We love Dr. McHarris and all of his staff. Everyone here is wonderful. All three of my kids (13,10 & 8 years old) are comfortable here. We found Dr. McHarris through a friend’s recommendation. My 10-year-old was never comfortable or cooperative at any dentist, but because of the AMAZING staff here we have no more problems with her. This office makes dental work so much easier than it used to be because my kids actually love coming here! The work is always well done. My 13-year-old had a chipped tooth, after Dr. McHarris repaired it you could not tell any work was done, it looked perfect. Thank you!!

Dr. McHarris and his entire staff are top-notch! I am one who is not too fond of going to the dentist as I get so worked up about it. I cannot even fully express in words how the entire staff gives me such calm and peace when I have dental work done. They go above and beyond to ensure I am doing ok and are always honest about what it will feel like during any procedure. AND there is no judgment when I am nervous about getting even just a filling or teeth cleaned. Their genuine care for patients is almost unbelievable, as they treat you as family. Oh and they smile and have a sense of humor:). My trust in their dental work is so deep, both my husband and my boys are also patients. Taking care of your teeth is so important to your health, and I am so grateful to have Dr. McHarris and his entire staff in my life!

I’ve been seeing Dr. McHarris for several years and I refuse to see anyone else. I was traveling from Florida when I lived there and now I travel down from the Bay Area. His shots are painless and so are the procedures. I’ve had wisdom teeth removed, root canals, fillings, Invisalign, and he recently saved a tooth I thought was beyond repair. He always does such a beautiful job. He and his team are soo friendly and make you feel beyond comfortable. I actually look forward to going to the dentist, and that speaks volumes. Dr. McHarris is very patient and caring, and presents a real interest in each individual, which reflects in the work he does. My visit to Dr. McHarris’s was way better than I ever expected. I was excited and scared at the same time due to the work I had to have done. Noreen, that works at the front office immediately made me feel calm and comfortable. Dr. McHarris came in and was very knowledgeable about my case. He thoroughly explained everything to me and wrote up a plan for me from start to finish that was very acceptable to me. I was treated with professional courtesy by all staff. For a person who has had to have the dental work I have, I actually enjoy going to see Dr. McHarris and his staff. Dr. McHarris acquired his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University Of Southern California (USC) following a Bachelor's of Science degree from Loyola Marymount University and has completed and continues to pursue post-graduate training at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in Nevada. Dr. McHarris completed the Comprehensive Aesthetic Reconstruction program and studied under world-renowned Dr. William Dickerson, a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. While at the Institute Dr. McHarris receives intensive training including completing complex cases on live patients in an effort to deliver world class quality of care to his patients here in Newport Beach.
