I’ve gone back to Dr. Saw’s practice a couple of times since last year. Each time I like this place more and more. Amber, their office manager is great! She know’s her stuff and explains everything related to billing in detail. She is very patient and makes you feel at home when you enter the practice. I’m adding another review to this practice because aside from helping me they also helped my mom a lot. She had gone to another doctor but they wouldn’t give her a treatment plan until she paid an additional $500 to what she had already paid on her first visit. I found this somewhat sketchy so I suggested that she get checked out by Dr. Saw or Dr. Luu. Dr. Luu happened to be free and explained her situation. Turns out she had to have a lot of work done immidiately and needed to replace an old bridge that could lead to more critical issues. My mom was extremely happy with Dr. Luu! He explained everything is a manner that was clear to her, She had been worried about her teeth for months and he calmed her and began working on her teeth the next week. We highly recommend Elevated Smiles. They are amazing doctors but above all they are exceptional human beings. To them you’re more than just another patient. They actually want to get to know who you are and that to me is priceless! If you need a dentist this is the place to go! I live in National City but this place is worth the drive! Thanks Dr. Luu, Dr. Saw, Amber and team! Thank you for becoming my dental family 🙂

This place is recommended by my daughter. But I did not expect anything though. However, to my surprise, they are very friendly and professional. I am so happy with my teeth now. I highly recommend this place. Elevated Smile will be my go-to dental clinic from now on.

WOW- who goes to the dentist for an emergency procedure and leaves totally loving the visit?? Had a crown emergency and Elevated Smiles got me in quickly and got the crown done in one visit with no return needed!  From the initial call with the super friendly and efficient office staff, to the highly competent dental assistant/hygienist, to the stellar Dr. Tina Saw, everything went wonderfully smoothly. I even got to catch up on my Netflix while they did the dental work! (Awesome headsetand big screen TV  woot!) The practice space itself is beautifully decorated with a serene ambiance, coffee in the wait room, and super clean (did I mention I’m a germaphobe and this place surpasses my very high standards for impeccable clean? This is a dental practice that serves as THE model for all other practices. And to top it all off? They took my insurance! So glad I found this practice. Have already referred two friends.

This is the best dentist offices I’ve ever been to. I was having some trouble with my insurance company, but the woman at the front desk took the time to make sure things were righted and waited as long as it took on the phone to make sure that my insurance company fixed things on their end. The doctors, hygienists, and office staff at Elevated Smiles are all extremely nice and helpful!

Honestly i im scared of being in the dentist chair but this experience changed my mind! Anne is so gentle it was more like a tooth massage lol! The Dr’s are also so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Luu and Dr. Saw are very professional dentists that made me feel comfortable and well taken care of when I went in for my appointment. The whole staff is very kind and made sure I was understanding of the procedures before they started. The office is very clean and well decorated, and you even get to watch Netflix while you wait!

Put this in the Like instead of here which is what I meant to do so here it is Wow – far and away the friendliest and most caring dental office I’ve ever been to! Dr. Saw interviews you to see what your goals are and makes your dental health a priority – dusting off my WaterPik and going for it this time. And her staff couldn’t be nicer or more fun to talk to – the music is great, and so is the ambience. I got to watch Netflix while getting my teeth whitened – or I could have just watched the amazing photography of Planet Earth. This office rocks – latest technology and great customer interaction!

The staff is amazingly  friendly and up beat. I had dental work done recently by both Dr.Luu and Dr.Saw. They both are very good at what they do. I had 2 crowns put in, a filling, and a deep cleaning done on the same day. It took almost 3 and 1/2. Dr. Saw was so patient and gentle. Dr. Luu did an adjustment  to one of my crowns, I was in and out in no time. I will definitely  be using Elevated Smiles for all of my future dental work

***Treatment Update***Dr. Saw treated two teeth for me: a much needed crown for a VERY old, VERY worn CROWN and another CROWN from a recent root canal. Lucky for me the teeth were side by side so only one area needed numbing (which I did not even feel occur-it was AWESOME)! I put ear plugs in, the Dr. And her assistants (super nice and friendly) did their work, and viola, I was in and out of there WITH the MY PERMANENT CROWNS (my last office I had to wait 2-3 weeks before having to go back in and have the permanent crown cemented). Dr. Saw made my crowns ON THE SPOT (I was able to watch the  machine ‘mill’ them-it was too cool)! This place is THE place for me and my family and I HIGHLY recommend them for you and yours-I’m a SUPER FAN! Thanks Elevated Smiles!

I was referred by my new optometrist to go check out Elevated Smiles Dentistry. I was extremely apprehensive about changing dentists after 35 years at the same place – but I was not disappointed!  The staff was very friendly and professional and I loved Dr. Saw – she was so patient with me with my anxiety and really was thorough in her exam.  I will definitely refer this office to my friends!!
