This dental office is very efficient and honest.  They don’t try to up-sell any treatment.  I first went in for an implant consultation and the dentist told me I may or may not need a bone graft in conjunction with the implant.  At the time of surgery, after he opened up the area, he told me I had enough bone and that I wouldn’t need any bone graft, therefore saving me a good amount of $$.  This place can get busy, but that’s also a sign of a successful practice.  The staffs were courteous and trying their best to accommodate every patient as far as I saw.  In Lancaster, I think this is a pretty professional place to see a dentist.

I love elite dental! Staff is very friendly. All Dental assistant staff is friendly, patient and informative. I’m very scared of going to the dentist from past experiences but when I came to elite dental all my fears have nearly gone away! Dr Saharan is the absolute best! I have never felt so secure and comfortable being at the dentist as I have been here. Dr Saharan has done a deep clean, extractions and bone graph for me and I have felt no pain afterwards, he is very informative and has helped my teeth improve. I had seen another dentist previously that said I needed to have a root canal done on my #14 tooth but he couldn’t do it I needed a specialist, however when I went to have this dentist see if he could do the root canal surgery or not for me? He looked to see if he could do it or not and realized that I only had a cracked filling that needed to replaced and fixed instead of surgery, which is much better don’t you think so too? So he removed the rest of the broken filling and filled and totally replaced it totally, said that I might have some sensitivity pain and if so come back and he’ll put a desensitizing paste put in the tooth too. But all and all I’m good So I’m very happy with my visit today

I AM EXTREMELY SURPRISED AT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE! We changed to Elite Dental several years ago after some very bad experiences with another AV dental group that has offices in Lancaster & Palmdale. We have been extremely happy with Elite, have never had a negative experience, and EVERYONE in the office has always been very pleasant!!! This week my wife and I had our semi-annual checkups and cleanings. I felt compelled to finally review Elite Dental. Some years ago when we moved to the AV we had another dental office in Lancaster, calling it an office is a stretch as it was more like a cattle call, packed office full of noisy children and uncaring staff that tried to sell us everything they could WITHOUT ever mentioning the fact that most of what they recommended as URGENT were actually cosmetic procedures that our insurance would not pay for (costly procedures). They, on one visit, the doctor referred us to Elite Dental for a second opinion on something that the “doctor” was evidently not sure about. I couldn’t believe it when we arrived at Elite in the morning. Plenty of parking, only one other patient waiting (which I thought at the time was a bad sign) and we were in within a few minutes. The staff and doctor Ju were friendly, helpful, and explained everything. Doctor Ju examined my wife’s teeth, wrote a diagnosis and recommended treatment and we were out in about 20 minutes! My first question upon returning home was why we were wasting our time and money at another dentist that had to send us to Dr. Ju for an EXPERT opinion! I called the insurance company and had our account change to Elite Dental and we have been with them ever since. They are so good at what they do that there are never more than a couple of patients waiting at any one time (when we’ve been there). We never wait more than 5-10 minutes to get in (never less than one hour at our previous dentist) and everything is explained before the work is done plus the cost and how much will be covered by our insurance. Going to the dentist is never a fun experience but Elite dental makes it as pleasant as can be expected. They are helpful, informative, efficient, honest, very pleasant, and never waste our time. This past Wednesday was no exception, very professional, and I am very glad that we changed to Elite for our dental care several years ago. They are the best. We have only been to a couple of other offices that have even come close, those were in Los Angeles, many years ago and it was for a specialist in dental surgery.

Honestly, I’ve never taken the time to write a review for a business or restaurant until now. Earlier today I was scheduled to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was extremely nervous and almost ready to not go through with it. I was to be awake during the whole extraction, that really worried me. I was very, very pleased with every aspect of the care I received at this dental practice. The x-rays I had taken at EVERY prior practice were always somewhat painful but that was NOT my experience at Elite Dental. Then the doc (dentist) came in and spoke about the treatments I needed with quiet confidence that demonstrated real care. The dentist that did the deep cleaning revealed a sense of humor but was still very professional and efficient. In short, she did a GREAT job. The tech who took an impression also was efficient and professional. Finally, the office staff who checked us in and out helped me understand how much each procedure would cost and what the schedule would be were VERY caring and helpful. Please first I have to say THANK YOU to all the staff! Don’t remember everyone’s names but Elizabeth, Tracy, Ruendy ,Vernice and of course Dr Sachin Saharan, you are all  !! So I need to start by saying I’m terrified of the dentist. My anxiety level is off the charts. But when you chip your front tooth and at the same time as having a very bad asthma flare up just prior and a cold , things change. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years. I just kept having them pulled if infected . Well enough was enough and I am determined to beat this anxiety and decided to go to Elite Dental, because my son had gone there and they were fantastic! They made me feel comfortable and explaining every step of the way what was happening. Now after the X-rays I knew they were going to find a LOT wrong but my main concern was that front tooth as a woman it was aesthetically displeasing to look at and I had my asthma which I was still on meds for the flare up. They didn’t force me to get any other work done and said we’d take baby steps with it all. Absolutely love this place!

I’m not sure when Dr. Saharan took over the practice, but my hubby and I started going to Elite about 8 months ago. Any negative reviews have got to be from before Dr. Saharan because this is the best dental office I’ve been to in decades. At my initial visit with my new insurance, I let Elizabeth the dental assistant know that I have a horrible gag reflex for the X-Rays, and she immediately rubbed some numbing gel around my mouth so I wouldn’t feel it. It went very smoothly. What a relief. When it was time for my teeth cleaning, I let them know my teeth are super sensitive, so again, they numbed my gums with gel in advance. After the cleaning, they put a de-sensitizing treatment on my teeth and what a difference ! They sent me home with a prescription de-sensitizing toothpaste. They give you different treatment options and costs up front and let you decide what you want and can afford. No pushy up-selling. Yesterday, my porcelain crown cracked and they got me an appointment for today. The assistant took photos and X-Rays, and Dr. Saharan did an exam and said no need to do anything since the crown itself was still intact. Most places would tell you to get a whole, new crown. They charged me NOTHING for today’s visit. Not even my co-pay when I insisted. Love this place !!!

This dentist is amazing! They did a 2 types x-rays and a thorough examination. With in 15 mins of talking to him i know more about my teeth then all the previous dentist i have seen put together. I found out that the 2 root canales the last dentist did were unnecessary and the caps they were going to put in for $2000 wouldn’t work. On top of that i saved $600 on the brightening and night gard. Everything eles was covered buy insurance. Everyone was supper nice and careing! Best dentist in the AV!

My family loves this dental office, a Very friendly environment and the staff made every effort to make us feel comfortable constantly asking us if we are okay and even if we were just sitting in the lobby waiting for the rest of the family to finish with their procedure they came out to ask us if we need water are you bored with this show on tv, would you want me to find another channel for you etc. I’ve never experienced that in the other dental office.
