I have not been to many different dentist’s office but this was by far my best experience ever. Everyone there was super nice and professional. Before just jumping into treatment, they made sure I felt like I truly understood what was going on with teeth and what they were going to do and why. And for once, I didn’t feel shame for going to the dentist. Their facilities were clean and had some wonderful amenities that I didn’t expect for most dentists office’s to have

This office was phenomenal! The most friendly and relaxing dentist appointment I’ve ever had. Everyone on the staff was extremely warm and inviting from my first phone call to set up the appointment to when I left after my cleaning. I only left 3 hours ago and have already told several of my co-workers how amazing it was…and you never hear that about dentists! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

10/10 recommend! Amazing new patient experience! Dr. Bains is one of the most professional and welcoming dentists around. As a new patient, she made sure to listen to all of my concerns and offer different solutions to achieving an end result that I was satisfied with. She discussed each x-ray that was taken, explaining what each picture showed which I had never had a dentist do prior to my visit at Element Dental. Her knowledge, passion for dentistry and friendliness were apparent. The staff is also amazing! Everyone treats you like family – literally as if they had known you for years. As an outgoing person myself, I was thrilled to be treated that way. From the glasses with built-in speakers to the spa-like environment, I am confident that Element Dental suits anyones needs. Bonus points for the hot stone massage at the end of the visit and the free gift card I won! I was just seen last week and have already recommended this place to 3 of my family members. Keep it up Element Dental, I will sure be back (and so will my family members)!

Wow. My visit to Element was a pure delight. Even before arriving I felt that they were the type to go above and beyond. The office was able to work with me and my insurance and was incredibly transparent about the cost I’d be paying before I even arrived- no surprises! Once I arrived, everybody was so friendly. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, they did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable. Loved the special TV glasses that allow you to hear the TV through them! They had state of the art everything and I even won a $10 amazon gift card at the end of my visit. I honestly have never enjoyed a dental visit more!

Elemental Dental is exceptional in its patient centered treatment. Dr. Bains and her team made “going to the dentist” an enjoyable experience. The facility has all the modern equipments, the staff are cordial, polite and friendly. Dr. Bains explained each of the procedures and made you feel comfortable, well informed and happy. One of the best dental experiences I had here and will heartily recommend this place to everyone!

I would give my experience at Element Dental 5+ stars. All of the staff are so kind and caring. They took care of my needs and more from the moment I entered the door until I left. I agree with a previous review that I have never experienced service at another doctor or dentists like the service I received at Element Dental. I will be recommending Element Dental to friends and family.

Getting dental work has never been a great experience— until now! The doctor and staff are the nicest people. The doc does an amazing job, they are very clear on billing up front, and the hot stone massage is def a plus. Truly the nicest group of ladies. I’m actually writing this review after seeing them twice. They were so great the first time, I had to see if they were equally consistently amazing the second time around. And no surprise— they were.

I was referred to this place by my orthodontist and they had said you wont get disappointed, which was true. The office itself is clean, bright and inviting and the staff is super Friendly and attentive. Dr.Bains was very nice, friendly, and caring and answered all my questions. I had very pleasant experience here and already made my next appointment for my routine check up! They also have free parking space and are open till evening on some days which was very convenient for me.

I am beyond impressed with my experience at Element Dental today! Each staff member I encountered was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. Chedeline was the lovely dental assistant who helped me – she was great and made me very comfortable while prepping for the doctor. She even offered the option to cue up a Netflix show for me while she was taking my x-rays. Karima was on top of my insurance benefits, and kindly went over each procedure with me beforehand to ensure no surprise charges at the end of the visit. Dr. Bains was fantastic – she is knowledgeable and thorough, and it is evident she cares about creating a welcoming and appealing environment for her patients. She does not try to upsell you, and communicates her findings to you clearly and in an open and honest manner. Anna was very welcoming at the front desk and was efficient in checking me out and scheduling my next visit. I did not feel rushed at any point during the visit, and left feeling pleasantly surprised at my experience there. Again, just extremely impressed with this office, its staff, and Dr. Bains. I will definitely be returning, and I will be recommending Element Dental to all my friends! If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is your place.

Overall, an amazing experience. All of the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Bains takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and the team genuinely cares about the state of your teeth. The team is always making sure you know what’s going on and answers all of your questions at all stages of the appointment. Also at the end, there is a relaxing hot stone massage. Looking forward to coming back! Not something you can say to a lot of other dentist.
