I don’t enjoy dentist appointments. Which is probably why I haven’t bothered finding one since I moved to Texas till now (1.5 yrs). After going to elevate dental, I might go just for fun… Office setup is awesome, clean, modern, multiple TV’s to watch while you do your thang. What puts it over the top is the staff. Hands down… Super nice people, great to talk to and very friendly…. I got a hand written note in the mail ffs. If moved I’d be willing to drive up to 44 minutes instead of finding a closer dentist.

Elevate Dental is clean, welcoming and far ahead of its competitors in every way. I switched dentists because I was unhappy with how my long-time dentist 1) wasn’t honest up front about costs 2) gave me ill-advised dental advice and 3) was not a welcoming environment. Elevate Dental was the complete opposite. They were completely honest about costs, told me how much any added service would be without me having to ask, and thoroughly explained their plan for those without insurance. They take photos of your teeth and show you current and potential problem areas, and give multiple avenues of treatment/preventative care. When I said I didn’t like to floss because floss itself is wasteful, they introduced me to more earth-friendly supplies. And lastly, every single person I spoke to was so kind, gentle and just plain nice! The dentist can be a scary place for some, but they were so relaxed while also being knowledgeable and that made me feel like I was in good hands. I also very much appreciate them working with me to find an appointment time that fit my busy schedule. I immediately recommended Elevate Dental to my partner, my family and everyone I work with. You will not regret coming here!

First time patient and I was so pleased to be there! The office is beautiful and inviting, even with everything being so different due to Covid. The front office, dental assistants and hygienists are so knowledgeable and friendly, they really make you feel welcome there. Dr. Chew is seriously awesome! She really takes the time to go over your x-rays and exams with you and I love how honest she was about my teeth. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into things that I didn’t need or like I was just another dollar sign. You are definitely treated like a valued member of their family and I love that. They have a very modern office with up to date technology and equipment. We moved from Chicago and noticed other offices are lacking the technology used compared to up there and I did not feel like that at all in the office. I had a great experience, I loved how kind they were and am so happy I found them!

Probably one of the best dentist experiences I’ve ever had. Bonus for me that I live nearby. Staff was SUPER courteous, remembered me, conversational, made me feel at ease (which was needed) and was able to explain what processes they were going to carry out on my teeth. They also took the time to break down how my insurance was going to be billed, what they were billing for and what my responsibility was. In this Covid weirdness, from what I could tell, they were following all guidelines and seemed to have everything streamlined to where it didn’t feel awkward to me as a patron. TVs to watch on the wall and ceilings, while they worked on me was also a bonus. Definitely am planning to go back and already have an appt booked. Great job!

I just left Elevate where they got me an appointment fast because of a tooth that is hurting. They found the problem, cleaned my teeth, did xrays, etc all quickly and efficiently. The offices are so nice and the entire staff was so kind. I ended up buying 4 yearly plans, 1 for each person in my family, so I now know our cleanings and such are covered for the entire year. As a small business owner I am so thankful they offer these very affordable and practical plans. Thank you Elevate!!!

This has been one my favorite dental experiences EVER. From the moment you walk in, till they are done with you. The staff is very professional and the facility is so clean and well organized. They offer you beverages while you wait for your appointment time which is very kind. The dental hygienist was very gentle and kept making sure that I was not uncomfortable while she was working on taking x-rays. All the equipment was so clean and three chair you sit in is so comfortable. They even offer to put a movie on for you which I’m sure would help both adults and children calm themselves of nervous. Dr Chew (what a cool coincidence right!?) was very kind and gentle as well. She did the dental examination herself which I really appreciated given that my former dentist left that work for the hygienist. She explained what she saw in the x-rays and pictures (which they display on the TV for you) all in layman’s terms. I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort during the cleaning at all and they actually kept me relaxed and laughing a lot during the entire visit. I definitely recommend Elevate and this will for sure be my new dentist permanently.

