Dr. Shapiro and his staff were very kind and made me feel very comfortable in a chaotic period of my life. I ran into many issues finding a dentist who would help me and make sure the care I received was long-lasting, and I was lucky to find Dr. Shapiro. Dr. Shapiro understood my urgent dental emergency and prioritized myself so that I could receive immediate proper care. He also made sure that I could return home with the tools necessary to care for myself. Dr. Shapiro and the staff noticeably care for their patients and emphasize their patients’ comfort and satisfaction. Thanks to Dr. Shaprio and his staff, I have been able to begin recovery from an issue that no other dentist had been able to accommodate properly. He fully understood my severe dental needs, as well as how these needs were affecting me emotionally and physically and was able to satisfy them beyond my expectations.

Friendly and Professional staff! Today I was running a few minutes late for my appointment… I called to let them know, and they responded, “No problem. Drive carefully.” When I arrived nearly 10 minutes late, the hygienist, with a smile on her face, brought me right in. I have had several hygienists over the years – all have been wonderful. Dr. Shapiro is good at what he does, but what I look forward to is his fun spirit …he is professional and cheerful, with a comedic style during conversations! I often end up laughing before I leave his office.

First had my teeth cleaned by Maria. She was outstanding. Professional, kind and personable. Very thorough and good job, she did. Then a great consultation with Dr Shapiro to make a plan for some work on my teeth. He made me feel totally confident about what will be done and the results. I totally trust this man.

My experience with Dr. Shapiro and his staff has been very pleasant with every visit! Doctor is very knowledgable, answers questions and he and his assistants are absolutely wonderful at putting you completely at ease! The front office girls are always cheerful and friendly in person as well as on the phone!

There is no doubt that Dr. Eric Shapiro is not only a terrific dentist but a caring one as well. He has been taking care of my for many years. When I came to Dr. Shapiro I had a terrific phobia of dentists due to some bad experiences when I was a kid, and my teeth were in terrible shape. But he brought me back to reality over the years and now I am continually complimented on my smile. His first and only concern is that of the patient and their comfort while at the same time letting his genius and wisdom do the work. Truly a gifted person is someone who has an instinct for doing quality work and that is absolutely Dr. Shapiro. I am also impressed with not only his staff but also the group of specialists he works with for issues that relate to the dental health of his clients. He has sent me to a couple and they have proven to also be gifted in their own specializations. I have sent Dr. Shapiro other patients who have come away with the same experiences. I am not one to write reviews but when you find someone as exceptional as Eric Shapiro in the art of his craft one has to write a review. It makes you not want to move away for fear that you need his care

Dr. Shapiro and his team are the absolute best. Warm, professional and brilliant at their jobs. How many people can say they look forward to seeing their dentist? I have for over 26 years!

I have rarely received the kind of compassion and care from any facet of the medical/dental world as I have from Dr. Eric Shapiro and his staff. As a person with phobias and fears from childhood that go beyond typical “dental anxiety,” I intended to NEVER go to the dentist, EVER, again! But, pain has no interest in such proclamations. Dr. Shapiro has created a compassionate environment for my trust to grow and flourish over the years. Yes, years! I never would have believed it, but I have been going to Dr. Shapiro for years. He and his staff continue to respect my fears and limitations, as they provide me with state of the art dental care, including high-tech-no-pain resolutions to my dental problems. I’m also impressed with the fact that Dr. Shapiro continues to incorporate cutting edge techniques and equipment into his practice and his skills. The fidelity to his craft that put him at the top of his class in a prestigious dental school, clearly remains and informs his devotion to his patient’s total well being. And, forget elevator music, when you walk into Dr. Shapiro’s office you hear laughter. From the staff, from the patients, and especially from Dr. Shapiro.

Dr Shapero is top notch I’ve been going to him for over 15 years I can only say that he takes great pride in doing everything with perfection! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else P.S Everyone likes parking validations from their doctor

I’ve been seeing Dr Shapiro for many years and have always been happy with the work done. The hygienists are wonderful. Now I need Invisalign braces due to some tooth shifting. Tomas got me set up today. He has a calm, reassuring demeanor. He explained all the steps in the procedure, bonded the “attachments” to the needed teeth and fitted the removable braces. All the staff in the office are exceptional. Friendly, professional and welcoming. I definitely recommend this practice!
