I thought the reviews were fake because they were all 5 stars. I took a chance and called the office. Sharon explained they were booked for new patients, but put me on a list to call if there was a cancellation. Low-and-behold, she called and I was taken right in. They gave me the most through exam I have ever had. They understood we need pricing on all items after insurance before we can approve them and had everything ready for me once I got there. I elected the services and was impressed that they use all the most high-tech software and hardware in the business! It was so professional and friendly! Love this office and I have been passing Dr. Pfeiffer’s card to everyone I work with 🙂

Love this dentist practice. Beautiful setting for starters. The staff are all so kind, polite, & helpful. I had a superb cleaning from a sweet dental hygienist named Itzia. She’s very gentle yet thorough with how she used the scraping tools on my teeth, and I was grateful for her carefulness. Both she and the male dentist who did my cancer screening were great to chat with.

What a wonderful place. Dr. Pfeiffer is great – great dentist, friendly, listens. I was very impressed. I needed a small filling in a chip and he did only what was necessary, no excessive drilling, no novacaine, just the minimal. My hygenist is the best. Gentle, friendly, just wonderful. And they want to work with you. I can’t speak highly enough. I highly recommend them

Dr Pfeiffer and his staff have alway been wonderful. I have been here for many years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. At first I can here to get a second opinion and he was great. All the work the previous dentist said I needed was not true. (She was a trying to maximize my yearly insurance benefit). I’m glad that I went and looked for a different dentist since then. Stars 1 star for facilities 1 star for friendly staff 1 star for clean bathrooms 1 star for service rendered and ease of appointments 1 star for overall experience.

I initially came to Eventide for a second opinion after Monarch Dental diagnosed me with periodontal disease and told me I needed a really pricey cleaning. Eventide gave me an honest assessment, in the end saving me lots of money. I’ve been going to Eventide Family Dental for over a year now and couldn’t be happier with my experience there. The women who work at the front desk are friendly and professional. I love how they send reminders about appointments via email and text. I’ve never had a long wait there because they have a really organized system. The staff communicates on walkie talkies (I think?) and it makes everything so efficient. I was totally blown away when my hygienist called for the dentist and he walked in the door less than a minute later. Miranda, my hygienist, was great and somehow made my exam a relaxing experience. I recommend Eventide Family Dental as a trustworthy institution with fantastic patient care.

Dr. Pfeiffer is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. He is obviously in the practice because he wants to help people — I was in the area visiting, and he fit me in and helped me out – and did not even charge me! The dental exam room is lovely, with a view of birds in the trees, very peaceful. He helped me and I’m not even his patient. He used to see my mother every day to adjust her dentures – every day! Truly an amazing man.

WOW! I loved my dental visit! How many people can say that? 🙂 Dr. Pfeiffer’s office was clean, comfortable, and in a word-amazing. From the first moment I walked in and was greeted, I felt like a person and not a number. My hygienist Donna was knowledgeable and professional and Dr. Pfeiffer’s bedside manner was calm and reassuring. We were heartbroken when our dentist dropped our insurance carrier, but when I walked into Eventide, I knew this was my new dental home. The location is easy to get to. Parking is a little tricky, but you can always go for street parking. The establishment was very nice and tidy, but not overly sterile in the comfort sense. The office is immaculately clean. The receptionist was down-to -earth, very friendly (not fake). The hygienist was very thorough and explained every thing. The doctor was kind and informative. 10/10. Will be back in 6 months for my checkup!

Dr. Pfeiffer is amazing. I have been coming here for over 12 years. The staff is always kind and happy. While my husband and I were getting our teeth cleaned they even entertained my 3 year old and 6 month old. Dr. Pfeiffer is a highly skilled dentist who also happens to be personable and accommodating with his patients. Believe it or not, he makes getting dental work done relaxing and painless! One way he did this was recommending that I listen to the music on my phone while wearing some headphones while I was getting a filling, which I never would have thought of and made a world of difference in the process. Another unexpected perk was the ingeniously devised view from the dental treatment room: a glass wall that overlooks a large tree, bird feeders, and the local squirrels that hang out in the area. I can not rave enough about his dental hygienists, office staff, and of course Dr. Pfeiffer! After your first appointment, you will want to recommend this dentist to all your friends and family, as he really is the best.

I was very satisfied with my first visit to Eventide. I selected this dentist because I received a mailer coupon for new patients. The customer service from Catherine and the other front desk woman were great, as well as my hygienist. Dr. Pfeiffer is skilled, knowledgable, has much experience, and is incredibly friendly and kind. The office is clean and in lovely surroundings. I overheard another hygienist and Dr. Pfeiffer working on a kiddo patient and would highly recommend Eventide for the whole family!!

I visited Eventide Dental because of a mailer I received offering a package of x-rays, cleaning, checkup and oral cancer screening. I was very impressed with how friendly and accommodating the staff was on the telephone. Upon my arrival, I was equally impressed with their friendliness in person. My Dental hygienist was wonderful – cheerful, friendly, patient, attentive and listened to what I was telling her. I don’t have any issues, nor sensitive teeth and I doubt it would have mattered because she was very gentle, never rushing and explained what she was doing step by step. Talk about being impressed!!!! When I met with Dr. Pfeiffer, again I was very pleased and impressed. He was friendly, patient, listened to what I said and actually “heard” what I said. He was thorough and very pleasant. I was completely and totally satisfied with the service I received……also should mention that I waited no more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I definitely can comfortably recommend Dr. Pfeiffer and Eventide Dental!
