I am a person who has put off the dentist for way too long. From my first appointment last week until today when I had my first procedure I have been impressed. When I say I HATE needles and anything medically related believe me. Dr. Sai was very assuring and talked through every step of the process. His assistant, I believer her name was Lilly, was fantastic as well. if there is such a thing as an excellent dental experience, this was it!

This place is 5 stars all the way. It costs more but you get your monies worth.Very experienced Medical Professionals, very professional staff, better materials, modern facility, and if anything goes bad they fix it and adjust the prices. I have had Crowns, Cavities, and Implants done here as well as cleaning and some other small things. I have gone to the cheap places before. The work did not last 2 years. Most of the expensive stuff I have done here has a lifetime guarantee. I understand some people just can’t pay for the higher price. If you can swing it, this is the place I would go in this area.

Eaves family dentistry is really awesome. I just had my periodontal treatment by Jessica. She is the best! Very experienced and fun to visit with. Also consulted with Dr. Sai who owned the business. He is so kind and very gentle. He always makes sure I am comfortable and I get great care. I couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend them any higher.

While on vacation near Penn Yan (right before 4th of July weekend, no less), my husband came down with an infection from a recent extraction and implant hardware placement. He was in agony. Eaves was able to get us in quickly, and got him on the anitbiotics he needed to get the infection under control. We are so grateful that they were able to fit us in, and they took great care of my husband. If we lived in Penn Yan, they would definitely be our regular dentist. All of the staff are fabulous! Thank you!

Where do I start.. I’ve always had a fear of dentists and after many trips to multiple ones over the years it didn’t change much. From the first phone call to multiple visits since, I can’t stress enough the quality and comfort of each visit. The ENTIRE staff is polite and courteous, they are non judgmental and make you feel good about being there. They listen to your concerns and accommodate accordingly. If your looking for “THE” Dental office to call home this is your place! I currently live 50 minutes away from penn yan and drive by about 10 other dental offices on the way. Their common courtesy, care and knowledge towards me has been impeccable. I’m grateful for their help and highly recommend this office to anyone who may have anxiety or fears of dentistry. I had some fillings done at Eaves Dental in Penn Yan. I was able to be assisted by Leslie and she was absolutely wonderful. She made my appointment painless and listened when I had questions. I have not had any issues with the work that was done which was my main concern! I was also able to have SureSmile done with Leslie! She is always so nice and always answers any questions I have. I would highly recommend getting any work needed done here with assistant Leslie!

Dr Sai and his staff are top notch pros. I had a broken crown and while I had no pain I knew not to leave it unrepaired. After searching all around the Finger Lakes, I found Eaves Dental was available to see me as a new patient. Other practices had 4 month waiting lists or did not do crown replacement. Granted I have one of the crappiest dental plans around so I was limited to who I could see. Everyone in the office works to put the patient at ease. Dr. Sai Guduru is compassionate and professional. He explains everything he is doing, puts you at ease and has a great sense of humor. I have a repaired tooth, new temp crown while permanent is on order. The imaging is digital and I had one of the nicest dental visits in a long time.

Dr. Sai is the owner of this dentist office. Any reviews regarding Dr. Eves no longer applies. Dr. Sai and his staff are wonderful. My husband and I, as my husbands always says, are allergic to pain and needles. Dr. Sai is very professional. He handles much more than what a general dentist usually handles. He made both my husband and I comfortable with our procedures. He explains everything he is going to do and why. He is most concerned about a good result. I highly recommend him and his staff.

We we visiting Keuka Lake the week before the 4th of July. My husband had a tooth removed and the hardware for an implant put in right before we left. While at the lake, his wound became infected. We contacted Eaves late in the day, and they were able to get us in at 8 am the next morning. They got him on the antibiotics he needed to clear up the infection. We loved the Eaves staff. If we lived in Penn Yann, they would definitely be our regular dentist! Thank you!

Like a lot of people the thought of going to the dentist has never been pleasant. That is until my first visit to Eaves Family Dental. From the first phone call to schedule a consultation to walking out the door afterwards, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Very professional, my hygienist was gentle and through. Including head and neck exam. She took requested xrays, and Dr Sy made the diagnosis and recommended treatment after exam, in the proper fashion. One of the most impressive things I found there, was they were able to identify uncovered and partially covered treatments before they start, not afterwards. I am sure that doesn’t work every time, due to the capricious nature of the insurance companies, but hats off to Eaves Dental for doing that. All in all a good experience for me, and the kids that were treated there all seemed to be happy

Dr. Sai and his entire staff are really great. They are experienced, competent and compassionate. Jessica does a great job with periodontal care and she’s fun to visit with. Dr. Sai is wonderful as is his assistant Coleen. My husband just had full mouth extraction and they did a wonderful job handling his needs. I can’t say enough good things about Eaves.
