I’ve been seeing Dr. Nelson for two years and have been happy with her practice. She is very kind, patient, and takes her time with you. She is also very skilled at her work. Doctor Nelson’s office is warm, welcoming and staff is highly personable. The front staff Marie is a delightful greeting as you walk in. Stefanie the hygienist is the sweetest and makes me feel right at home. This staff is all hired from the top down by Dr Nelson herself. Dr Nelson is the nicest dentist I’ve ever worked with. Made a switch to Dr Nelson after having gotten tired traveling out deep into Suffolk County to get dental checkups. She came highly recommended from the Commack community and I can see why. Janet at the front desk is fabulous. Always checking our dental plan to ensure we are getting our maximum benefits. Always checking to ensure we remember our appointments. Dr Nelson is an absolute amazing human being. She went above and beyond to help me with an emergency fracture I had on a tooth. Would have destroyed my holiday with my family. The fact that she opened her office, while it was closed for the holiday is pretty amazing. Her state of the art equipment. Such kind-hearted staff. When you are in Dr Nelson’s hands, you’re in good hands. Highly skilled, very passionate young lady. I would totally recommend her and would forever be grateful for her empathy on my situation. Dr. Nelson is truly an amazing person and dentist. I have extreme dental anxiety and I feel so safe and comfortable whenever I go. I had two root canals this year and her level of care and compassion are unmatched. She always goes above and beyond in everything she does. I’ve been going to Dr. Nelson for about a year and a half. In this time i’ve had a few fillings and also did Invisilign. Dr. Nelson has a lot of patience with me as i’m a Nervous Nelly in the dentist office!
