I have an aversion for dentists. I had been going to a different dentist and after not getting the positive results i was aiming for, I knew it was time to find somewhere else to go. I found Edgewood from my insurance directory and was excited to see it so close to home. From my first call with Shelby I knew I had made the right choice. The office is welcoming and comfortable. They walk you through every step and make you feel like you have a good dental plan laid out for you. No question this is a good dental choice.

The staff at Edgewood Family Dental provided an extraordinary and pleasant experience! The staff not only answered my questions but shared information during my appointment that was helpful and as appropriate. I’ll bet few people know that the regular cleanings that hygienists perform actually reduce your bone loss because the hygienist gets down under the gumline to destroy bacteria where a person can’t do cleanings effectively by themselves with floss and toothbrushes. I was not having routine cleanings because i don’t have cavities, calcium buildup or dental problems; that will certainly change now !. Everyone in the office, Receptionist, Dental assistant, Dentist. and Hygienist, is so professional, efficient and considerate with their use of your time The staff are well mannered and pleasant in every way. I highly recommend the staff at Edgewood Family Dental!

Hands down the best dental experience. The team members within this office are like no other. The office was clean, the staff was professional, caring and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I recently visited this location as a coworker referred me. I am extremely happy I went to them to help with my toothache. They figured out what was wrong with me and helped me with a plan of attack. Not only was the entire staff extremely professional but also really polite but also a pleasure to work and speak with. I can’t wait to go back to get my procedure done. And now I feel as if I have found a denist I can go to regularly and feel comfortable. I highly recommend this denist office!! They are the best!!

Edgewood Dental has been our dentist for some years now. My wife and five kids all go here because they are gentle, kind and care. They have taken care of all my family’s dental care. You can’t get better dental care than here. Had a new hygienist today that already knew about some of my quirks regarding cleanings. I didn’t have to say a word. Great job Jordan!

My dentist, Kristie, was friendly and took plenty of time during my first visit to examine my teeth, point out future problem areas (and how they were different than other spots), and answered all my questions. The hygienist and tech were also friendly and helpful. I did have to wait a bit after my scheduled time to get started, but it was not unreasonable. I was referred here by my brother and would recommend it to others as well.

I was new patient. Very friendly and very helpful. I haven’t been to the dentist in 3 years so I was extra nervous, but they calmed my nerves almost immediately. The ladies are all super nice. Since I was a new patient the wait was a little longer than I would’ve liked but overall it was a great experience. I plan to schedule an appointment in 6 months.

My wife and I have been going here for a long time. If any of you folks are looking for a Great place for your Dental needs, don’t look anywhere else. Edgewood Family Dental is that Place. Very professional from the moment you walk into the clean, well designed waiting room and are greeted. All the services are gold standard medicine, delivered by superior professionals. Services are quick, but never rushed. Scheduling is easy, and billing is explained in detail ahead of time. I strongly recommend Edgewood Family Dental if you are seeking superior and affordable dental care.

This was my first time there today and they are extremely thorough and very sweet and helpful and kind and they actually care about your health there. They work with you on payments and financing and I’m actually going to have my whole family start going there. What a positive refreshing experience for a dentist. I would recommend to anyone!! Love it there!!

Today was my first visit to Edgewood Family Dental. We’re fairly new to Indianapolis and haven’t been able to get established with a dental practice due to the pandemic. I’d missed a couple of my usual cleanings, was having some discomfort, and was really worried that my oral health had suffered. The entire staff was so understanding and the exam was very thorough. They also gave me some very helpful advice regarding ways to address my concerns. I’ve already scheduled my next visit.

Edgewood family dental was amazing! I was referred there by a family member and received excellent service from the whole staff. I expressed some of my concerns to Marcy, a hygenist there, and she addressed all of them. Go Marcy! The dentist there was also very friendly. Good job team!

I have to admit that my entire visit was pure joy as always, and as an added surprise, my new lady was named April, and from now on, she and I will be a team, as she’s exactly what I have been searching for, a complete package that being deaf and nearly deaf, I now have someone to work on me that I can carry on a better conversation with during treatment, so for me , she’s clearly a keeper. Not only all that, she seems to know what tool to work on each tooth too, even the 29 I’m missing. Have a great weekend ya’ll. And all 6 of my tooths thank you in unison again. Big Al 🙂

Have avoided going to the dentist in a couple of years due to dental anxiety and a previous bad experience at another dentist. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to make an appointment here, which ended with a wisdom tooth removal. My anxiety was through the roof and the entire staff from the front desk to the dentist were so kind and comforting. The dentist and her staff put me at complete ease. I had the tooth removed with zero pain, as promised. I will be making appointments for my other family members, and will be returning myself in the near future for some other work. Highly recommend!
