Yes I’m giving my dentist a 5 star review!!  Normally I hate going to the dentist but I’ve been a patient for 18 months since my old dentist retired.  Every time Dr Lai and his staff have been kind!!  I have almost no pain with cleanings and same with my kids and husband.  Dr Lai has top of the line equipment and yes that matters with cleanings.  Love this practice and Dr Lai!!  See you in 6 months, I booked my returning appointment today!!

It took a while to locate it with the memorial traffic and my gps not saying if it on the left or right but The square is noticable Reserved parking signs if you are going to see Dr. Justin Lai Very clean, modern looking waiting area. They have a portal for your appointments as well as text reminders (you have to opt in for the option). I filled out documents day of. The consent forms are very atraightforward. The staff is super nice. Honestly I have a lot of anxiety getting dental work of any sort done. I have a low threshold for pain, and sensitive teeth lol In the forms they ask if you are scared. It’s nice that they ask if you have anxiety, in not so many words. My appointment was quick given I have not had a proper cleaning in YEARS AND I had a cavity. I was done within an hour. Xrays are the standup kind that encircles you versus those things you clinch between your teeth. You have xrays prior to any work, or at least I did. I called in my appointment with the concern of my cavity. They open til 8pm on mon and tuesdays which is nice because Tuesday is my day off and otherwise I work afternoon/evening shifts or on Weekends and can’t go.

I decided to see a dentist for the first time in nearly four years (not because I’m neglectful, but student insurance doesn’t cover dental). I chose Dr. Lai’s office based on the reviews and the location. I made my appointment and they were able to accommodate my working hours. I walked in, verified my online paperwork, and then went back for x-rays. Dr. Lai was working with another patient and so I waited a little bit. Not terrible… maybe 15 minutes. Dr. Lai, as friendly as could be, examined my mouth, gave me a cleaning, and advised me of possible problems that he saw. Yay! No cavities or excessive plaque! He was kind and ever concerned with my comfort. Overall, an excellent experience.

I just visited this new facility as the one in my office doesn’t accept my insurance anymore. I wasters just for a cleaning which went well and I really liked how the dr took pictures of my teeth and showed me. The only downside was the wait time. It wasn’t bad but I was spoiled where in my previous Clonic there was absolutely no wait time in the way they did scheduling to get employees in and out quickly!

WOW! All I can say is Edge Dental is the best! My wire from my retainer needed repair and they took me in immediately. From start, to finish, the entire team took great care of me. Friendly staff is so important to me.The front desk staff girls are always so welcoming and make you feel comfortable. My favorite part of the exam had to be the Xrays..I always gag and dread getting my pictures done because it’s so uncomfortable but their technology is top notch. The dentist also does a thorough procedure of checking the lymph nodes or any other soreness near the neck and throat which most dentists that I’ve been to haven’t done. Dr.Lai is patient, explained the cleaning process ahead of time and very gentle! He and his assistant are the best and I would recommend Edge Dental to my family and friends! I was in town for a wedding and chipped my tooth on an apple a few days before. I found this dentist due to the Yelp reviews and stopped in to get it fixed. I was looking for a dentist that was open late on Tuesday night and possibly on Saturday  I came across this one on yelp. This one my first visit after a very long time I haven’t been to any dentist. I called and asked if I could go in and the front desk lady said they had an opening so I arrived in about 3 minuets. They took me right in. I’ve been having some problems with my tooth so they took ex rays checked me out and told me all I needed done. After a few minutes I agreed and they started working on my tooth that was decade. Whole procedure took about an 1 1/2 hrs. The only wait I experienced was while I was filling out my paper work. Excellent customer service and care. I loved it. I’m so glad I found them.

I went here for a look at what was giving me pain. It was 7:50 pm when i got there and Dr.Lai still saw me. He quickly saw i needed a root canal and wanted to do it the same night, but i wanted them to be able to talk to my insurance first. I came back the next day and got it done. There was no pain during the root canal, even when giving me the numbing medicine. He was very gentle and his assistant was very helpful. Edge Dental is a very professional and comforting bussiness. I will recommend Edge Dental to anyone who wants a kind and professional dentist.

Super friendly staff. I felt welcome and cared for since I entered the office. Adrianna was so polite and Esther (hygienist) was very good and gentle with my cleaning. Dr. Lai saw me first before the hygienist because it was my first visit and I had not seen that in any dental office I have visited in the past. He explained his findings and recommended treatment plans. I never felt he was pushing any procedures that were not necessarily but took in consideration my dental concerns first and then asked me what goals I had in mind to improve my denture.
