I am very impressed with Dr. Ben Thomas, the Technicians, and the Office Staff.  We were visiting from out of state and my five year old son fell and knocked his front two teeth loose about 45 minutes away from their office. This was a pretty traumatic experience for my son and myself and Dr. Thomas and his staff all stayed late for us to arrive and treat my son. They all seemed to genuinely care about making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. They were so good at talking with my son, accommodating him to help him feeling comfortable, and giving us choices.  I feel like it was the best experience and care we could have been given considering the circumstances.  They could have turned us away, but they didn’t.  They welcomed us and helped us. I highly recommend this practice.  Thank you to Dr. Ben Thomas and all the Staff that work with him.

Dr. Thomas and his staff are amazing. You are greeted with a smile and the waiting room is very appealing. From my very first visit with Dr. Ben Thomas, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. He is easy to talk to, he is understanding, listens to your concerns, answers your questions and is truly genuine. He also takes the time to explain your options and procedures. AND…..I hope he never leaves his practice and stays here in our beautiful “evergreen state”. SLK

I have been a patient with Dr Thomas’ office for almost 2 years, mostly for cleanings and routine care. I recently broke a tooth and called for an urgent appointment (there is a answering service number for a dental emergency, which I choose not to use). Stephanie returned my call and got me scheduled for the initial look at the tooth the next day. After a comprehensive look at my mouth, Dr Thomas reviewed all of my options to repair the tooth. He was informative, thorough and attentive to my questions and concerns. An appointment was set for the following week to start the work for a new crown, working within my pending travel schedule. To my pleasant surprise, I was texted the next morning offering an appointment later that day due to a cancellation. I was able to adjust my schedule and take the appointment. The initial work for my new crown has been done, and I have a trustworthy temporary in place for my trip. I will have the finished crown set upon my return. Every member of Dr Thomas’ staff, from Stephanie at the front desk, Clarissa and Annie the dental assistants, and Celestine the hygienist, have been attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My mouth is in very good hands at Dr Thomas’ office.

When my long-term dentist of over 30 years retired (Richard Gabriel), my dental care has now been handled by Dr. Ben. I knew he’d be good when Richard decided he would become Dr. Ben’s patient, too. I’ve been very pleased with the staff, Dr. Ben, and how they help me maintain my dental health. I love the remodeled office, and the new to me fluoride varnish to help protect my teeth!!!
