I have been under the care of Dr. Kofman since she took over the practice from Dr. Gorenberg.  Dr. Ella and her staff are AWESOME!  My two girls, who are now 11 and 9, see Dr. Ella and her staff.  Both girls have been with Dr. Ella since they were able to start seeing a dentist.  Dr. Ella even worked with my oldest on her gag reflex so that she could get impressions.  I think what makes the experience great overall is the fact that Dr. Ella is personable, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and always maintains a level of professionalism while keeping the facilities with the latest and most up-to-date equipment.  She’s great with kids and the environment is clean and provides a very warm atmosphere.  I couldn’t ask for a perfect dental team.

Cleaning appointment with Gabriela. First time with this hygienist. Very friendly, smiling, gives very clear directions. Felt like an excellent cleaning procedure was completed. Gabriela noticed a gum problem and showed me on the X-ray. Dr Kofman reviewed and gave two treatment options. Made a follow up appointment for next week. Very satisfied with the results of this visit to Dr Kofman’s office.

Dr Kofman is an amazingly kind and caring doctor. She always has your best interest at heart and treats everyone like family!! She is very honest about your dental needs and never try’s to sell anything! She is very accommodating with her schedule offering early morning and late night appointments. She has a great sense of humor and will keep you smiling! When you are her patient it’s like you have joined the family, she offers you coffee and great conversation aside from top notch dental work! I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!!!

I have been seeing Dr Kofman for many years, and must say she is excellent!  I highly recommend her and her staff.   Her staff has always been very helpful and accommodating to any last minute changes that happen.  Her new hygienist is very good.  Overall I have always had a great experience with Dr Kofman.

I knew from my previous visit that I had a challenging problem to fix, and that I should consider having a troublesome tooth removed by an oral surgeon. I thought about it and concluded that if anyone could fix the problem and save the the tooth, Dr. Kofman was the one. I had complete confidence in her work and sure enough, she repaired and saved the tooth. I waited a week before writing this review to be sure that there would be no problems and there were none. Dr. Kofman has been a superb, highly skilled and caring dentist in the years that I have been seeing her. I highly recommend her.

Dr Kofman and staff worked quickly, painlessly and effectively on a problem they identified during my regular check-up/cleaning appointment. After identifying the problem they scheduled a next day appointment before I left the exam room chair. The staff’s friendliness and the Doctor’s sense of humor are the reasons why I ACTUALLY look forward to dental appointments.

Dr. Kofman is awesome! I’ve been seeing her since she took over for Dr. Gorenberg. I think I’ve been seeing her since 2003, so I can attest that Dr. Kofman is very well trusted to take care of all my dental needs as well as my kids. Dr. Kofman has been caring for my kids since they were of the age to be seen. Dr. Kofman’s service isn’t just for adults, she and her staff are very nurturing with kids. My kids are 13 and 11, so they’ve been seeing Dr. Kofman for all of their lives

I have changed many dentists in the Bay area before finally (and fortunately) landing into Dr. Kofman’s chair, now for good, and for sure. She is excellent in all dimensions: very professional, does what is needed, is sensitive to your needs, flexible with scheduling, and I have never waited more than 5 minutes upon arrival at her office. She also has a network of reliable and proven specialists if you might need a special treatment. Recently, they moved to a nice office in Saratoga which had been fully renovated. Without a milligram of hesitation, I strongly recommend Dr. Kofman to anyone who is seeking for a professional, personalized and reliable dental care.

I think Ella Kofman, D.D.S and her support staff are wonderful people with excellent people skills, technical ability, I am a sucker for outstanding service, and Ella’s staff provides abundantly. The office setting is comfortable, energy is so positive, anyone coming for dental work will feel comfortable!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Kofman for years now. We moved away from the San Jose area 7 years ago but continue to drive the 30 miles to see her. She only does procedures that are absolutely necessary, she listens, and she is firm but gentle. The only “gripe” we have is that for the past couple years she has a new hygienist/receptionist every time we go there.

Me and my husband have been the patients of Dr.Kofman for almost 8 years. She keeps our teeth healthy without emptying our pockets. She is an excellent doctor. Very ethical and honest. Very patient . Her office staff has changed recently which is good . We are both very happy with our dentist.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Kofman for many years now. Her excellent hygienist, Kathy, trained the new hygienist to use the same methods and your teetth turn out super clean without abusive forces. Dr. Kofman is special because she touches each patient delicately and moves her hands slowly. She is more careful than any other dentist or professional I’ve worked with. She treats all patients with respect and identifies any possible problems and asks you to have them evaluated. On me she keeps tabs of my gum recession.

Dr. Elvira (Ella) Kofman is the best dentist I have ever met! Excellent attention, personal time, knowledge. It was my 5 years old son’s first visit and everyone from reception to the dentist was super, they made his feel comfortable and happy. After the visiting he asked me – when else will we go there? I think this is the best charasteristic of the doctor and clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Elvira (Ella) Kofman for you and your family. Once you go in the first time, you will never go anywhere else

I went in for my semi-annual cleaning and check up and 2 areas that we have been watching for years finally needed some attention. She was able to schedule the fillings for the next week. Just had the fillings done this morning and couldn’t be happier. Very quick, no pain, fast recovery, and looks great!
