Two years ago I had a really poor experience with a “Fancy” Beverly Hills dentist who did unnecessary work and overcharged my on top of it. I polled my friends to find a new dentist, and found Dr Joseph. I have to say he is top notch, cheaper than the Beverly Hills guy and far more thorough in his explanations and execution. State of the art technology and spectacular staff, especially Cecelia and Latrece. BOOM! I’m hooked. I had some reservations about a procedure, he noted them, reexplained what he was going to do and assured me that I didn’t have to do it, but it was in my best interest. I consented and am SO VERY PLEASED with the result, and thankfully, the tooth should now last another 20 years. (Thanks, Doc!) Found my dentist, and hopefully, I won’t ever need to look for another.

Dr. Joseph and his team are so thorough. They’ve worked on my teeth restoring them from zero to hero due to previous horrendous service with a different dental office. I seriously had an aversion to dentists for a long time. I had the best dentist while growing up (virtually pain free, would let us watch movies in these cool video goggles) and then when I moved away, I just never quite clicked with anyone since then. Well, I moved back to Burbank a little while ago and it was getting pretty bad. I knew it had been too long. I was really dreading this but I had no choice. I spent time scouring the internet looking for someone and found this office. To be honest the fact that they had a decent and informative website with pictures helped a TON. Not to mention his reviews were decent. But you still never quite know until you show up. I know I can’t expect Disneyland, but comfort is important to me. I don’t want to be made fun of or feel even worse when I finally go see a dentist. Not only that, I really didn’t want to walk into a scene from SAW III. Let me tell you, this was like the answer to dentist phobia. I love the office- it’s really nice (like Burke Williams style) and there was even a parking structure below. Yay. Latrece is hilarious and very helpful. She really allowed me to take down my guard and relax. The dental hygienists are very friendly and nice and take good care of you. I even got a letter in the mail from one of the hygienists saying she was sorry because she didn’t get to say goodbye fully when I was signing out- and thought she might have forgotten something minor. She didn’t forget anything but the fact she even took the time to send that was really nice. I also got movie tickets for referring someone almost instantly…like a day after I referred her. Edward was professional and kind- he gave me a stern but nice explanation that I should put my teeth first- and I agree. I’ve been in that office a lot lately, but I don’t fear it at all and I like to go now. Thank God. My teef are happy again.

Dr. Joseph is the most considerate and gentle dentist I’ve ever gone to and I’ve continued as his client for more than 30 years, even though I now live 55 miles away. He is especially skilled at dealing with patients who have a fear of dentists. Because he has the most updated dental equipment, he is able to produce items on the spot that otherwise would have to be sent out to a lab. Dr. Joseph’s staff treat me and all patients with patience, respect, and compassion. Everyone at this practice is a true professional.

My four star criteria for a dentist is pretty simple. Do a good job in a short time and inflict as little pain as possible. Doctor joseph and his staff have been accomplishing that for me for the past 11 years now. Of course, I have had my fair share of work done over this time, so lucky for you( and maybe unlucky for me depending on how you look at it) I feel like I have a broad enough experience to recommend Dr. Joseph to others. They are the mouth mechanics that people like me need because we refuse to take there a good advice and stay away from food and drinks that are bad for us. We have a good relationship that way though. I’m great at creating the problems and they are amazing at fixing them. The fifth star really comes down to customer service. Latrece and the ladies at the front desk are always nice even when I have to reschedule a cleaning at late notice which I know causes them problems. My hygienist Johanna, who I see more than Dr. Joseph fortunately (no offense, you do a great job, but I still like to avoid the heavy artillery as much as possible), is also very nice and does a great job quickly and as painless as possible. Also, for those of you who use this as a gauge, I should mention that they used to be located in a much smaller office in the same building but have sense upgraded to a larger suite upstairs with state of the art technology. The offices are very nice, although I am still waiting for a flat screen mounted on the ceiling to keep me entertained, haha. Hot tip on the parking. There is a parking structure in the bottom of the building but there is a fee and it is tandem, so you have to leave your keys with the attendant in case they need to move it. I am not a big fan of that although I get it that there isn’t anything that they can do about it. So what I do is park about 2 blocks over on Buena Vista where you can always find street parking that is good for 2 hours and it’s free. I have never had a problem parking there and walking over for my appointments over the years. So hopefully your teeth are perfect and you don’t need to see a dentist, but if you do, I recommend Dr. Joseph!

