I drive from The Valley to Valencia and it’s definitely worth the drive. I enjoy coming here and the staff is super professional and friendly. The doc is super cool. Thank you Elite for all you’ve done for me through out the years.

Great staff, great doctors!!!! Everyone is very professional and friendly. So far the best dentists office I have been. I definately recommend them. Nelly was very friendly and polite, she made the process of switching dentist very smooth.Dr. K is very patient, polite and careful when doing the check up.

This story is going to be about things falling into place. But first, a little background. It’s my second time visiting this place. The first time was for me and today (5/3/18) was for my mother which was almost an emergent situation. 5 stars for both experiences. After suffering for two weeks in pain due to oral infection, and definite dental decay, my mother (who absolutely is against going to the dentist finally agreed a couple days ago to go see a doctor. Now her HMO insurance had her with a certain dental clinic. I have been calling this office for a day and after no response, (Despite leaving voicemails and describing the need for urgency), I got fed up and called the insurance company, Delta Dental. (Shout out to Delta for also facilitating the process) They described that I can switch over to a new office and doctor now (instead of the first of the next month), as long as the office is okay with it. Luckily, Elite Smiles accepts my mom’s insurance. Series of events followed and now I am compelled to write this review. I called elite smiles and was greeted by an enthusiastic voice, named, Michelle. (I must say ‘enthusiastic’ because this is towards the end of their day and she sounded like it was 9 AM) Michelle listened to my request and immediately understood the tone of urgency in my voice. I had mom in my sight just feeling not so great, suffering in severe pain, lethargic and drained of energy and, therefore, it was important for me to find her an appointment quickly. It was 4:50 PM at this point. Luckily, they were okay with transferring her to their office and accept her as a patient. The perceptive Michelle also understood that she needed to be seen immediately and therefore got her in the same day. She says “I can have your mom in at 5:30 PM (50 minutes after the phone call). I am very impressed by their commitment to help and the wit to understand emergent situations. I was hoping for the quickest appointment possible but never thought, same day would be possible. We get there and mom goes in within ten minutes. We finally got to meet Michelle and her co-worker Nellie. They both showed compassion for her situation and were very sympathetic towards her situation and HELPFUL af. They do a complete check-up and tell her whats up. My mother is a very anxious person around physicians and dentists (just like the half the human race). I make this point because Dr. George Koutsoukos is compassionate, realistic and definitely puts in the effort to provide the best therapeutic options for the short as well as the long term. I could tell that my mom felt comfortable in this physician’s presence because she didn’t feel rushed. Also, Aaron was great and very helpful. TLDR: I just want to wrap up and say that this was a great experience for my mother. Nobody likes going to the dentist but its staff like this which makes the environment more welcoming for scared and anxious patient. Medical professionals have a tough job being objective and compassionate about everything and providing the best care for people in need. This office exemplifies these qualities.

Dr. Koutsoukos is the best dentist that I have ever found. I had tooth problems in Orange County and went to a local dentist for implant. There have been so mane issues so I decided to drive to Dr Koutsoukos when my friend recommended him to me. He did one crown on a broken tooth and another bridge crown on my implant. The surgery went so well that I did not even feel much uncomfortable at all. His staff are so very nice and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a precision treatment. I can’t thank him enough for ending my two years ordeal! Helen

Dr. K and his staff are excellent! Dr. K has good bedside manners and mindful of any discomfort you might be having with dental procedures. He does his best to make dental visits pleasant. Jessica and other front desk staff are courteous and I have never had an issue. I would highly recommend coming to Dr. K!

Still pleasantly happy with the office. Clean and professional. The Dr. Is awesome and staff still great. I couldn’t help but read some of the negative reviews, wow some of you have a lot of time on your hands and nice pic of someone giving the finger. Is this is a joke? Couldn’t help but lol and comment.

I came here for a second opinion and glad I did. I was in need of a prosthodontist and there are only a few in Santa Clarita. Dr.K and his staff are professional and made me feel welcome. Dr.K answered all my questions and took his time explaining my treatment. Very happy and feel lucky i found this gem. Will recommend him to all my friends and family.

This is the best dental office I have ever used in my life. Everyone I know goes here and nobody has anything close to a negative experience. The staff is fantastic with my 4yr old that has autism. I feel bad for people like Shannon who’s review I read which was ridiculously negative. You pay for services before they are performed unless you are paying with credit. Using your battle with cancer as an excuse is uncalled for..be mad at the world all you want for the hand you were delt in life  but you are wrong for blasting this office the way you did. Anyway, long story short, great staff from top to bottom. The office is always spic n span and zero issues with any pricing or dental treatment.   I would give Dr. K and his staff 10 stars if I could.
