Approximately 3 months ago I fell on some stairs while moving. I chipped my front tooth. (Hillbilly status). This was literally 2 weeks after I had had my teeth cleaned and received comments from Dr. Trung about my great smile. I called the office the day after my fall, this was a Friday and the Dr. was at a seminar, fortunately I spoke with Jennifer (who is absolutely the bomb) and explained my situation. She called Dr. Trung and apparently expressed my desperation to have my tooth fixed. She scheduled me an appointment and by about 3:00 that afternoon my tooth was professionally and beautifully fixed. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for Dr. Trung and Jennifer taking the time and effort to help me out and making the whole situation as quick and painless as possible. I love you guys!!!

I am SO impressed by Empresa Dental! I am really nervous going to the dentist, but after my appointment here, I am not worried for the next visit. I met both Dr. Ngo and Dr. Nguy and my hygienist was Shelley. They were all great, including the front office staff, everyone was so kind and caring and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Nguy spent a lot more time with me than my previous dentist and explained everything in detail throughout the exam. I found out the reason for my sensitive teeth, something I never even knew before and I ended up needing a cavity filled and they were able to fill it on the same visit, making it so convenient. When Dr. Ngo found out that I’m afraid of the numbing needle he took extra care to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and it didn’t really hurt at all, I was very pleasantly surprised. Then I had my cleaning with Shelley and she was so thorough and made my teeth feel extra clean. I also liked that she gave me a mirror and showed me some brushing and flossing tips to keep my teeth clean. Overall the best dental experience I’ve had before and I would highly recommend Empresa!

I have been seeing Dr. Derick for the last 4 years dating back from his old office. I drive a good hour to see him. If I didn’t trust him I wouldn’t make the hour drive. He is GREAT along with Dr. Ngo, the front counter staff and especially Joellen. Joellen does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. She pays a great attention to detail and is very concerned for patient health. This is what separates herself from other hygienist. Thank you for all your advise it really does play a factor in my daily hygiene. See you at my next appointment!

I AM REFERRING THIS DENTAL OFFICE – PLEASE READ MY STORY. Hi my name is Kimberly and when I was young I was traumatized by a dentist that unfortunately stayed with me into my adulthood. It is extremely hard, wait did I say extremely hard, I meant to say EXTREMELY HARD for me to have a needle stuck in my mouth without feeling like I am going to faint. I have been going to this same office for over 25 years and I see JoEllen for my teeth cleaning (SHE IS AMAZING) and I have obviously gotten to know the team very well and have built up a trust knowing they will do EVERY thing they can to make sure I am as comfortable as I can be before they even begin any procedure. Well as you may know the dentist there for the past years (not sure how many) retired. This was a dentist I TRUSTED and he knew how hard it was for me to have dental work but he promised he would not hurt me and he kept that promise, which made it possible for me to easily go in and have fillings, veneers, crowns, etc done. OK moving forward to today. I woke up and realized I broke a tooth, well the veneer on my tooth broke off part way and I would need to have it fixed which meant having to have a shot in my mouth. I had only met 1 of the 2 new dentist there once and it was only because I was having JoEllen clean my teeth and he checked them afterwards. He was very very nice but today I would have to let someone I did not know or trust whatsoever put a needle in my mouth and do a procedure. Let’s just say I WAS A MESS!!!!!!!!! I know this is a long review but this one is IMPORTANT TO SHARE. I actually was given the shots by Dr. Derek and Dr. Ngo did the procedure. THEY WERE SO AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not feel a thing!!!!!!!!!! They were so gentle and kind and caring and I can’t say THANK YOU enough for putting up with my extreme anxiety today. I am so thankful for both of you. Thank you Jennifer and Alex and to my rock, JoEllen, you are the best!!!!!!!!! I have to go back in 2 weeks to have the permanent veneer put on but I feel no anxiety whatsoever. I TRUST both of the Dr.’s and I am so thankful for them.

I had a cavity filled this morning. I have one word to describe my experience. Fabulous. The doctors are great and walked me through the whole process. Which I might add was pain free. Jennifer at the front desk is the best and Jo Ellen my hygienist is just great. I will add I am in the dental field myself and I am as scared as anyone else but they mad my visit easy and comfortable. So if you are looking for a great office look no further.

I started seeing Dr. Ngo when he was at Coastal about a year ago. I had such a bad experience with my last dentist that I didn’t go for about 5 years, it took a very painful broken tooth to look for a dentist asap. He made me feel completely at ease once he knew how nervous the dentist made me. He never lectured me for my lack of dental care (he has great chair-side manner), instead he outlined a plan to get my teeth healthy again. So when I went in for an appointment and found out he was gone, it was really upsetting and painful for me. I was lucky that the hygienist who was treating me after my last painful visit still kept in touch with him and let him know how upset I was. About 4 weeks after he left I received a call from him letting me know that he was setting up his own practice in RSM. I was so happy and shocked that he took the time to personally contact me. Don’t know how he found me, but I was happy camper. I have now changed over to Empresa and the staff is amazing. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Jennifer at the front is great with billing questions and scheduling. She never makes you feel dumb for asking questions and is very good at breaking things down. JoEllen is such a sweetheart. I have only had one appointment with her, but she made me comfortable while she was taking care of me. Like Dr. Ngo, she explained everything she was doing and made sure that I felt no pain. I don’t cringe anymore when I have to see the dentist and that is all thanks to Dr. Ngo and his incredible staff.

Love this place! As much as a man could love a dentist’s office anyway..heh Dr Ngo is very thorough and takes his time explaining exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done. A lot of Dentists and Doctors seem to neglect this portion of the job, because they assume if they know what’s going on that’s all that matters. I would like to know too!! Also, if you are looking for a gentle dentist, this is the place to go. I barely felt anything when I got some cavity work done. I’ve been in 3 times and the dental hygienists and rest of the staff are always really welcoming and nice as well too. Normally I hate going to the dentist but these guys make it much more bearable.

If you are looking for a new dentist in RSM search no more. Very friendly staff that makes you feel right at home. When Dr. Ngo found out my insurance wouldn’t pay for a mouth guard he offered to cover the costs and told me the health of my teeth was more important. Exceptional services with a dentist that truly cares about you.

What an amazing experience this morning! Everyone is very nice and welcoming, specially doctor Ngo is in my opinion a very skilled professional who is also sweet and caring. He explained everything so thoroughly and took time to go above and beyond for me to be satisfied with the dental services. I have seen a lot of dentists over the years but this one is really top notch!
