Always a warm welcome when I walk into Edwards Family Dental! They are so friendly and make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I love that they have the latest technology. Quick scans instead of gagging impressions for Invisalign and retainers. Online scheduling and bill pay is so convenient, too! I highly recommend Edwards Family Dental!

Carrie was so thorough yet very gentle. Spending time with her, even if you haven’t known her very long feels like visiting a friend that you’ve known for years. She creates such a warm and relaxing atmosphere, I almost forgot I was getting my teeth cleaned! Dr. Edwards spent a good amount of time with me and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I’ve never been fully happy with my smile and he explained all the options and possibilities for making my dream smile a reality. I also got my Botox done here! I love this office!

I have always been stupid scared of the dentist until I found these guys! In the last 1.5 months I’ve had 3 deep cleanings (yes lol) 4 wisdom teeth pulled (easiest experience ever), 1 cavity taken care of, 1 crown fixed and I’m already on my 3rd set of Invisalign trays. ALL BECAUSE of their exceptional care! Highly recommend. Thank you guys for treating me like family and taking the best care of me!

Dr. Edwards and his staff ALWAYS take great care of our family. Their exams are thorough and they are proactive with our dental care. I did Invasaline during COVID and I am beyond happy with my results! The staff always answers all my questions and are always super friendly! They are flexible with scheduling appointments and when we do have an appointment they are on time and ready for us. Dr Edwards and his staff are also wonderful with our teenager!

Hands down the most incredible dentist our family has been to. The whole staff is so accommodating to us. I bring four kids in and they are so gracious and patient with them during their exams and as they wait for me to be cared for. They are attentive to cleanliness and the whole facility is immaculate and beautiful. My youngest(3.5) was terrified of the dentist and Taylor made the experience not only easy but made him ask to go back. She was amazing. Natalie was amazing and thorough with my two girls and SO patient! Dr. Edwards always is personable and takes time to really make sure we are cared for. He visits us each time to check in and always explains everything so well to us. I can’t recommend this dentist practice enough. They have us as patients for life!

Edwards Family is the best dental care I have ever experienced. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. The staff always makes me feel like family. Dr. Edwards is friendly and straightforward, and the office runs very smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend the office to anyone!!!

I have been visiting Edwards Family Dental for almost ten years now. I also bring my children here and they love it too. If you are looking for a dentist, you need to visit Edwards Family Dental. I love this place! Dr. Edwards and his team are amazing! They are friendly, personable, and always provide great dental care. To make this place even better, the office has massaging dental chairs and a great beverage station! I am so thankful for all the wonderful care they’ve provided me and my family with over the years.

We have been going to Edwards Family Dental for almost 5 years and we have a wonderful experience every time.  Every time we walk in, all of the staff is very friendly and they always put my children at ease.  They always take time to answer my questions and provide helpful suggestions for my family.  Going to the dentist is a great experience for my kids and me.  I would highly recommend Edwards Family Dental!!!

My husband and I have been going to Edwards Family Dental for a few years now.  Carrie is our hygienist. She’s very gentle and informative, explaining everything she is doing as she goes. Dr. Edwards and his team are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. My husband had to have a couple deep cavities redone and Dr. Edwards called him the next day to make sure he was doing ok! Love this office!

Dr. Edwards and the whole staff at Edwards Family Dental are a joy to work with! We have three children and between dental visits and ortho appts we are there a lot. We never have to wait, they are always on time. As a busy family of five this is so helpful as our schedule is very tight sometimes. Wonderful group of people!

This was my first time coming to the dentist in about 5 years so I was a little nervous but everyone here made me feel comfortable and welcome. Stacy worked with me during my visits and she is an awesome and wonderful person. Very friendly and personable. Dr Edwards was nice and conversational. The front desk crew were great and informative about insurance and HSA’s. Highly recommend and will be going back there from now on!

I had a amazing experience today at Edwards Family Dental. I was having anxiety knowing i had a appointment today. When i arrived i was made comfortable with a compassionate staff. Breanna and Carrie worked with me. They made feel as though i was very important and i received professional services. Carrie was wonderful with a 2 hour cleaning. I have been seeing Dr. Edwards for several years now and by far he is one of the best doctors that I have ever met and being in the military I have come across quite a few but none more simple, easy going, right to the point he knows how to take care of you type of Dentist. He’s good at what he does and the staff is quite friendly and easy to work with especially for me since I had quite a bit of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I had a horrible experience in childhood. If not for Dr Edwards being a true professional, I still would have that anxiety and worse health issues!

