Such a wonderful experience. I am new to NYC and was nervous to try a new dentist but this office was great! They don’t try to sneak in extra charges or recommend procedures you don’t need- they offer practical advice and explain everything thoroughly. The cleaning was quick and easy as well. Recommend this office to anyone, but especially for young New Yorkers and those who live in Stuy Town (super close and convenient)!

I love Dr Verma!!!!! She is truly amazing! I have gone to multiple dentists where I have had work done to just have to have it redone again either due to the doctor not listening and understanding my sensitivity to certain fillings and taking the right measures which led to more pain. Luckily I ended up finding Dr. Verma and she is great! She listens, she is honest, trustworthy, and patient! If anyone has had a bad dentist experience search no further go see Dr. Verma! The office was short staffed today, but I only waited about 30 minutes to see the doctor. I was greeted with a smile and treated extremely professionally. The office really has thought out their approach to treatment: Dr. Verma had an assistant the whole time she worked on me and that made the process go much more smoothly; she offered me lip balm prior to the cleaning; she gave me a pair of plastic sunglasses so the light she used didn’t bother my eyes; she spoke to me for a few minutes about dental hygiene to help me keep my mouth healthy without rushing me out of the office. Overall a wonderful experience, I will be back!

The location is extremely convenient and the care is efficient without compromising in quality. The practice is very tech-forward – all paperwork can be completed ahead of time and they use innovative software to explain any procedures you need. Dr. Verma goes above and beyond in truly bringing the ‘care’ into healthcare. In addition, the flexible weekend hours are a huge plus. Dr. Verma was extremely friendly and did a great job showing me / explaining why my gum was hurting and how we were going to correct it. Once I was on her chair, I was in & out of the office very quickly! My only feedback was it would have been helpful to know I needed to bring x-rays from my prior dentist in advance, as I had to make a rush call into my previous provider to get the x-rays emailed over. Overall, minor feedback and it was a great experience.

I came here for teeth cleaning. It was a very pleasant visit. Dr. Verma and her staff were very nice and courteous. I was able to fill up the form online beforehand, so when I got to the office, I just needed to check in and sign the papers. Angela Verma is amazing! The other staff there were also super nice. I had a very short,10 minute wait. The offices are kind of small, and the exam rooms don’t have a door – they have those emergency room curtains, but I had such a good experience there I didn’t mind at all. Angela gave me a lip balm before we started the cleaning, and she stopped frequently to make sure I was doing ok. I believe I am going to get Invisalign with Angela, and I’m actually looking forward to going to the dentist. Highly recommend!!!

DDS was professional and efficient. Most dentists office – leave it up to the tech to clean your teeth. Not this office. The Doctor took care of all steps of the appointment. The X-rays – the doctor did it. The cleaning – the doctor did it. The polishing – the doctor did it. Great hands-on doctor that I have not had with many other NYC doctors. Staff was easy to work with. I told them MetLife insurance and they took care of the rest. No paperwork. No hassle. They have my business every 6 months! Good neighborhood gem! I had an excellent experience with Dr. Verma. She offered me a choice of flavored lip balm before the cleaning, a first for me despite decades of dental cleanings with a slew of dentists and hygienists. During the cleaning, she periodically updated me on where we were in the process and informed me about what she was about to do next, gestures that gave me a sense of how the examination was proceeding. At the end of the visit, she gave me practical advice about flossing and brushing in a manner that was constructive (and not condescending or patronizing). I plan to book my next cleaning with her, and I would recommend her to friends and colleagues who are in the market for a new dentist.

I arrived 15 min early for my appointment. I was the first of the day, so I wasn’t too surpised that the office was not yet open. Someone arrived a few minutes before 9 and apologized for the wait. They explained that someone usually is there to open prior to 9. Once everyone was inside it only took a few minutes for them to be ready for me to come back. They took x-rays which I was concerned were not covered by my insurance, but they quickly checked and confirmed they would be. I was pleased with the Drs bedside manner. She had a tech helping her with the xrays, cleaning, and exam. It was timely, thorough, and she did a great job explaining the photos she took of my mouth and potential problems that might come up in the future with old dental work I have had. Dr. Verma was thorough, efficient, and engaging. She was very knowledgable and explained everything. She took time to answer my questions. Her staff was efficient. The office was very clean and organized. Dr. Verma cleans your teeth with an assistant vs. a dental hygienist doing it on their own. Dr. Verma was kind and responsive to my son (who sat quietly in the corner reading magazines) whereas the staff seemed both surprised and a bit put out that there was a child with me – it was our first visit and I wanted my son to see the place and people so we could decide if it was a good choice for both of us. They DO NOT accept the ZocDoc forms, and the staff seemed annoyed when I mentioned that they were already completed on ZocDoc. They required that I fill out all their paper forms anyway, stating, “We don’t use those at this office.” Overall, the staff could be a bit more friendly, flexible, and welcoming, and I would not recommend for young children. Since our experience with Dr. Verma was very positive, I will be returning.

First time getting a dentist appointment in US. Had check up and clean. From start to finish the appointment was professional, I felt like I was listened to & cared for. Receptionist was so lovely and caring. I need to go back for fillings (which were originally done 15 years ago). They show you the xrays and make sure you are happy with any decision made.
