Dr.Zarinnia is great, the staff is great. My teeth were dire need of some work. I was very nervous about how much it was going to hurt.(I don’t like pain or needles) They made me feel so at ease, I had to bite the bullet and get the work done. I have to say, very little pain. Now I have a great smile thnx to Dr.Zarinnia. Adriana is so nice and always greets me with a smile every time I come in. I recommend this place to everyone! Very professional staff.

Great work and great diagnostics. During a routine cleaning, the alert hygienist detected something that didn’t hurt but would have if not caught. Dr. Zarinnia created a temporary crown, referred me to an excellent endodontist who performed a painless root canal. The painless part is important because I am a wimp. The permanent crown turned out great. Highly recommeded.

Dr. Zarinnia and Adriana front desk Manager are Amazing!!! My children come in and leave so Happy Today Priscilla and Emily saw Dr. Zarinnia and had there teeth cleaned. Emily said I love this dentist office Mommy. I feel so good from the minute i walk in the building with the sweet guy in Lobby and his Awesome flavored cold water. Restrooms are clean. Office is very neat and tidy. Our Family has been recomending for years.

I had broken a tooth and a loose crown and was looking for a good dentist as the dentist I had seen was horrible, and his manner had prevented me from getting proper care. I called 1-800-dentist and they offered me the Encino Group. I could not have been happier with this offering! Fantastic service. Adriana in the office is great – very efficient and pleasant. The dental assistant was very good as well. Dr. Matt is wonderful! I had to have two teeth extracted, and he explained to me in great detail what he was doing as he worked. He is a very compassionate doctor and a treat to know. I have never felt so comfortable with a dentist before in my life. Wonderful experience.

Dr. Zarina is a wonderful dentist.  I was very happy with his bonding the gaps near my gums on three teeth and he did it painlessly.  He is very easy to work with and not only did he listen very carefully to my concerns, but he resolved everything to my complete satisfaction.  I am so glad to have discovered such a fine dentist.  His office is beautiful and very modern and exceptionally clean.  Yes, I know medical professionals have to have clean offices – but his office sparkles.  Adriana, the office manager, is very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything.  The only con – parking.  I parked at the Ralphs parking lot and enjoyed the nice walk.  Thank you for everything Dr. Zarina.  You are a five star.

I finally found a dentist to cure my fear of dentists.  I went to a few dentists in Santa Monica, and they were rude, and uncaring, and tried to get me for procedures that didn’t need to be done.  I came to Encino Cosmetic Dental Group for a second opinion on a broken tooth, and not only did they save me over $1000, but everybody here is awesome.  Adriana at the front desk took extra time to help me understand my insurance.  Dr. Matt was very friendly, and had a gentle hand when working on my teeth. And they won’t do any work until they go over procedure and cost.  They let u choose the amount you want to spend which is my favorite.  I have recommended them to everyone I know looking for a dentist.

After reading a review from Carlyn B. I was a little worried about my cleaning appointment at the office.  Once I got there I met with the same dental hygienist and told her I read the last review.  She was awesome!  She explained to me plaque in your teeth is pretty serious and can create serious health problems.  At that moment I remember the last cleaning I had in-which the dentist also told me when they clean they have to be careful that I don’t ingest any of the plaque for the same reason. They were very careful to use suction all the time during my cleaning.  The hygienist even took the time to show me how important cleaning my teeth on a regular basis was, and was very helpful explaining what I might need done, without pushing these services like many LA dental offices.  I left my last dentist because I felt they were more focused on making money than providing great dental services.  I think Carlyn B. just had a bad day and didn’t have the experience I had with the same hygienist.   It also sounds like she was stressed over other issues even before her cleaning.  I also have dogs and the vet said the same thing to me.  You have to get rid of the plaque or you will have health problems. Quite frankly, I would rather have a hygienist and dentist who tell me the honest truth, than downplay it or not tell me at all.  On the contrary, I would say, “Ask for Sheila” and you will have a wonderful experience.  You will love her honesty.

I went to see Dr. Zarinnia after a lapse of dental visits for about 3 years.  My teeth were in need of some help.  After finishing with Dr. Matt, who was great, I moved on to the dental hygienist (Sheila).  She was amazing, friendly, and very professional.  I felt like I was given more information about my teeth and gum situation than I had ever received from previous dental clinics.  After going through what she recommended we do, I met with Adriana, who was pleasant as could be and very professional.  We went through what my insurance would cover and what my costs would be and she left the decision up to me as to what we would be doing.  At no point did anyone pressure me to go with one service over another.  As for parking, yes…it’s very expensive in the lot.  However, you can park at the Coffee Bean at Woodley and Ventura, grab an item to go, and park there for 2 hours with validation.  I’ve found my new dentist and I’d recommend this office to anyone.