Simply the Best! I have been seeing Dr. Joseph for more than 10 years. I even commuted from Albuquerque, NM when I lived there for a while. I have bad teeth that look terrific and I still have all of them thanks to him. He is the ultimate professional who keeps up on all the latest dental technology as well as preventive dentistry. I’ve had a phobia about dentists for most of my life given the many bad experiences I have had. About seven years ago Dr. Joseph was recommended to me and I gave it a shot. Never have I had a more pleasant experience with a dentist in my life. If I had had a dentist like Dr. Joseph earlier in my life I never would have had a fear of dentists. I now actually ENJOY and look forward to my appointments. He is always aware of any possible pain or discomfort I may feel (which is always minimal). He is kind and thoughtful. His hygienists Cecelia and Johanna are kind and exceptional pros. The office manager, Letrice is really thorough and highly knowledgeable regarding insurance and very helpful regarding making the most of my plan. Never been happier with a dentist! Dr. Joseph is super nice and friendly and is easy to talk to. My hygenist is Kathy and she is the sweetest woman EVER. Love her. Latrece is super helpful with insurance questions, too. I love this place. It’s clean, great service, great people and I never feel like I’m getting ripped off. They do an excellent job and I love coming here so much I come often. Street parking is free for 2 hours, otherwise there’s a paid lot.

Best dentist ever. I drive from about an hour away to see him. He is so gentle and explains things very well. Love my hygenist – Johanna. So thorough, and a little tough on me with regards to flossing, but she is a perfectionist and wants me to have the best teeth. I got Invisalign from Dr.Joseph and he never hurt me once, especially when he has to use those teeth saws (sorry, but it’s sometimes necessary). I wasn’t satisfied with the first pass, and he was so accommodating with the 2nd pass. He said he wanted me to be happy and would do whatever it took to make me feel satisfied. He never made me feel guilty about it. Front desk is awesome – so professional, friendly, and so on point! The office is beautiful, very elegant and classy. Highly recommend Dr. Joseph and his staff!

I was a transfer patient from out of town and went to Dr. Joseph as a referral. I was also wearing braces at the time and had difficulty finding an orthodontist. Dr. Joseph patiently and thoroughly explained all options to me and even gave an excellent referral when I needed oral surgery a few years later. That all happened 19 years ago, and am still happy to have Dr. Joseph as my dentist. Checkups are great. My teeth are in the best condition they have ever been. I have even referred him to at least one other person who was very happy with his results too.

I’ve been going to Dr. Joseph’s practice since 2010. I cannot recommend him enough! Everyone who works there is super friendly and professional. I had to get a lot of work done when I first started seeing him in 2010; Major stuff like root canal(s) and the like. He made it almost completely painless and constantly checked to make sure that I was okay while he was doing the procedures. His work is immaculate and I 100% trust his judgement. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Joseph and his staff. A colleague at Disney referred me ten years ago when I worked at the studio. I left Disney some years ago but have not changed my dentist even though I have many closer options. Dr. Joseph really cares and always spends time to give me his point of view and why it’s important to to manage my dental health. He is also very open to talk about the cost of services and how they fit into my financial picture. He will tell me when a service is important to my health and when it’s not. A few years ago, I had a chipped tooth that he said he could fix with a veneer. I said I would think about it and he never pressed me about it again. A year later when I did get the work done, I was so happy with the way it turned out. Letrece at the front desk will always make sure to get the most out of your insurance and give advice about deductibles and coverage. Johanna and Cecilia the world’s best hygienists. Always super professional and cheerful.

Dr. Joseph is the best dentist I’ve ever had! Absolutely the best. His office is filled with state of the art equipment, a very knowledgeable staff, very clean environment, and he really takes the time to work with you on a plan to improve the quality of your teeth. I had a crown put in a couple of years ago and with Dr. Joseph’s investment in technology, he was able to make my crown in the office that same day! I only had to wait 45 minutes. I don’t mind visiting the dentist but would rather not make several trips and have to deal with a temporary filling. This was truly a big sell for me. Dr. Joseph also provides quality customer service. His staff sends out an email reminder a week prior to your appointment and personally calls the day before to confirm. I have a very busy schedule and really appreciate the follow up. I’ve recommend Dr. Joseph to several of my friends/colleagues and they are all returning customers with positive reviews. My hygienist is the best and although we only see each a few times a year, it feels like we’ve been long time friends. The friendly environment makes it a pleasure to get my teeth cleaned.

Dr. Joseph is the best! I’ve been coming since 2001. I have my husband, mother and son come to him too. He takes the time to explain every procedure and discuss honestly what the options and costs are. The staff is friendly and helpful. Letrice, the office manager is always ready to assist with handling tough insurance problems. He has state of the art equipment and keeps up on all the latest technology. I know I am in good hands. I have had crowns, fillings, root canals with him. I go and have my teeth cleans 3 x a year with them. You cannot find a better staff and dentist. My only complaint is that they don’t validate parking and if you are there for 2 hours, it’s around $5. However, you can find street parking sometimes.
