Dr. Chong was recommended to me by a good friend of mine. I was looking for somewhere to take my son to get braces. Everyone at this office was very nice, very accommodating and made us feel welcome. He just got his braces off and we are completely satisfied with the results. He was always self conscious of his smile, and now he can’t stop smiling. Very nice setting, modern equipment, friendly staff, kids love it. We were first drawn to this clinic by a post card for a free consultation. But decided to go with Dr Chong right then after she did an Xray for my daughter and explained the whole procedure and cost. Affordability, credentials of the doctor (graduated from an Ivy league school), welcoming atmosphere, kids friendly, flexibility of appointment schedules, all help me to make decision. Also they have a unique incentive for kids to earn points during each visit, and use that to claim a prize by some point (including an ipad), helping them motivated to keep hygiene. After just 1 month treatment, my daughter’s teeth are getting closer and improved a lot. It’s only half year now, and I could see all teeth are in their correct position and she’s already using rubber band during night. So far so good, and no complaints I could think of. Highly recommended.

Dr. Chong is not only an incredible orthodontist, but a very caring human being as well. She made me feel more than just a regular patient everytime i came to see her. i had braces for about 2 years and the only thing i loved more than the process was the end result. The thing i admire most about Dr. Chong is that she make her patients problem her problem, which isnt something you see in your average doctor. I remember her saying one day “when my patients are happy, im happy”.

I am impressed by the excellent service and professionalism I received at this clinic. Dr Chong has an in-depth knowledge of braces, and has provided great advice on the best treatment plan for me. I had a medical need to get Invisalign treatment for my jaws. I was too scared to wear braces as an adult. I consulted with Dr. Chong who not only cleared my doubts about the treatment, looks, but built my treatment plan to support my other dental issues. In addition, Embrace Smile’s staff is super organized, friendly and warm. My whole 1.5 years of treatment went smoothly and it was only due to the top notch staff and Dr. Chung’s priority to support me as a patient. I am glad I got my Invisalign treatment at Embrace Smiles! Highly recommend!

Dr. Chong and the staff are amazing!! They are knowledgeable and friendly. The office is always clean and pleasant. My son started treatment with Dr. Chong about a year ago and thanks to her recommendations, he now has teeth that are functioning in helping him with chewing his food. The price is also reasonable compared to others. I strongly recommend Embrace Smiles to anyone who needs braces.

Dr. Chong is extremely knowledgeable and treats every patient with individualized care and a most welcoming attitude. Dr. Chong is great!  If you have any doubts, get an opinion from her last, after you have visited other orthodontics.  We are glad that we found her and visited her.  She not only explains everything in details but does what is necessary and needed, which is very important; no extra x-rays, no extra work, etc.  We have had opinions from other orthodontics and finally choose to go with Dr. Chong for orthodontics work.  We are happy that we did, and as a medical professional, I very highly recommend Dr. Chong if you or anyone in your family needs orthodontic work.
