The staff from the lovely ladies at the front desk to the doctors are always friendly and make you feel welcome. The hygienist themselves are incredibly nice and caring about your dental health. I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist but EMA Dental changed that with how they treat you ask as their client. With my work schedule there have been a few times I was unable to make my appointment. They were incredibly flexible and understanding. They fought for months with my dental insurance to cover a procedure. They took the time to call me each rejection letter they received to explain they would keep trying. And even after the insurance company denied covering it – they covered all options with me and genuinely seemed like they were disappointed just as I was. The hygienists are by far the greatest I’ve ever worked with. They are friendly, kind and don’t make you feel like the bad guy for not flossing as much as you should have. Lastly, the building is well kept and the second floor is nice to have a cleaning done at due to the big sky lights. Would recommend anyone in search for a dentist office to give them a try!

I visit Dr Mariano and his skilled, kind staff at Gothic Street, I recently had an appointment which we had to reschedule due to a citywide power outage, so I was sure my teeth were going to need extra time. My hygienist assured my that my homecare was good and made her job easier, so I rewarded myself with a whitening appointment just in time for the holidays. My, lucky day, someone cheerful who was really good with dental shyness was available and saw me right away! I feel so pretty now that my aging teeth are brighter and uniform in color, My only suggestion is that they please have on hand pediatric sized equipment for the mouth, as my mouth is very small, and it is painful to have to accommodate the standard adult sized oral equipment. I can’t change the size of my mouth, buti hope EMAGothi can stock the smaller gauged X-ray and mouth openers for people like me. I imagine there are others with small mouths, too. It’s such a thoughtful practice, I’m sure they would do this if I remind them enough times. Meanwhile, I need to get treatment for the TMJ and headaches that results from overextending my jaw after the appointments. A very good, caring practice on Gothic Street in Northampton!

I’ve had several visits to address a number of dental issues. Without exception, the staff have been top-notch in all regards…from scheduling and reminders to establishing a comfortable atmosphere. Of the many offices I’ve visited, EMA is far superior. The office is equipped with advanced equipment that enable more thorough and efficient processes. I’ve needed several visits to correct long-standing issues. EMA provided detailed plans and associated cost estimates for each phase of the treatments. I’m very satisfied with the service and particularly enjoy the pleasant and skilled staff.

As has been the case for the past decade or so that I have been going to EMA Dental, my care was excellent. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist, are friendly, helpful, professional and very competent. Before going to EMA I was one of those people who had had terrible experiences with dental care and avoided the dentist – no more. The staff at EMA are sensitive, caring, willing to answer all questions and provide options, and just plain nice. I no longer experience any anxiety or distaste about going for dental appointments (and I have had to have crowns, an implant, etc. not just cleanings and fillings). I recommend them most highly.

It’s been very lucky going to EMA dental. They saved my teeth! At the beginning I had couple cavities, especially the front one.They did a really good job and take care of it. And I love my teeth now. Everyone works there are super nice and professional. They give people wonderful smiles. I am very confident in their suggestions. It helps a lot. Each time I visit, they make me happy, because they really care about my teeth health. Best dental office in this area!

EMA dental is awesome.. I had some major work done here and everyone was great to deal with.. As you may know dealing with teeth problems can be a bit embarrassing and everyone here was so understanding and helpful, I feel so comfortable going here, I will continue to get all my dental work done at EMA dental and highly recommend this place.. Also the refresh whitening is amazing, after having the whitening done my teeth look great compared to what they did, Amy Postlewhait is so knowledgable and helpful she has helped me tremendously..

I had an emergency a front crown broke last night. I called EMA this am. They got me in today at the East Longmeadow office with out hesitation. They know I am a stress case, they were so kind professional, friendly. I just love this office and the kind professional staff, from the front desk back. Everyone made me feel at ease, Chris conveyed my concerns to Dr. Mariano, Sarah was right there, Amy popped in. Even Dr. Mariano’s daughter Dr. Mariano stopped in to check on the procedures. Dr. Mariano explained the next steps and what we need to do in the near future. They were accommodating on the next visit. Top of the line service from start to finish. I have a wedding to travel to tomorrow they are sending off with a brilliant smile… Thank you all ..

Was referred by my now fiancé and I’ve had great experiences! Friendly and welcoming staff, and they’re always understanding when I have to cancel at the last minute or move my appointment around. I drive over an hour just to be a patient there! Worth the trip every time.

First time experience at this office ! I was a bit apprehensive at first , new place, new dentist etc, however my fears were alleviated the minute I walked in and was greeted by a most congenial staff who made me feel welcome ! It’s so important for new patients to feel comfortable when surrounded by unfamiliar faces and it can be extremely daunting, however my experience was very positive , I got an immediate sense of well being (very important for patients)! Dr Mariano is excellent he explained and outlined in detail all he would do to provide me with excellent dental health and beautiful cosmetic restorations. A stellar practice indeed! Would love to continue with this office but the price for one implant is too exorbitant at this time , however I think they are the best.
