I had never needed emergency dentistry until I bit down on a cherry pit and cracked my tooth in half one Friday night. My dentist had recently retired, so I started searching the internet for dentists who might be open on a Saturday morning. I called Enchanted Hills Dentistry at 9am. The receptionist was exceptionally nice on the phone, and I was actually surprised to hear that they would work me into their busy Saturday schedule. Dr. Graziano and his team are extremely professional and friendly. They gave me options for fixing my tooth and let me know the cost upfront. Dr. Graziano offers cutting edge dentistry in a modern and welcoming setting. I am very grateful to have a “good as new” tooth and a new dentist! Thank you!

I cracked a tooth under a filling. I was leaving to go to Phoenix the very next morning. Not only was Kelly able to get me in that night but Doctor Graziano stayed late to get my pain taken care of. Not only did there team take care of my pain but they also made me feel as thought I was family, and they were truly concerned with taking care of my pain. Such a great office. Both dr graziano and dr hand are amazing. I’m excited to get my whitening done, it’s the most affordable I’ve found in this area of town. I like how modern all of the technology is. The team is amazing and I’m so happy I found an office that makes me feel so comfortable when I’m at the dentist!

I had woke up over the weekend with really bad tooth pain. I made an appointment and was seen here at Enchanted Hills Dentistry. Within the first couple of minutes of my appointment I was told I was going to need a root canal and a crown. I’ve only ever had cavities and fillings so this was terrifying, but Dr. Graziano and the dental assistants were very reassuring and helped calm my nerves. The whole thing went very smoothly, and I have had no complaints. The office is clean, the staff is more than professional, and the assistants were all very friendly and very welcoming. The whole staff makes you feel like you are apart of their family and really want to get to know you as a patient. I would definitely recommend this office to any of my family and friends. You will get the best care from this place. I am a forever patient at Enchanted Hills Dentistry!

I don’t live here, I don’t live anywhere close. I’m in a different state and I suffer from dental anxiety. At this point my teeth are cracked. Left and right side. I cannot eat, and I cannot afford dental work. I want to go to the dental ER but don’t want my teeth pulled and mouth ruined. I want a dentist who offers payment plans with a down payment and empathy. It’s hard to find that, and all I have to say is please, if you get a call from anyone, to be as informative and less “money collecting” as possible. Try to give empathy and as much help over the phone as that will actually bring comfort and somebody into the office . I keep calling in TX for a good dentist but it’s all receptionist that don’t seem helpful but want you to come in for an exam. I wanna know my costs, and options over the phone based off simple self diagnostics before I embarrass myself in the office. Dental anxiety is a real thing . And just that moment over the phone of personal empathy would bring me in, and a loyal patient . But I can’t explain that to the dentists here and I’m too embarrassed to leave a review cause one day I might HAVE to choose that office and I’ll be facing my negative review. I just wanted to post this, I gave a 5 star because I would hope you hear me out and make someone else feel comforted because I am not

I usually have some pretty bad anxiety with any dental procedure but not here! The ladies at the front are knowledgeable about the procedures, pricing and super awesome. Andrea did my cleaning and almost put me to sleep. Dr. Graziano made me feel very comfortable and I actually let him do my filling my first visit with him. (I usually will not have any procedure done my first visit with a new dentist since I’m a chicken!) All the hygienists and assistants are soft handed and very friendly. I came back today for my first ever root canal. Kelly reassured me it wasn’t going to be as bad as I thought. Best dental office ever.

If you are looking for a great dentist in the Rio Rancho/Bernalillo area this is the place to go. First is the ease of making an appointment. They try to accommodate you. Then when you get there the office is bright, new & clean. The office staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Graziano is excellent and has all the latest equipment. I don’t do well at the dentist and he made me feel at ease. I very much recommend going there for all your dental needs

Dr. Graziano is an excellent dentist – he listens to you as a patient, provides outstanding dental care, and has your best interests always in mind. The entire Enchanted Hills team is truly excellent – expert in their dental care, well organized, service oriented, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dental team. We travel here from afar because we know this is the best of the best. We have referred several people here and everyone is highly satisfied. Well done Dr. Graziano and Enchanted Hills!

I had an amazing time at the dentist thanks to everybody at this office! I came in and the whole staff was great, I felt that I was genuinely treated like family. I was able to make the appointment the day before and get in early in the morning before I went work which was really convenient. I had a couple of cavities and the dr was able to do them for me that day so I didn’t have to come back for another visit. I am so thankful for this office and actually look forward to my next visit to the dentist for once.
