I love East Lake Dental, they always get me in and out in no time, feeling confident with my freshly clean teeth. I was hesitant to go to the dentist this year, but they took all the COVID precautions to make it safe and comfortable. Plus since they are up to date on all the billing policies and processes, I get more out of my dental insurance and pay less then I did with my last two dentists. It was definitely worth the switch for me and my family.

Best dentist experience! The office is really clean and welcoming and everyone is so kind and makes you feel at ease. Would highly recommend! I had such a good experience that our whole family is starting care here. I really appreciate how thoughtful and nice everyone at East Lake Dental is — makes a huge difference for someone who gets nervous about going to the dentist.

Took my 90 year old Dad with recently diagnosed Alzheimer’s to this dentist because he couldn’t remember who he used to see and they had great yelp reviews. We were cheerfully greeted the second we entered.  The place was spotless and had a “new” feel throughout. They had what appeared to be state of the art equipment.  (The dentist admitted his affinity of acquiring the latest gadgets and technology.) The Receptionist, Dental Assistant, and Dentist worked openly together to make us feel welcome and genuinely interested in who we were and talking with us as if we’d known each other for years.  The dentist did the cleaning himself and was extremely thorough in his exam, history taking and cleaning and yet he was gentle. He explained EVERYTHING before executing which put my Dad very much at ease.  he took a lot of time showing us the xrays and explaining what he saw in great detail. We did not feel rushed, as the dentist took the time to converse with my dad about things like my dads past occupation and life in general.  It was actually a “fun” visit! Not what you usually expect from a visit to the dentist! The memory has actually stuck with my Dad (and most things don’t stick any more) as a really great trip to the dentist.  We would recommend East Lake Dental to all! It is also quite close to CC Young Senior Living and he does welcome seniors.

ELD is the best dental clinic! It is very friendly place and everyone does work perfect! They respect your time and you don’t need waist it waiting a service. It looks you can come here and solve all your problems, not only a problem with teeth. I like these guys!

Outstanding dentist with friendly, responsive staff. Easy to get an appointment, and communication was excellent. Office is new and spotlessly clean with easy parking. I’ve been to dentists that find more problems in my mouth than I have teeth. Not here. I got only what I needed quickly and (relatively) painlessly. Happy to have found Dr DeSutter and his crew.

It was fun! I really liked Dentist.He was cool. He showed to me clear picture of condition of my teeth and both of us realized that we have no choice for work together. He explained me his project how to help me and I couldn’t explain him where I could find money for that. But he liked my smile and even took a few pictures ( by my permission of course) of it. He promised do not show these pictures on public sites and of course I couldn’t refuse to him. 4 stars only because he didn’t advice me name of bank which I could rob or at least to tell me the name of rich widow who could support me. He was very honest and polite. I appreciate that so much! I don’t regret about time what I spent there. I just hope to find enough money for our project and visit this place again. And I visited this place again in couple weeks and asked Dr.Brent to do anything possible to help me to be liked by women again. He gave me a favor and made a miracle work for minimum money. I was so happy that wanted to take his guitar (it was in his office) and to sing a serenade for his beautiful assistant but had remembered that I don’t know how to play. But anyway now I need to edit my old review and put 5 stars and thank one more time Dr.Brent and his pretty assistant!

The BEST! I am beyond impressed with Dr. DeSutter and his staff. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I took my elderly mother in for a broken tooth. She isn’t a fan of going to the dentist, but he immediately put her at ease and it was a painless, easy extraction. She had zero complications. We returned yesterday for a routine check up/ cleaning. Another perfect visit! My mom has many tooth issues, but he is straightforward and logical- doesn’t believe in putting an 86 yr old through unnecessary dental work and for that, I am so grateful. We will be back! I have recommended Dr. DeSutter to several friends and family members. Can’t say enough good things about East Lake Dental!

I’ve had two wonderful experiences at this office. Dr. DeSutter is the type of doc who helps you understand your own health better. He always explains what he’s doing and why, and gives the information you need to make decisions about your own health. Beyond great dental care, they also have a great staff that seems rather committed to the idea that going to the dentist should be enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back.

Dr. DeSutter came highly recommended by Dr. Ronald J Garza, and I am glad he did. Appointments are always on time and staff is professional and friendly. Dr. DeSutter is a personable, articulate individual and I strongly recommend him. Services completed by Dr. DeSutter, a cleaning, x-rays and a crown replacement-desperately needed. I had a great time at this dental office, that’s not something you say everyday! As a young adult away from home this was my first dental appointment outside of my family dentist’s office in California, and I truly enjoyed it. The exam was thorough, the dentist explained everything very well to me, the hygienist was kind and skilled, and the front desk staff was amazing! They made me feel like I was part of the East Lake Dental family while also proving to be knowledgeable, and trustworthy professionals! I think I’ve found myself a new dentist.

My crown fell off on the weekend and they got me in on Monday to add a temporary crown and start the process of getting a new one. They weren’t even open that Monday! Everyone at the practice makes me feel so comfortable and in the past I always avoided the dentist. I can not praise Dr DeSutter and staff enough. I recommend them to everyone.
