Shelly is a great hygienist. I love talking to her and she does really good work. Dr. Mai is a fantastic dentist, very caring and thoughtful. Not everyone enjoys going to the dentist, but I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Mai. Georgine is a delight. If anyone is looking for a great dental practice, I highly recommend Dr. Mai.

Dr. Mai is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. She has a wonderfully positive disposition and goes to great lengths to make sure that you are comfortable. I have been bringing my whole family to see Dr. Mai and her colleagues for years. We have never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly, kind, and (perhaps most important) patient with my children. The office has many new measures put into place to help stop the spread of COVID 19. As someone who has been taking social distancing fairly seriously and avoiding almost all public spaces, I felt more than comfortable still going for my visit with two of my children in tow for their visit as well. Additionally, Dr. Mai has helped us to navigate a few dental situations that were out of the ordinary and could have been very scary. Our oldest child broke a permanent tooth at the gumline a few months ago. Dr. Mai squeezed us in immediately. While we ultimately needed to have all repair work done through Children’s Hospital, Dr. Mai and her staff have helped my daughter work through the resulting trauma so that she does not have a permanent fear of dental visits. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I used to be scared of the dentist. Usually I would say that I would prefer to go to the ginocologist instead. My mother-in-law said I should try Dr.Mai. Honestly the first time i walked in their I said I am a very sensitive person, didn’t have good past experiences with other doctors and I have high anxiety. I have been self-conscious of my short/small teeth since high school, and really wanted veneers. I found Dr. Mai via google and decided to visit for a consultation. What I was met with was a courteous staff, a clean office, and a caring dentist. I was nervous about making such a big investment, but Dr. Mai didn’t pressure me to commit and was flexible with my timeline and incorporating my needs/feedback along the way. She sat with me the entire time while she was the one performing the procedure. Now with new veneers, I feel confident and I don’t try to closed mouth smile anymore. My parents commented on the fact I can’t stop smiling after getting them. All my friends also complimented me on them. From start to finish, I received A+++ treatment. Overall, I cannot express how appreciative I am for Dr. Mai and her entire staff.

Going to the dentist for the first time after the pandemic allowed offices to open made me nervous as I drove over. But what a safe, reassuring experience this was. I am so glad that I went. The wonderful hygienist, Polly, led me through a list of questions about my health at my car. Then we entered together where my temperature was taken. My husband and I have gone to Dr. Mai for the last few years now for regular cleanings, and also fillings, and recently crowns and a bridge. Dr. Mai and all her staff are knowledgeable, helpful and caring. She also uses cameras and TV monitors so you can see for yourself exactly what the microscopic issues are with your teeth. My recent major procedure called for 5 crowns because of decay, and the replacement of a 30-year-old bridge on the tooth next to my front tooth. The crowns and bridge are right in the front, eye tooth to eye tooth, so they needed to look perfect, and they absolutely do. Staff did an excellent job throughout the process, helping with insurance, looking online to help find a bite guard I could wear for my TMJ while awaiting my “new” teeth and making sure the teeth look great.

They maintain agreeable dispositions in in the face of my onslaught of distressingly dumb jokes, and the root canal procedure they performed was apparently very relaxing, as Doc Mai said that I started snoring at one point. My husband Taylor and I went in today to see Dr. Mai. This was our first time in to a dentist in over 6 years (we all did the math today, haha). Dr. MAI, Ashley, Halie and the other amazing lady (I’ll update her name) treated us so great. It was hard not to be laughing with Ashley and Dr. Mai. They made us feel comfortable and educated us well. We got to go through different entail plans that would fit our future needs and we were given a lot of detail, compassion and laughs. Couldn’t give these ladies more than 5 stars!

I’ve had a lot of dental work done by many dentists over the past 25 years, and Dr. Mai and staff – from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dental assistants – are the best I’ve ever encountered. They are understanding, kind and make you feel at ease at all times. Dr. Mai is thorough and lets you know exactly what’s going on at every step of your care and with her every move. I was scared when I made my appointment because I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 2 year. I initially saw Polly and she was fantastic!
