I don’t know how this place is a 3 star. The staff was super helpful and very understanding of my situation, even going out of their way to help. I met 3 doctors. Dr. Cho found a huge cavity (that was giving me pain) that my previous dentist did not find. He referred me to see Dr. Soleiman, a periodontist, who removed that tooth and put(?) bone graft in (cuz of my periodontal disease), which my previous dentist was gonna charge a F@%K ton of money to do. I also got my teeth cleaned from Dr. Ellie, a hygienist, who cleaned my teeth super fast. Literally in and out and didn’t feel a thing. Whoever says this place is ripping them off must be going to some bootleg/pop up dentist in an ally. They were super cheap (definitely cheaper than the last place), extremely caring, and very helpful. Definitely coming back and it’s not cuz I have a follow up visit. Seriously, 1 reviewer gave them 1 star cuz the TV and music was too loud for him/her. But the Doctors were “wonderful”. Next time turn down your hearing aid and you won’t have that problem. Cmon people!

I had a very good experience at Empire Dental. The women who checked me in were lovely, and explained what my benefits covered, and even went out of their way to entertain some of the kids who other patients brought in. The hygenist who cleaned my teeth was thorough, and took the extra step of checking to see if I had tongue cancer (never had any office ever do that!), and offer me some tips on what kind of toothbrush I should buy, and how to brush (I apparently brush too hard!). Finally the doctor who came in to look at my x-rays gave me some other pointers on what steps I can take to keep my gums and teeth healthy.

Today, was my second time coming in to take my daughter to the Dentist. I actually forgot that I had her dentist appointment, so I called to verify. I sure enough had her dentist appointment, and was running late. I asked if I could move my appointment from 9 a.m., to 9:30 a.m. Still considering my daughter had school. They, immediately changed it with no issues. I was greeted with a friendly smile from two, young ladies at the desk. They had a movie on for the kids during the waiting period. Both the Dentist and a few other staff there were super polite, and even came to my aide immediately apologizing for any wait time. They gave me an explanation of why they were a bit delayed, and I respected that amongst anything because they were communicating with me. Again, staff was friendly and atmosphere was fine. I knew everything that they would be doing, during my daughters visit. My daughter had a pleasant visit, and I felt comfortable in bringing my child here. We look forward to our next visit. Suggestion: I would suggest that you all also, find a way to turn on the T.V., monitors while waiting in the chair for the dentist. It will make for an even smoother visit for the kids and ease their already nervous bodies. If you were also interested in giving the place a spruce in color in the waiting area, that would also make this area more inviting and not so dark. Please keep up the great attitudes and continue making this dentist office great.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, especially me. Dr. Elie and the staff at Empire Dental Group always make me feel at ease when I come in for my appointments. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. My time is very valuable and I appreciate them accommodating my busy schedule. Keep up the great work Empire!

My kids and I have been patients at Empire Dental Group for 4 years. Everyone from the front office staff to the assistant’s and doctors are very professional.My kids have braces on and Dr. Jelson and his staff have been very patient in working with us to achieve perfect smiles!My family and I cannot say enough good things about Empire Dental Group and would recommend them to anybody looking for a family dentist.

This office is great to work with. The dentists and staff are very friendly. Lizet is the the best to work with and so helpful and sweet. I highly recommend this office. We get our general dentistry and orthodontia work done here and it’s been so positive for our whole family.

I’ve been going to Empire Dental Group for several years but clearly I had missed a few cleanings when I came in this summer.  Dr. Elie and his staff were so welcoming, from the very professional Lizet and company on the front desk to the warm and gracious Lupe. Dr. Elie explains everything and always answers my many questions. I needed three crowns and the replacement of a filling that had long since come out and I’m very pleased with the results. Dr. Elie is so gentle and caring. Everyone there really understands how difficult going to the dentist can be in our minds, and they go out of their way to make the experience pleasant and as pain-free as possible.  When I was unhappy with the contemporary new night guard he had made for me, he said no problem and remade it in the old school version I prefer.  I will continue to go to Empire for all my dental needs and refer my friends and family as well.

A good first impression is so important, especially in a dental office. With that said, the front office of Empire Dental Group & Orthodontics is simply put…amazing. They make you feel so comfortable treating you with the utmost care. One example I like to point out is Lizette. She is very friendly, caring and professional and takes initiative with my sons’ appointments. She reminds my wife and I of them with phone calls/emails. At times, she will bring concerns regarding my insurance and its coverage, then helps me find affordable yet effective solutions. Because of her passion and that of the entire staff, they give my family and I more reasons to smile. Thanks Empire Dental!!!

This place was FANTASTIC! Their staff was extremely kind and my endodontist was very understanding and comforting. My last dentist was in Agoura Hills and had been treating me and my family since I was 11. Unfortunately the last few years we’ve been experiencing too many problems and they told me I needed a specialist for my root canal since the one they did, which took up to 3 hours and was extremely painful, was now being rejected. I got an appt and an estimate over the phone and the girl was very nice. When I was at the office I was still nervous for my appt, and even more so meeting the endodontist, everyone was so kind and understanding about my anxiety, they even gave my boyfriend a chair so he could sit with me. The root canal took maybe 25 minutes, painless and perfect, he even did the root canal over my crown without breaking it! I love this place and I will ALWAYS come back here and refer others!
