sustained severe trauma and I was forced to have a root canal. Over the next 16 years I had 4 other root canals by 3 dental “experts” in Omaha. However, the root (no pun intended) of my problem was not discovered until I sat with Shar at Eagle Run Dental. With her equipment and experience she was able to easily identify that my tooth had a crack which would never allow the problem area to fully heal. She laid the hard news on me that I’d have to have my front tooth pulled, my other front tooth redone and also have to get braces in order to preserve the new teeth that would go in, then went over the various treatment options. Her recommendation in maxillofacial surgeon couldn’t have been better. He both extracted the tooth and installed the implant with minimal discomfort and thoroughly inspected the area over the next few months to ensure it was healing correctly. After everything healed Shar then stepped in and remade my two front teeth, one around my tooth’s original root and another around my new implant. I can’t tell you how amazing they look. They’re hard and look so natural my friend who is a dentist couldn’t even tell they had been replaced. Overall my personal experience was beyond exceptional compared to the various other dental offices I visited since my accident. For that reason I continue to see Shar for routine office visits and anything else I may need as they have truly EARNED my trust. I know they care about my oral health and it’s shown in the care they’ve provided.
