Last week’s appointment was another satisfying experience. This dentistry was highly recommended by a friend from [a former] church. Hubby and I have been going here for about over a year now, and the 3x I’ve been here (every 6 mos) have been pleasant. Right when you walk in, the front desk personnel promptly welcomes you by first name (I guess it helps with our photo on file, right?!). I really like their thorough computerized check-in process. Wait time is always kept at a minimum, especially when your appt is bright and early at 7:30AM. The waiting area is always clean and tidy. There were only 2 people waiting at the time – myself and another who arrived just steps before me. Within 2 minutes of checking in, I get called in. There are 2 dentists and a team of dental hygienists in this office, so it was nice to have the same dental hygienist and the same dentist each visit from day 1 so as to allow trust and relationship to be built. That is important to me. My dental hygienist, Farrah, is genuinely personable and always addresses any of my questions or concerns, no matter how trivial or off they might seem (ie. where did you get your glasses from?). I still consider hubby & I new in town so I tend to ask a lot of questions. 😉 My hygienist walks me through any procedure so there are no surprises. Dr. Congo, my dentist, is quite nice as well. Along w the usual cleaning advice, they tell me what work is necessary, if any, and what is not. I never feel pressured to have something done that isn’t necessary, nor do I feel judged or rushed with any questions I ask. So far I haven’t needed any major work done aside from the usual examination, cleaning[drilling] and intraoral x-rays. But the friend who recommended this place to us did and had nothing but praise for them when a major procedure was done and she didn’t feel any pain. Anyways… Would I recommend this dentistry? Indeed, I would! Until we get called back to SoCal, this is where we’re going for our annual/semi-annual dental work! ;D

The people at Eastview were so quick in getting me in after losing a crown. While at the office, all members of the dental team were very friendly and explained everything that they were doing and why. I have been going to this dental office for over 8 years and not once have I had a bad experience. Everyone has always been so polite and professional.

Dr Congo was passionate and caring about my situation. She explained in detail my healing process and next steps. Dr Congo’s nurse was very friendly as well. Thank you for the excellent care I received.

The people here are amazing, from the dentist, to the hygienist, the the front desk. I have followed Dr. Congo when she and her partner opened this practice and never want to go to another dentist. The hygienist here do a fantastic job, where going to get your teeth cleaned is actually a pain free experience. You feel welcomed right when you walk in the door, by the front desk who knows your name and has you already to sign in. I couldn’t ask for a better experience

If you want a wonderful dental experience with people who care about the whole family; then look no further; Eastview Family Dentistry is the place to make your own. We love the staff and Love Dr. Dean; we have heard all good things about Dr. Congo also. They are also great at referring to an Orthodontist and Denturist if you have the need for one of those specialist. We have been happy with both referrals we have rec’d from them. The Bencun Family are all smiles for Eastview Family Dentistry.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Congo and her staff. If I have an emergent situation, they always work to get me in either the same day or the next. I rarely wait more than a couple of minutes in the lobby area. All of their staff are happy to chat with you and make the visit the most pleasant they can. Dr. Congo started out in a different practice and, when she and Dr. Dean opened their own, I moved over to Eastview Family Dentistry to remain with the best dentist I’ve ever had.

After searching high and low for dentist in 2012, Eastview Family Dentistry was my choice. It did not disappoint me. Totally efficient from the point of setting up to the completion of each appointment. Never have to wait if I’m on time for the appointment. Professional service at every step. Location is convenient. Highly recommendable.

I love my dentist and the staff at Eastview Family Dentistry! I usually get right in at my appointment time, and they are always considerate and professional. Personally, I like that they get down to business and get you in and out as efficiently as possible. And they get the questions and polite update on your dental situation done before getting knuckle-deep in your cleaning or treatment when it is difficult or impossible to answer! I also like that they give you a decent estimate on your care costs for future work and procedures, and they let you check your schedule before they make new appointments!

I am so so sorry, I just realized I left a 1-star review back in January! I had no idea, and it was by complete accident! We loved our visits to Eastview Family Dentistry and wish we still lived in Madison! Absolutely a wonderful experience

The staff is always so nice (especially Staci, which is who cleans my teeth). They greet you with smiling faces, and answer any questions you may have. They are very knowledgable. Dr. Congo is so sweet and takes great care of her patients. Also, this place is ALWAYS clean which I love. Family friendly! I would recommend them to anyone!

I followed Dr. Congo to her new practice on Eastview and Slaughter. I’m one who would rather not EVER see a dentist but I have no reservations about going to see her and her staff. I’ve always been treated with the utmost respect. I am ALWAYS consulted about treatments and solutions. Dr. Congo explains everything to me clearly and gives me several options to consider in treating my issues. I’ve received excellent counsel from her and all of her staff on the best solutions to my dental problems. I had to see Dr. Dean one time on an emergency (which turned out not to be as bad as I thought) and she was completely professional, she listened to my concerns and issues, and offered the perfect solution. I really appreciate Dr. Congo and all her staff.