I was experiencing jaw pain and headaches. I came in to see if my bite was misaligned. The team was able to squeeze me in due to a last minute cancellation so I could come in first thing before work! They look care of readjusting my bite during the appointment and I’ve been pain free since! Will be back in a couple of weeks to get a mouth guard. The team is always friendly and has great energy. Love this office!

I loved this dentist office so much, and I will definitely be going back!!! Loved the fun friendly atmosphere, and the entire staff made the extra effort to make me feel a part of their family!! Dr. Edwards was very personable and explained things regarding my teeth that no one had ever explained in the past!! My hygienist, Taylor is one of the best hands down!!!  I have little kids as well, and I’m looking so forward to taking them there to get their teeth cleaned!! They will love it there!!!

I’ve always hated going to the dentist growing up as a kid, and even as an adult. Dr. Edwards and his staff has changed my ugly perception of going to the dentist. He and his staff are top notch and make you feel welcomed. He offers other services but he wont push them on you. I’m happy to call Edwards Family Dental my preferred dental service provider.

Wonderful people, customer focused, professional, organized, and kind. This experience goes above and beyond what you expect from a Dental practice. Natalie was just awesome. Dr. Edwards has brought together an amazing team of people. They have my family and I for life, and we recommend them to anyone in the Columbus area looking for a trustworthy and reliable dental provider!

Despite our best efforts, my daughter wound up with three cavities and went in recently to have them filled. Dr. Edwards and his team were absolutely wonderful. They walked my daughter through each step of the process, calmed her nerves, and made sure she was completely cared for from start to finish. Their patience and kindness was so appreciated. We’re so thankful we found this office, as we’ve had nothing but good experiences here.

Dr. Edwards and his staff are the BEST! He saved a tooth that was broken and truly had little chance of survival AND managed to do it affordably. I appreciated that he took the time to explore options with me in the event be was not going to be able to pull off that miracle. Since I lost my job, they worked out a payment plan to cover the cost of a crown … which was just paid off two weeks ago (yippee). As luck would have it, I just lost an old filling this morning so it looks like I’ll be making another visit soon. The staff is so professional and very NICE! The offices are clean and modern — you will feel very comfortable here. I drive two hours to go to this practice because after searching for a dentist for 3 years after my dentist retired, I finally found a truly exceptional dental practice.

I’m so happy I found Edwards Family Dental! I just moved to Columbus and needed a new dentist I was nervous because I’ve had some bad dental experiences in the past and I usually try and get recommendation from people but in this case I just found them online! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My hygienist Carrie was AWESOME made me feel like I had been a patient there for years – so welcoming! Highly recommend! 🙂

My review is based on my experience with Botox not dental. I typically visit another spot for Botox but after hearing RAVE reviews, I had to check these guys out. Not only are the prices completely affordable but the service is top notch!!! The girls (Stacy, Missy, Jenna, Megan, just to name a few) are beyond sweet and extra helpful. They make you feel so comfortable that you feel like you’re friends with them the minute you walk in the door. I’m so thrilled with my service that I plan on returning here for each visit and will not be returning to the other provider.

Edwards Family Dental is a great place to go. They take such good care of you, always taking the time to determine the best possible action based on your needs and your health. I have been going there for 20 years along with my husband and kids and have never had a problem or bad experience. If there was an after office hours need, Dr. Edwards was always there for us. Even if it was a holiday. He never made us feel bad about it. For myself, I have had many health issues and surgeries and the staff at Edwards has always found ways to ensure my comfort, including keeping me in my own space away from others. They are always polite and professional and will go that extra mile to ensure you receive the best possible care. We are so very grateful for everything they do for us.

I have never been to a dental office like this.  They are so professional and kind from the minute you walk in the door.   I came in with my two children, and my 9 year old son asked if we could come back!  He said it was better then any dentist we had ever been to.  I feel like the equipment they use comes from the newest technology you can find.  The dental chairs even offer heat/massage options.  We are so glad we found Edwards dental.
