I fell and chipped both of my front teeth. They took me in right away even during the Coronavirus. One person only in the office at a time. Dr Cole and Tara were awesome. He bonded my teeth and you can’t even tell I ever chipped them. I have been a patient for over 20 years and I plan on being a patient for another 20 years. I highly recommend them!

This was my first appointment at Elm Family Dentistry and I have to say it was the most pleasant experience as far as going to the dentist can be. I have pretty bad anxiety at doctor and dentist offices and the staff here was so kind and understanding. They were very accommodating and patient and did their best to relieve my anxiety. It felt nice to be understood and will likely help me to continue keeping up with my oral health because I won’t be so scared to go back for more appointments which has happened in the past.

Elm Family Dentistry is honestly the best dentist office I have ever been to! They make you feel so comfortable right as you walk it, which for someone with anxiety about the dentist is great like me. Even with it having been over 5 years since I saw a dentist they never judged me or made me feel bad all they said to me was how great it was I was there now and that I was making a change! I recommend this office to everyone I know now! If you’re looking for a new dentist or if you’re like me and afraid to go after a few years call them! You will not be disappointed! Dr. Cole and his team are the best dental practice you could ever ask for. Dr. Cole is the son of Dr. Archambault who started the practice who I had seen for a very long time before he retired. On multiple occasions I have had dental emergencies for which Dr. Gary Archambault, Dr. Cole Archambault and Dr. Betsy Boig have graciously made accommodations on weekends/after business hours in order to suit my needs. Today was the first time that I had a dental procedure done at Elm Family Dentistry. It went so smoothly! Both Dr. Cole and Whitney were completely responsive to my concerns. I am one of those people who has had fears about dental office visits since I was a child and I also have a physical condition that requires some attention. Dr. Cole explained exactly what the work would be before he began and he and Whitney worked together as a team with diligence (and some humor, too!) to make sure that I was at ease the whole time. I was in pain made appointment om internet last night. Recieved a call from the office at 745 this morning was seen at 930. They were able to get a copie of my insurance card for me, which employer was unable to do. They also referred me to a specialist to save tooth to have root canal done this was all done by 1130 in morning. THEY DAY AFTER I SUBMITTED REQUEST. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEN THIS PRACTICE

Through all of life’s ups and downs, Dr. Cole, Dr. Betsy and the attentive, respectful and skilled dental hygienists (as well as the front desk staff) have been working hard for my oral health. I drive from Easthampton for myself, my three children and partner and it is worth it for the care our family receives. We have been long time , very satisfied patients of this practice. We were patients of Dr Gary and his staff and now patients of Dr Cole and his staff. The equipment in this office is state of the art. The office is always clean, neat and welcoming. Patients are taken “ontime’….little to no waiting. Dr Cole and his staff are friendly, professional and caring. Patients are not rushed. Your questions and concerns are always addressed satisfactorily. I recently switched over to Archambault and Hood from another dental office and the difference is night and day! The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door, especially but certainly not limited to Jill! The office is sparkling clean and home to some of the most updated technology I have yet to see in a dental office. All of the procedures are explained in detail and in an easy to understand way. Dr. Cole Archambault and his dental assistants (shoutout to Tara) go above and beyond to ensure that you are both confident and comfortable during each and every visit! I would highly recommend this practice as they saved me money by addressing an issue that my former dentist said could not be resolved without spending hundreds of dollars. And my smile has never been better! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have a problem tooth that the dentist I was seeing prior to coming to Elm Family Dentistry attempted to fix by doing a big filling. The filling ended up composing 60% of my tooth. It was the most painful filling I’ve ever had leaving me in tears and shaking in the chair. I left that practice and started seeing Dr Cole at Elm Family Dentistry. He said that should never had been a filling, it should have been a crown to begin with, but since it wasn’t causing me pain we elected to leave it alone. The filling lasted a few years but recently cracked. I knew this meant I needed a crown and I was very nervous knowing this is commonly a painful procedure. Tara, my Hygienist, shifted the schedule around to fit me in same day. Upon arrival I asked Dr. Cole to give me extra Novacaine and expressed my anxiety with the procedure. He understood, let me have the extra shots, and talked me through the whole thing, giving me plenty of breaks. The only thing I felt was the first of three novacaine injections, which was minimal because he used the “cheek pinch and shake” distraction technique. Yes, I didn’t even feel the other injections! I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure what so ever! I couldn’t have been happier with how it went. I live in NH and commute down to him because he really is a diamond in the rough! 100% satisfaction from me. 🙂
