Had my first cleaning at Dr. Polk’s office today. Everyone was friendly from receptionist to dental hygienist. The hygienist did say she was just filling in but she was extremely gentle. I have been here before to get a mouth guard and Dr. Polk treats you like an old friend! She’s so kind and understanding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful dentist

I was traumatized by a dentist as a kid and always dreaded it until Dr Erica. After visiting her I thought up this (well sexist) phrase that she embodies. “If you want to be ‘fixed’, go to a male doctor, if you want to be ‘taken care of’, go to a female doctor.” I actually look forward to being able to see her. She is very professional while being extremely concerned about her patients care, including psychological needs while keeping a sense of humor. Laughter is an important part of patient care and she knows it. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of her work and have only one minor complaint. The only Con I have: Because she does take such good care of each and every patient, she is not always as punctual as you may like. Plan on a little extra time waiting, keeping in mind she’ll be spending some extra time on taking care of you as wel

Dr Polk is an outstanding dentist. I have been to dentist that providing little or no professionalism. Dr Polk is not that dentist. You will receive a personal touch in a family friendly environment. I have been going to Dr Polk for more than 10 years. She has always been able to accommodate my busy schedule. You can never go wrong choosing Dr Polk and team.

I went to a dentist about a year ago and they made me feel like my teeth were horrible!! Keep in mind I’m only 22. They told me it would be OVER 8 THOUSAND DOLLARS to get it fixed. I was crushed because I’m starting college soon and would in no way be able to afford that. Long story short I was referred to Mrs.Polk’s office. Not only is she charging half of that but she also taught me how to separate the cost for my insurance. That alone shows me that she cares more about her patients than the money. Thank you Mrs.Polk!

Always so kind and accommodating. I had a horrible month-long experience with a tooth overseas and was able to get an appointment to get it pulled at Dr. Polk’s. I tried to stay calm, but even with the gas, I couldn’t stop crying. When she came in and saw what state I’m in, she didn’t belittle me or anything. She put her hands on my shoulders and helped me breathe deeply, reminding me that I was okay the whole time. Everyone who works here is great, so whenever I hear someone say they need a dentist, I will run right to them and tell them to see Dr. Polk! 🙂 (She even sent me some brushes and toothpaste along with my family’s care package when I was living abroad! 🙂 )

I had been advised by another dentist that I needed a root canal. My dental insurance changed immediately afterward, so I had to find a new dentist. Dr. Polk took me in with short notice, did x-rays and examined the tooth, and told me I needed a crown, but not a root canal. Saved me so much anxiety and discomfort, not to mention a lot of money. Her entire staff including the receptionist and the dental assistant were caring, kind, and helpful, and the office is immaculate. The COVID-19 precautions are robust, and everyone wears their mask correctly. I felt very comfortable. I’m so happy Dr. Polk was recommended to me.

Dr. Erica Polk and her staff are amazing. I have been a patient since 2013. My husband and son are also patients. We have always been treated well. Dr. Polk is honest, fair and does great work. They will not up-sell you, like a lot of dentists do. They will tell you in all honesty what’s going on, what needs to be done and why and how much it will cost. They will tell you which services you don’t need right away or at all. On top of that, Dr. Polk and her staff will treat you like family. I can’t say enough good things about them.

She loves what she does. Very thorough. Exam room equipment are sterile and covered up. Never had to wait for longer than 5 minutes once checked in. Never waited longer than 10 minutes once in exam room. She gives samples and also recommend old school remedies for common problems. She makes yearly visits to my worksite to visit employees and will open her office on a Saturday during our busy season because employees can’t get to her office during the week. I am very pleased with Dr. Polk.