Best. Dentist. Experience. Ever. I hate going to the dentist but they managed to change my perspective. Amazing high-tech office, super friendly staff, and Dr. Chew was great. After taking xrays and pictures of my teeth, they showed them on the flat screen TV right in front of your chair and she pointed out what was good and what was bad. I’ve never had a dentist do that, they usually just tell you what’s wrong and show you on a little mirror. Highly recommend them. Looking forward to my 6 month check up

Yes, the aesthetics of this dental practice are highly unusual and chic. And the staff up front (Angelo and Davina) are exceptionally warm and eager to help you. But what I was concerned when I was looking around for a new dentist was primarily the quality of the dentistry, and was a little afraid when seeing the rave reviews about the indoor design that they weren’t focused on that. Dr. Chew takes the time to train her assistants with thoroughness and kindness, she explains everything that is going on in a very transparent way to you the patient, and appears totally dedicated to the art of making your mouth as good as it can be. I trust her and will go back for as long as I can.

I am very nervous about going to the dentist, not nearly as phobic as I once was, (thanks, Dr. Fowler), but still pretty concerned & cautious. Trust me when I tell you this was the best dental experience of my life! Dr. Chew and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are as comfortable and relaxed as they can make you. Dr. Chew is gentle and un-rushed while she gives you a thorough exam and cleaning. She showed me pictures along the way of a couple things she wanted to make sure I was aware of. She and her staff wanted to give me as much information as I wanted to have. Also, they have made their office a place where you can just stop by, get a drink of water, coffee or tea, have a snack, even use the Internet if you need to, or just hang out if you want. Amazing! This office is my new favorite dental office. A statement I don’t think I’ve ever uttered!

The front staff gave me a courtesy call on my way to my appointment that they were running slightly behind schedule. So considerate! As I waited, Devina gave me an office tour and offered refreshments. Gorgeous and clean space with plenty of curb parking out front. Before my cleaning, the hygienist let me choose a show to watch from Netflix or amazon as they conducted the cleaning. This was actually so nice as I get a little nervous before dental appointments. Dr Chew was very thoughtful about my concerns with the tooth hypersensitivity I’ve had lately and she took photos of my gums to show me where I have some recession. She did a thorough “presentation” to show me a landscape of my mouth and teeth. I’ve never had a dentist do this! She showed me every X-ray and photo she took so i could see exactly what she saw. All the positives AND negatives. She didn’t pressure me into any excessive procedures. Even with the baby cavity she found she never tried to persuade anything that wasn’t truly necessary or high priority. As a busy mom who rarely has time to make an appointment for myself, I really appreciated this. Very conservative in her treatments and gentle with the cleaning. Hands down the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommendation

If you can’t find street parking, there is a parking garage around the corner with patient parking spaces. Superior service from start to finish. Top of the line equipment and facility. Dr. Chew explained everything thoroughly and simply and didn’t make you feel any awkwardness as she cleaned your mouth! I scheduled an emergency appointment as a new patient due to a bothersome tooth, and they went above and beyond with the time they had in the limited appointment. Dr Tiffany Kwan and Dr Naomi Chew are what most if not all dentist should be. Both dentist are extremely understanding, patient and they genuinely care about their patients, never feel rush. I wish every dentist I encounter can be like this. The dental office is extremely impressive, they have refreshments when you first walk in, all of the equipment are new and top of the line/state of the art (think Hermes /Tom Ford/Wagyu beef). I like how each operating room has a monitor that projects your X-Ray and images of your teeth, this is very useful especially when Dr Kwan/Dr Chew is explaining what teeth related issue you are having. Beside the monitor, there is a TV (where you can watch Netflix) when you are lying down on the operating chair, so time passes much quickly. I like how Elevate Dental have a full team to meet your needs. Beside the two wonderful dentist, they have a Financial Coordinator (Patricia), their office manager (Angelo) and a few awesome dental assistants that are extremely friendly and are willing to answer any inquiry. Elevate Dental truly goes above and beyond for all your needs. Dr Tiffany Kwan/Dr Naomi Chew are now my primary dentist and I highly recommend for anyone searching for a new dentist/dental office. I am extremely happy that I was able to find a Dental Office that met all of my high standards.

