I think I finally found a dentist. Not only is Dr. Greco obviously skilled, she is also communicative, explaining options and procedures thoroughly and understandably. She looks at X-Rays with you, pulling the screen right up to the chair. There is an informed consultation between dentist and patient that I’ve never experienced before. This makes it so much easier to make decisions. As others have mentioned, her staff is friendly and accommodating, getting me in promptly when I’ve had a problem. Angela is extremely helpful, providing details on dental plan coverage, including the likely charges involved in future visits. High grades for office aesthetics.

After taking a hiatus from dental visits (with another doctor) , I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Christine Greco for a dental cleaning and I’ve been raving about her since! As we all know, the staff is first impression of an office before you even see the doctor. Angela, of Dr. Greco’s office, was welcoming, friendly and extremely accommodating regarding both appointment times and payment options. I arrived at the office at 8:45 a.m. for my 9:00 a.m. appointment. I was first greeted by Angela and then by Dr. Greco herself who informed me she would be right with me. Because Dr. Greco knows the value of time, she respects it and never makes you wait more than 15 minutes. By 9:00 a.m., I was already sitting in the dental chair and all my information had already been uploaded onto Dr. Greco’s computer (fast, I know). Before beginning the cleaning, Dr. Greco took some x-rays, explained the results and gave me a play-by-play of how she was going to proceed. She has such a gentle touch and her office decor is so soothing that I forgot where I was and almost fell asleep at the chair. She works fast and is incredibly thorough but, most importantly, she never makes me you feel rushed. Aside from her outstanding work, Dr. Greco has a lovely personality, with the kind of thoughtfulness that makes you feel like a friend and less like a patient. I recommend her without reservation but don’t take my word for it, go see for yourself (you’re welcome)!!

My wife and I easily got a quick appointment for cleanings. Parking was easy on the street. The receptionist was very, very nice and helpful. Cleanings were quick and the equipment was the latest stuff. Electronic x-rays and all. I was impressed. My mouth felt thoroughly clean. Most importantly the dentist and the hygienist were not pushy with upselling. My last dentist said I needed all sorts of treatments and this dentist said my teeth looked great.

My favorite dentist EVER!!! I’ve seen her since before she opened her own practice and I drive 45 minutes to see her because SHE IS THAT AWESOME. Knows her stuff (stays current and educated), super understanding of adults with Dentist phobia we should have outgrown at age 10, hires only the sweetest hygienist and people. Angela at the front desk is fun and sharp and a delight to every person who walks in the door. There is even a “massage chair” that gently massages and rocks your body during procedures. I’ve never experienced anything like it and I always joke that I’m returning to the womb when I’m in that chair. I can’t believe a chair designed for dentistry can make me feel all Zen. The only thing more I could ever ask from Dr. Greco is for Bruno Mars to sing to me and massage my feet during fillings……

Christine is a true artist! Not what I call a common practice in this practice. Never let anyone just file your teeth; I had my front tooth filed back in the day just to further perfect from wear and since, I was never happy because I went to do one thing and ended up with an off-balance, uneven situation that just continued. I never wanted to go any further with it because I didn’t trust anyone. It’s the old saying, “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.” I am a new patient to Christine and I had just gotten my braces off when she offered to even out the tooth. I immediately trusted her with a sense of good judgment; however, I was still reluctant. She was confident I’d be happy with it, so I decided to “just do it.” I could not believe the outcome… it was beyond anything I could ever imagine. Her expertise far excelled my expectations and I am a perfectionist!!! For the life of me, I don’t know how she did this without it being so much shorter and appearing as though I have 1/2 a tooth. I had such an uneven edge with a corner point and the look of a ski slope. She rounded it with an even look. Now, I can honestly say, for once in my life, I can look in the mirror after 30 years and be happy with what I see, smiling every day. 🙂

I had taken my dad who is elderly to the Dentist office to view an abscess tooth. The customer service with Angela and the care that Dr Greco showed, won me over. I knew my dad is in good hands. Also followed up with phone calls. Terrific place and people in the Verona area should seek the Essex Dental Arts

I recently switched my dentist of 20+ years to Dr Grecco.  I can’t rave enough about Dr Grecco and her staff.  The office is so inviting. The level of service performed by Dr Grecco is top of the line.  I don’t enjoy going to the dentist but Dr Grecco and staff always make the appointments enjoyable!!

The staff at Dr. Greco’s dental office is excellent! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff are caring, genuine, and professional. I have been looking for a dental office to go to for a while and this practice goes above and beyond for patient care and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dedicated patient-focused dental team!

I was extremely impressed with my experience at Dr. Greco’s from start to finish. The second I walked in I felt like I was in the home of a friend. She had a friendly receptionist by the name of Angela, and the overall ambiance and aesthetic of the office is comforting and might I say quite beautiful. For example, one of her patient’s rooms had a fireplace, and I just didn’t feel like I was at the dentist. Her assistant, also named Christine, had amazing bedside manner and made the experience utterly enjoyable. Dr. Greco answered all the questions I had and was warm, friendly, and enthusiastic about what she does. I’d definitely recommend first timers or anyone looking for a new dentist to give her place a try. Everything was effortless including the always-confusing insurance part at the beginning of my visit. Needless to say, today’s experience made me want to come back as soon as i can.

Best dentist visit in my 27 years! The receptionist Angela is always warm and friendly. My family has been going here for over a decade and she always asks about them. Yeannette did my cleaning and was so thorough. She must have spent 30 minutes scraping off glue from my braces which were removed 12 years ago! Not only do they instantly look better (no more yellow-ish glue) but they feel better (no more glue edges). I really appreciated her acting on something that I had always just dealt with. Dr. Greco came in to inspect and discuss findings with Yeannette. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness they both showed. I also appreciate that the technology seems up-to-date. They really worked hard to give me the best smile for my wedding day in 3 months, and gave me samples of a whitening paste to help me touch my teeth up in time. Thank you Dr. Greco and staff!
