I’ve been going to Edina Dental Care for over 40 years. The entire office is professional, courteous and runs like a well oiled machine. Dr. Kratz in particular does a great job of explaining what needs to be done, why and provides the solution. I typically schedule my appointments far in advance, however if something urgent comes up (like chipping your tooth), they can squeeze you in. I highly recommend Edina Dental Care.

Dr. Kratz is great! After years of not visiting the dentist, I was concerned about the overall health of my teeth and gums. Never had my teeth cleaned so well with this much detail and instruction. Ask for Dina, she’ll make your teeth feel brand new! Also, never had a Doc tell me so much about my teeth (others failed to mention underlying dental concerns) and what to expect if something doesn’t get corrected. Overall great clinic, clean and friendly. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy to have found a dental clinic!! The dentist is knowledgeable, listens well, and, I can tell from my first brief visit, takes a measured approach. I have to say that I was sold with just those elements but the team won me over by “getting me.” I have been to 3 dentists for a total of 8 visits including today and the ‘story’ of what’s going on is quite long. When the dental assistant asked, she could tell it was going to be in-depth and got the Dr to allow me to (hopefully!) tell the story for the last time. In addition, the front desk was pure professionalism and very friendly. Those aspects are HARD to find all wrapped up in one place and I’m grateful for the friend who referred me here!

Dr. Kratz and his team are the very best. I have been going to Dr. Kratz since he first started with Edina Dental. I actually enjoy my visits to see him and his staff as they are so friendly and professional. I also am in the process of having invisalign and I am thrilled with the results so far. My family are also patients of Dr. Kratz and my Father passed away this year and they sent our family a sympathy card. They treat everyone like family! Thank you for making my teeth look so pretty!

My initial appointment with Dr. Kratz was May 2017 for an overall assessment, and my August appointment was to follow up on recommendations. Two molar fillings were removed, decay was removed and temporaries were made for permanent caps to be installed in three weeks. Dr. Katz and his assistant Michelle work very well as a team; no chit chat, just very efficient and professional. Excellent dentistry.
