Dr. Luma has an exceptional dental office and is an exceptional dentist. Her office staff is top notch and always pleasant and inviting. My wife has been going to Dr. Luma for many years and encouraged me to give her a try. My brother is a dentist out of Richmond and I was previously making the drive to him but alas that was not very practical and economical and made the switch to Dr. Luma. No regrets in my decision. You will get email reminders, text message alerts, and complete all forms digitally to make the visit a snap. She uses state of the art equipment and has a full team of professional hygienists for your twice yearly cleanings. You will not regret your choice to make the switch if you are looking or want to be treated like you deserve.

My family and I have been coming to see Dr. Luma for years. She is such a caring person, and never forgets to ask about all of the members of my family. The waiting room itself is so beautiful, well-decorated, clean, and stocked with a variety of magazines to suit anyone’s fancy. Upon entering, you register on iPads, which you are allowed to bring inside the clinic. This makes registration so much more convenient, as it is quicker and most of the information is saved from prior visits. The dental hygienists are always friendly, courteous, professional, and caring about your comfort. Their work is so clean, and I always leave feeling like a movie star. You get to choose the flavor of your polish, so you can tell that Dr. Luma is really doing all of the little extra things to make her clients happy. After giving you a goodie bag with a fabulous Colgate 360 toothbrush, toothpaste, and dental floss, the dental hygienist leaves you to relax until Dr. Luma arrives to check the work and discuss any concerns. And what a Dr. Luma she is…so warm, loving, professional, intelligent, and humble. She is really a star, and if you currently go to a dentist or not, you should switch to Dr. Luma.

Dr Luma and her team are very professional and they show care and attention to your questions and concerns. Dr Luma takes time to explain whatever you ask; she has a very soothing temperament I highly recommend this practice. They have up today technology and everything is very Clean

As a new patient, I was impressed with the professional staff. The front office staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. They have state of the art equipment and I received a detailed evaluation. The dental assistant took time to explain what she would be doing and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Luma’s expertise, knowledge, and genuine caring spirit made the whole experience a 5 star plus visit.

Dr. Luma and her staff are so patient and sweet. They were understanding of my medical issues and the fear associated with having work done. From assuring me, to talking me through it snd holding my hand, I felt cared about and safe. Dr. Lucas work is excellent. I was a patient over 10 years ago, moved to another state for that time and came back to her. I’ve never had issues with her work snd my dentist out of state said they work was done great. I highly recommend her.

EXECELLENT customer service! First visit today. Staff were knowledgeable and caring and made sure that I was taken care of. My appointment ran past the normal business hours and the entire staff, including front desk staff stayed to ensure that my needs were met in their entirety before I left. Dr. Luma is very sweet and thorough. Her tone when giving instructions is so caring that it makes you want to follow them to the T. Thank you so much Dr. Luna and your staff.

Dr. Luma and her staff are so professional and very courteous, not only is it a pleasant environment with today’s new cleanliness standards due they have always gone above and beyond when it comes to cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised to enter the office where everyone was masked if not double masked with an N95 and regular mask on top. Everything was wiped down before I came in and wiped and cleaned as I was leaving. I felt safe and satisfied with the most professional care I could ever receive from Dr Luma’s staff and Dr. Luma. I can’t say enough about the amazing level of skill and kindness.

I absolutely LOVE having Dr Luma as my dentist! She’s patient, kind and will answer my questions as many times as needed until I fully understand the plan. After being with Dr Luma for a few years, I relocated to another city and decided to work with a group that was closer to my home…I’ll NEVER do that again!! . She was able to save teeth that I received suggestions to extract and things have been intact and looking good for more than ten years now. She’s passionate about dental health and prevention. I could go on and on about her and her staff!! I’d refer any and everyone to her that asked!! She’s the bee’s knees, in my opinion!!
