I’m a long-time patient (17 years now!) of Dr. Cardona’s. Her team is as personable and professional as ever. It’s my first appointment to her office since the pandemic hit, and it went smoothly. Zero health concerns over coming in for a cleaning as her office is always immaculate. Giovanna is the best dental hygienist. Very thorough and great bedside manner. This is a wonderful team.

Overall I’ve had a very positive experience here. I’ve spent a lot of time at the dentist and orthodontist throughout my life, and this has been my best experience so far. I (admittedly) don’t take care of my teeth at the level that I should. They were very helpful in terms of making sure that I know what I should be doing, but at no point did it feel condescending. Everyone was very professional, the service is great and the technology is top notch. I really have no complaints at all. If you’re in or near the El Segundo area, I would definitely recommend this to you. That’s basically all I have to say. Great experience. No complaints. That’s it.

Silvia and her team are great! I was in town on a business trip and found myself in need of unexpected dental care. The Beautiful Smiles tram was able to fit me in within a few hours of my call and their service was top notch! Such a pleasurable way to experience an unpleasurable event!

This place is amazing from the minute you walk in. The front desk employees are so welcoming and professional. The office is super clean and the dentist is extremely professional as well. I have been coming here for over 4 years and have never once had a problem with my teeth. I highly recommend this dentist.

Love my hygienist Kelsey and my dentist Dr. Nguyen. Both are so kind and compassionate, make me feel super comfortable, and ask me lots of questions to make sure I’m taking good care of my chompers. I have awful TMJ and there’s always something new happening with my jaw because I grind so much due to stress — Dr. Nguyen always offers helpful solutions. Free parking with validation. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes to get called in. Front desk super nice/friendly.

My old gold crown fell off. My dentist office is closed. I need it cemented back on stat! Thank God I found Dr. Cardona’s office on Yelp! Close to work and they were able to fit me in within the hour! The ladies at the front desk were super nice and professional. And Dr. Cardona’s assistant was equally nice and professional. After a quick X-ray, Dr. Cardona did her thing and we were done in no time! Though I’m not a regular patient here, everyone made me felt welcome. Thank you Dr. Cardona and your staff!

Everyone is always very friendly and professional here! Their approach with the current pandemic made me comfortable coming in for an appointment as they always take sanitation and welfare very seriously. The staff are very patient and make you feel very comfortable no matter your reason for visiting! They are also extremely informative and can explain every step, to put you at ease and help you take the best steps to maintain and improve your oral health/care! If you see the hygienist I promise your teeth will feel amazing after! The facility is in a very convenient location and always has parking available.

The team at beautiful smiles is great! I had a crown done a (my first) and was nervous about the whole process. My new tooth turned out great and I have no pain whatsoever. Recently I cracked my back molar and Silvia was able to get me in immediately and fixed my tooth that day. I highly recommend Beautiful Smiles. They also offer teeth whitening, which I did, and it turned out great.

Had a whitening procedure today and it came out awesome, wish I had some before and after photos. Lisa did excellent job, and was very accommodating to my overly sensitive teeth. Andrea is great help at the front desk with billing and care instructions.

This is the most amazing dental office I have ever been too! Dr Nguyen is very detail oriented, explains everything to you and happily answers questions. The staff are very professional, very helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile with a smile. I love this office. You won’t be disappointed!

So far so good! Very friendly and professional staff and dentist Dr. Chan. nice office and quiet relaxing environment. Great place definitely recommend. So I went for the first deep clean today with kelsea, I just have to say how amazed I am that you are all in the same place and on the same team all in one place! Efficient and painless , great job! Pleasantly surprised! This office was great: ran on time, clean, thorough, informative, and I think the pricing was pretty fair (with my insurance). Dr. Jennifer was gentle and explained what she was doing, step by step, which made me feel more at ease. The other staff members were also very professional and friendly. I was not pressured into any treatments, and they provided me with a print out with what they recommended. Thank you ladies!

Summary: Top notch service all-around, excellent technology, friendly team and convenient parking. Getting set up as a new patient was easy – called the office, they emailed me forms to complete and bring for my cleaning. Parking was convenient w/ secured parking that was validated at the office. Waited only a few minutes before having x-rays taken. Staff was friendly and worked quickly/efficiently. Hygienist (Kelcey?) was thorough and gave me a heads up on her process. Dr. Jennifer went through additional advice / suggestions for me before wrapping up.

Had another outstanding visit today. During the Corona virus I was able to see Dr. Cuong Nguyen with 24 hours of experiencing a tooth ache. He was able to quickly resolve my issue. He is most competent with an abundance of people skills. My go to dentist! Also, the staff goes the extra mile to provide patients with exemplary service!

Dr. Jennifer Nguyen is providing my care. Prior to her (at the El Segundo Beautiful Smiles Clinic), I had been going to the same dentist for at least 25 years. I left my old dentist and clinic because their procedures seemed ineffective and dated regarding my goal of long-term improved and sustained dental health. Dr. Silvia Cardona’s clinic is modern, bright, appealing, and seemingly up-to-date with current equipment and protocols. The options they offer are a welcome change from my old clinic’s procedures and equipment. Dr. Nguyen is a very bright and pleasant dentist who discussed all of my options and answered all of my questions. I’ve had three detailed procedures conducted over the course of a year, and she completed them quickly and mostly painlessly. For my third and most recent intervention, she listened to my concerns then adjusted it from her original recommendation, which was more acceptable and helpful to me. Kelsie V. cleans my teeth and my gums. She is gentle, thorough, painless, and informative. She is also fast. She took less than half-the-time as my original dentist, and without the anesthetics. Their office staff are welcoming and friendly. Andrea S. was very helpful in devising a dental plan that actually caters to my requests, which works very well for me. Along with Lisa R., they are effective in achieving my goals. They are an important part of completing my dental plan and care. Their office name says it all: the El Segundo Beautiful Smiles Clinic. Dr. Cardona an d staff OMG!!! These ladies know how to treat a customer I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks for over 20 years and have neglected to see the dentist because of that doctor Cardona and staff made me feel so at ease and so intentive it made it easy for me not to freak out and run out the door it’s been so long since I’ve been to the dentist due to my fear of going in and having some work done . going to the doctor Cardona place OMG The place is amazing clean nice friendly staff and state of the art equipment they were so accommodating to me dr Cardona is going to start off by doing baby steps so I am more comfortable with going and not so panic stricken So if you’re looking for a dentist and you’re like me panic stricken doctor Cardona is the way to go Thanks ladies

I just had work done at Dr. Silvia Cardona’s dental office they treated me great considering I’m a huge baby with a ridiculously small mouth and hate going to the dentist. They definitely made my experience a good one, going to schedule regular cleanings here. Also they’re office has really fancy equipment very new clean and patient friendly.
