Dr. Plas and her team are truly remarkable. She and her staff are very caring and professional and are always able to schedule me for an appointment within a very reasonable period of time. I would highly recommend her office and can’t thank them enough for the wonderful care that I have received.

Very thorough but gentle cleaning. I appreciate the care taken and the fact that people in the office remember me and my family from one visit to the next. Dr. Plas has been our family’s dentist for nearly ten years and we have never had a bad experience. I have recommended her to many people, especially families with children. She has a great rapport with kids.

Dr. Plas and her complete staff is the most professional and friendly staff I have encountered in the past 40 years. From the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Plas, everyone treats you as the most important person. Taking time to listen and taking time to explain every procedure and taking time with every procedure must be their motto! The sterile office with the modern equipment and materials is refreshing to find today. Thank you Dr. Plas and staff!

Dr. Plas has been my dentist for almost 8 years. Every time I have an appointment I walk into a welcoming atmosphere with smiling staff and Dr. Plas is so kind to my family and me. From my experience, parking can be tricky on Wednesdays but otherwise pretty manageable.  I just got some fillings with doctor Plas and everything went great!  I cannot even tell where she did the fillings.   Her work was perfect!

As one of Dr. Plas’s first patients when she opened, I have been going to Dr. Plas for a decade. I trust her work wholly and entirely. When I first went to Dr. Plas, I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. I had several issues that needed to be taken care of, and she took the time to show me X-rays, explain my options, and help me space out the work so that I could afford it. Once that initial work during my first year with her was complete, I have maintained my preventative care with her, but I have not had any other major issues. I credit her for “getting my mouth in order,” and then helping me maintain that order. I have been so happy with her care that I have referred my boyfriend (now husband) and a good friend who have found her care to be equally beneficial. While I consider the quality of Dr. Plas’s care the most important component of my experience at her office, I also appreciate her attention to detail. Her facility is clean and well-decorated; her staff is well-trained and friendly while being efficient. I love that she has disposable toothbrushes in the waiting room bathroom that I use when I come straight from work and don’t have access to a toothbrush before my cleanings. In my opinion, it’s nearly impossible to find a high quality medical practitioner and a good business manager. Dr. Plas is both, which makes going to her office a positive experience from top to bottom.

At 74, I no longer get impressed very easily. However, after 40 years with the same dentist, I finally decided to make a change. I spent a considerable amount of time online researching dentists in my area and because of all the great reviews, I decided to try Dr. Elizabeth Plas. Anna, the dental hygienist first took X-rays which immediately showed up on a large screen. She then did an extremely thorough cleaning. I have never had such a thorough cleaning with the most modern of equipment. With another technician, she then charted the condition of each tooth and the gum line for each tooth with the results put on another screen. I have never had this done before. Anna was very professional and very caring. Once Anna was finished, she called in Dr. Plas, who while using the two screens, examined my teeth and entire mouth. She then sat down next to me and using the two screens, reviewed the condition of my teeth and mouth. She was not in a hurry and explained everything in detail answering any questions I had as she went along. She then offered options on anything she felt might need attention. There was no pressure to do anything and in fact on the one tooth that I was concerned about and went to see her for, after giving me the options she said if it doesn’t cause me any discomfort, to do nothing for the time being. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Plas, Anna and their entire staff. I’ll be back!

I absolutely love this practice. The office is so comfortable, and the staff are so sweet. Amanda, the hygenist, is AWESOME. Not only does she do an amazing, fast and painless job of cleaning your teeth, she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Dr. Plas is wonderful, too. She does a great job of telling you what is going on with your teeth without making you feel stupid. I also have an issue with people working in professions where they do not practice what the preach, for example a fat gym teacher, a hair stylist with horrible hair, etc. I feel like the entire staff here take such amazing care of their teeth. They all have these mega-watt smiles and that makes me feel good. I like knowing that they take pride in their own smiles and that they will take pride in mine, too.

I hate going to the dentist and did not keep up on regular visits. As a result, I had a couple of embarrassing problems that Dr. EP was more than accommodating. I have never experienced this level of detail at any dentist period. She is thorough, puts you at ease, and treats everyone with respect and dignity. Yes I hate going still, but she will be my dentist as long as she is in practice.

