It’s really difficult to not totally go over the top when reviewing this dental office. It’s modern, hi-tech and a pleasure to go to for appointments. Dr Drew Spencer is the most amazing dentist that I’ve ever met. He and his staff are both genuinely kind and caring. His goal is painless dentistry and he almost always reaches his goal. It’s a lot like going to visit friends and, by the way, you can get a filling too. Dr Spencer even has a new laser that makes it possible to get a filling without anesthesia, drilling or pain. If you’re looking for someone voted a Top Twin Cities Dentist, this is the place! You will agree during your 1st appointment that this honor is well deserved.

Just went today 02/24/2020. The front office staff is great. The dental hygienist made sure I understand everything. I mentioned I was worried about needing extra x-rays because of insurance coverage. And they made sure to get everything quickly from my last dentist within my appointment. It had been some time. But they took really good care of me! 5/5 to star

I went here for the first time a couple days ago and I was beyond impressed. When you first walk in, the receptionist is so friendly and welcoming. My dental hygenist was so informative and kept me in the loop with what she was doing every step of the way which helped a lot because it had been a while since my last cleaning and I had sore gums. My mouth feels a 100 times better! Dr. Spencer actually took a minute to get to know me and was very informative as well. Most dentists in the past rarely talked at all and were in and out so fast. Not the case with Dr. Spencer! They have music you can listen to on headphones and blankets. Plus, you can go shopping in all those amazing 50th and France stores before/after your appt. =) STATUS UPDATE: I am still going to them over a year later and it is still a 5 star service every time! Joyce one of the office managers is so kind and personable person ever. The office staff and the dental staff make you feel valued as a patient/customer every single time.

My experience here has been great! First time I came I got lost and Katie from the front desk was so patient and helped me navigate through the phone. Because of that I was a little late but there wasn’t a second that I felt they rushed me through my appointment. I have only been there 2-3 times and I was pleasantly surprised that they remembered me as well. Sadly after having them as my main dentist I’ll be moving to a different state soon. But I’ll definitely book my annual appointment with them whenever I can if I’m in town! If you’re new in town and looking for a dentist, don’t be afraid to give them a call!

Dr Spencer and his staff are very experienced, gentle and thorough. I have very sensitive teeth and they took the steps necessary so I wouldn’t feel any pain during a recent filling. I highly recommend this dental office.
