Amazing as usual… New hygienist Sophie was great and very thorough. It’s also wonderful to see how much care they’ve put into keeping people safe during the pandemic. All employees wearing medical grade PPE, they scan you for temperature before entry, hand sanitizer everywhere, and all still very friendly and professional. They’re simply the best.

Dr. Crispin is a dental genius! I’ve been a patient of his for 20 years and counting and never been disappointed. The whole staff is friendly and professional. You are always greeted with a warm welcome. The facility is state of the art and immaculate. Dr. Crispin and Dr. Kristi Crispin care about their patients and provide a treatment plan that is best for the individual. Since I’ve been a patient, I no longer have that fear factor that is associated with going to the dental office. Once I sit in their chair for a treatment, I trust and know that I’m in good hands. They are both maestros in their craft and the whole experience is smooth, comfortable, and relatively painless. I now live in Montreal but I make sure to make an appointment on each and every trip to LA

I have been under the care of Bruce Crispin and now Kristi Crispin for 25 years and I can tell you that there is no finer dental care available anywhere.  There is never a wait, and the staff is terrific.  Most of all this is a place where other dentists come to learn their craft under the direction of Dr. Crispin.  They are directly responsible for my oral health, and I have had many other people comment on the quality of their work.  If you insist on the best, this is where you need to be.

I was referred to Dr. Bruce Crispin by my family dentist who is also my husband. I had a bit of a complicated case and quite frankly was a bit nervous to go to a new dentist. It wasn’t long before Dr. Crispen won my confidence. Dr. Crispin literally did write the book on cosmetic dentistry, he trains other dentists, but luckily for me still sees new patients.

Dr. Bruce Crispin and Dr. Kristi (father & daughter team) are the most amazing dentists ever! They are so good that they actually have classes to teach other dentists their techniques in all areas. Yes, their fees are a little higher. But as the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for!” I’m frequently stopped and told that I have a great smile and beautiful teeth! Now, that’s a true testimonial. They do it all…from Restorations, correction, crowns, root canals, etc. Their office is state of the art and a must see. I cannot recommend them high enough!

I have been a patient of Dr. Crispin for well over 10 years now. In my opinion, I think Dr. Crispin is by far the best dentist in town. He is exceptionally skilled, extremely meticulous, highly ethical, immensely empathetic of his patients’ comfort, and has the unique ability to turn the normally dreadful dental experience into one that is not only tolerable but  oddly enough pleasant – and dare I say enjoyable. His entire staff is equally amazing. As far as some previous reviews complaining about his fees, I can honestly say, I’ve utilized numerous dentists over the years that had half the skill set of Dr. Crispin and yet charged twice as much. Overall, the level of experience and quality Dr. Crispin brings to his craft more than justifies what he charges for his services. Additionally, in all the years I’ve been seeing him, he has never tried to upsell me – not once. In fact, he always opts for a sensible incremental approach to all procedures. Moreover, if a particular procedure turns out to require further work, he almost always will pro rate the new work to take into account what was already paid for the recent previous work. Most importantly, his work always stands the test of time. Dr. Crispin’s temporary crowns are usually of higher quality than a lot of other dentist’s permanent restorative work. So if you’re looking for a dentist who provides extremely high quality results at a great value, I suggest you look no further than Dr. Bruce Crispin and the rest of his staff at Esthetic Professionals.

I wish there was a sixth star I could award Dr. Crispin and his team. I realize this is supposed to be about his daughter, Kristi, but I did not work with her directly. I am posting because it is safe to assume, since they work next to each other, that Kristi displays the same professional excellence her father does. I was very nervous about getting the full-mouth restoration my dentist said I needed: i.e. a cap on every tooth in one big operation to replace worn, thin biting surfaces that were headed for hard-to-repair trouble. This is more than just capping teeth; the adjusted “bite” — the way all the teeth meet, with tolerances in small fractions of a millimeter — has to be perfect. It couldn’t be done piecemeal; too many moving parts. It had to be a comprehensive process. It was going to be time-consuming and uncomfortable, very expensive and at the end, I feared, I’d sport a face full of white piano keys unsuited to my age. Dr. Crispin consulted with me several times; he was clearly interested in what I wanted, rather than in pumping out a cookie-cutter product. I finally worked up the nerve to write a check and pass “Go”. My fears couldn’t have been more misplaced. Yes, it was expensive, but after seeing what a FMR takes to accomplish, not surprisingly so. It wasn’t all that uncomfortable, either — and the finished product looks natural and well-suited to my face and age. My bite is vastly improved; for the first time in years I feel as though I’m actually chewing my food properly. Dr. Bruce Crispin is the prosthodontist who teaches other dentists how to do restorations, implants and every aspect of cosmetic dentistry. Because his clinic doubles as a school, it features all the latest equipment for making complex dental work precise and speedy. His lab is onsite (very unusual!), and Keith, the ceramicist who actually makes the veneers, onlays and crowns, is a true artist who works directly with the patient to achieve a customized effect. Marbely and Cynetta, his caring assistants, work hard to make the experience as comfortable and efficient as possible. Dr. Crispin is a good listener who is sincerely dedicated to a good outcome. His daughter, Kristi, has her practice at the clinic, too. It’s a great operation: warm, friendly and organized. If you’ve got one bad tooth or a mouthful, teeth you’ve always hated or, like me, ones you’ve ground down to a nub, Esthetic Professionals is the answer for you! (And no, I’m not Dr. Crispin’s brother or his agent, just a very satisfied customer.) NOTE: It is now several years after I wrote the above comments. I was just at the EP office yesterday and continue to be impressed by the smooth and pleasant functioning of the office and, of course, the excellent dental care I receive.