My husband and I just moved to Cincinnati and knew we would need to find a dentist. I absolutely dread dentist visits, and wanted to make sure that we went to a great dentist. Well, I can assure you, Elizabeth is beyond great. She explained thoroughly what she found from my X-rays. I had cavities needing to be filled, and encouraged me to get them done within a few weeks. I came back a week later and got them done! The fillings were quick and painless and she asked multiple times if I was doing okay. Elizabeth and her staff really cared about me and made me feel comfortable during both visits. I no longer dread 6 month checkups. 10/10

Who likes to go to the dentist?  I certainly don’t!  However, the kind and courteous attitude of Dr. Plas and her staff, as well as the relaxed atmosphere of the office provided me with the most pleasant visit of my life to the dentist.  I will definitely be returning and recommending her practice to friends and family in this area.

I’ve been going to Dr. Plas for over 5 years and could not be happier with my experience. I drive close to 30 minutes to see her. She is super professional, incredible at what she does and her entire staff make sure I am comfortable from the minute I walk in until I leave. Until I found her, I had a horrible experience that left me very fearful of dental work. She understands and remembers that every appointment and gives options on ways to alleviate the stress of the dentist. I am so incredibly grateful to Dr. Plas and her practice – I’ve had to have a lot of dental work done on my teeth and it’s always something I’ve felt insecure about and she has never made me feel uncomfortable. I vehemently disagree with the other review on her saying she wanted to do more work than necessary. She has always been super conservative with my care and I 1000% trust her opinion. I’ve recommended her to multiple friends and family and will continue to do so. You will be in such good hands with Dr. Plas.

I suppose that what I like most about Dr. Plas is that she doesn’t make my gums bleed. Also, the office is pretty clean and quiet, which is certainly an improvement compared to my previous dentist.    Most of all, they’re extremely quick, which I like because waiting for a scheduled appointment can be frustrating. The waiting area is very nice though, so I probably wouldn’t mind in this case.

This is a great dentist. The first thing that I notice is how pleasant the office feels. They usually welcome me when I walk in — almost always there is somebody sitting at the desk near the entrance. I like that they stop their paperwork to focus on me, instead of making me wait until I am called. The waiting area is so different from a “typical” medical or dental office, probably because it has real furniture and natural light. My interactions with Dr. Plas (dentist) and her staff are cordial. They take an interest in things that are happening in my life. I have had a couple of cavities, and I like that they didn’t make it seem like it was my fault. Dr. Plas was very professional – the work went smoothly and quickly (the best part). I haven’t had any problems. They run on time in the mornings, which is when I usually go. The office is convenient – my insurance works there and the location is perfect. Parking is sometimes crowded but I have been fortunate and found a spot. So I think it’s a five star place – of all the dentists that I’ve seen over the years, this is the place that I would choose first. I almost feel refreshed after a trip to the dentist – and that’s impressive!

I am a long-time patient, since 1998! Dr. Plas has always delivered the highest quality dentistry. I love the office from the people to the decor. It has been amazing to see the office grow over the years, but one thing that never changes is the warm professionalism of Dr. Plas and her staff. I saw Dr. Plas over a year a go and I am way over due to go back. She and her staff were extremely accommodating to my emotional needs due to primitive dentistry when I was a child. I guess I should “ding” them for not sending me a reminder card to go back for cleaning, but I like Dr. Plas and her staff so much that I’m not going to do that. The outside of the office looks a little run down – don’t be put off by that. I doubt Dr. Plas owns the building. It’s in the last block or two before Edwards becomes a ramp onto I-71. There’s not much street parking, but there is parking around the back. Apparently to get to her office from there you have to go through the entrance to the apartments in the upper floors of the building. One of the other reviewers commented on that. Don’t let that put you off either.

Dr. Plas  and staff are amazing! As soon as you walk in the door someone is there to greet you and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Plas seems to be so passionate and genuinely sincere about her patients. She truly listens to patients needs and is honest about treatment, cost and what to expect for the next appointment. It is difficult finding a dentist that meets all of your needs but she is definately one of a kind.

I’ve lived in many different states in my adult life and have encountered many shady dental practices. When my husband and I moved to Cincinnati, we researched our options and chose Dr. Plas. We have been so happy with that decision. Every procedure is completely explained beforehand and everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Plas herself are always friendly and welcoming. Now that we have our son, I’ve brought a baby and now a toddler to my appointments and from the giant fire truck in the waiting room to the careful way they’ve done work on my teeth with him on my lap makes even an appt with a kid painless. He was even disappointed when he saw the subpar toys at the pediatric dentists office we took him to.

A great dental experience every time.  No sales pitch or pressure, comfortable environment, convenient location and hours. The friendly staff puts you at ease, and Dr Plas is laid back and no rush to hurry along to the next patient, but also on time appointments with little waiting.