Elevate Dental is one of the best run dental offices I’ve ever been to. To start, the emphasis on paperless forms is such a breath of fresh air. I was able to fill these out on my own time and well ahead of my appointment. No more having to scramble a few minutes before, while trying to find my insurance number or trying to remember the name of my allergy medications. It is a simple experience but if you do get stuck the office staff is easy to get a hold of and answered my insurance questions right away. The appointment itself was just as positive. I’ve been fearful of dentist offices for years. This is due to going to a local university dental school for my cleanings. The dentists knew their trade but were still working on their people skills. I have to say Dr. Chew is an absolute professional on all counts. She talked me through each step of the procedure and did an overview of how my previous dental work is holding up (which is a first for me and I really appreciated seeing first hand). We had some friendly banter while watching The Office, which made it more like a personal visit instead of just a cold medical checkup. She was regularly checked with me if I was comfortable and warned me ahead of time of any procedure that may cause some discomfort. From beginning to end, I had a great time and will definitely be back. Pro tip: take you freshly cleaned teeth to nearby Pete’s Tako House to treat yourself.

Every employee – from the front desk, to the dentists, is extremely kind, competent, and transparent about their services! Elevate goes above and beyond for their patients by providing you with a tour of the office on the first visit, telling you exactly what they will be doing, making you feel at home with Netflix playing while the doctor performs the procedures, walking you through your x-rays to explain the health of your mouth, and even providing an array of beverage options to take with you after your appointment. I want to give extra kudos to them because I received a statement from my insurance letting me know that they had declined to cover some of the x-rays performed during my routine check up, and when I went to Elevate thinking I would be having to dispute the charges (because I had understood them as part of the routine examination), they told me that those x-rays were essential for my examination and that if my insurance refused to cover them, to not worry because they would NOT be billing me. I’ve had to deal with several doctor offices blindsiding me with charges in the past, so the kind and reasonable treatment I received from Elevate deserves to be recognized!

This dental office is one of the most beautiful and elegant offices I’ve ever seen. Dr Kwan and Dr Chew are both extremely nice and helpful not to mention they are both gorgeous! Their staff is extremely nice and are very attentive to your needs. For those of you who are scared of the dentist or hate going to the dentist do not be scared because Elevate’s staff and doctors make you feel like family and they are super gentle with you. I had a fantastic experience with Elevate Dental. I was impressed with every aspect of their business from start to finish. Calling and scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Plus they allowed me to reschedule my wife’s appointment with no hassle. The place itself is very clean and sleek looking. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and they gave me a tour of the place since I was a new customer. Once the check up actually started, everyone went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. They took a lot of x-rays, but they assured me that as a new customer, if my insurance didn’t cover all of them, they would waive the cost of the others. They also have TVs in each room so that the patients can watch Netflix while they have their teeth cleaned. This is a really awesome thing to have, as it can make the experience of going to the dentist so much better for some people. But even without the TVs, you have nothing to worry about! The tech and the dentist who worked on my teeth were incredibly friendly and made me feel totally at ease while they worked. To top it all off, I have delta dental insurance, and at the end of my check up I did not have to pay a dime. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist! Or if you’re considering switching, you absolutely should. Trust me this dentist is better than the one you have now.

If I could give more stars, I would! Personally, going to the dentist has always been the most vulnerable of all medical services, but I felt nothing but at ease here. The facilities are modern and clean while being comfortable. The televisions in the rooms help distract from any sounds of the drill, etc. But, the people are what really make this office a stellar experience! From the minute you step in, Angelo is there to greet you and make you comfortable. There is really no waiting which is a relief. Dr Chew is an absolute delight, as is her assistant! I got a bunch of work done before moving out of town and what would have been previously a daunting undertaking, was a pleasure. I wish I could’ve taken this dental office with me to my new home – what a gem!
