For me, convenience is the most important thing. The Ever Care Dental team takes the challenge out of going to the dentist and makes it EASY. They communicate with me via email and respond to any of my emails within minutes. I am also taken right away and can be back in my office within an hour every time. When my filling (put in by another dentist) came out, after sending one email – I got an appointment within 24 hours to see what happened  – and they filled it in back on the spot, without making me schedule more time. And if all of this convenience wasn’t enough, they are welcoming, friendly and warm – showing how much they care about their patients.

The entire staff at this office is extremely professional and pleasant to work with. The office is always very clean, they also keep patients socially distant, I never wait more than a few minutes after being checked in to be called back. Dr Gonzales is very caring and knowledgeable, always takes time to explain things in detail. She makes the whole process easy, from cleanings to procedures my experience has been pain free and surprisingly easy. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Go to Ever Care!! I have never had a better experience at the dentist. Here are a few reasons why: – The office is extremely clean (so important always, but especially now!) – The entire team is friendly, kind, communicative, and helpful. They proactively gave me specific and relevant information about my procedures and explained my options in detail. (And they gave me a handwritten card on my birthday!) – They treat you like a person. Everyone on the team spoke to me by name. They remembered I was a teacher. I am afraid of needles, and the doctor was so, so patient with me. I never want to go anywhere else!!

Dr. Gonzales and the Ever Care Crew are the best in the game. I started going to them several years back after trying (and failing) with other dental offices in the area. They have always been so thorough (explaining everything and making time for questions), thoughtful (assuaging my extreme anxiety around dental visits, doing their best to make my experiences as pain-free as possible), and kind… and they’ve gotten even more so (I didn’t think that was possible!) during Covid. I feel very lucky to have found them!

I love this place! Super professional, easy to book appointments with and do amazing work. Everyone that works are Ever Care is so kind and personable, they really take the to make sure you understand what’s going on and make sure you are comfortable. Very grateful to have found a dentist I’m not terrified to go see!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gonzales. My wait lasted about two minutes and the office itself was clean and new which was surprising looking at the building from the outside. The dental hygienist did a very good job and then I met with Dr. Gonzales. She was very personably and friendly and gave me advice that I had never heard before. She told me I needed a deep cleaning which others might have been afraid to say before. She also impressed even after the appointment. I had mentioned a spot in my mouth that was bothering me and by the end of the appointment I had forgot to bring it up again . Not only did she remember the issue she called me five minutes after I left and told me to come in again whenever I had a minute. Five stars !!

NOTE: I am a total wuss when it comes to the dentist. (Traumatic childhood dentist level fear.) I highly recommend Dr. Gonzales! I’ve been a patient of hers for over 2 years. She’s always on time, has a great bedside manner and is super gentle. I’ve asked her questions about Invisalign that she’s answered without selling me.

I love Evercare Dental and am a big fan of the Monday – Tuesday team. Not only do I get the best and most thorough cleaning I ever had from a dentist but they are relationally attuned to me personally each time I visit. They ask about me, my family and how my business is going. During each step of xrays, cleaning, procedural work, or transitioning to future planning for dental work, they inform me of what they are about to do and get my consent before doing so. I really feel lucky to have them as part of my medical support team, especially with my other less stellar experiences with medical/dental teams in this city. And of course, during this pandemic they are no different. Everything is clean, they adhere to all the guidelines and are vigilant in the most warm and friendly way. You will be comfortable here. I recommend them to anyone who asks me for a dentist.

Ever Care Dental is a great dentistry practice in the flatiron district. A coworker suggested it to me since it’s 2 blocks from our office, and I thought I’d try it out.  Dr. Gonzales is so sweet! She’s quick and efficient.  My appointment today was at 2pm, and I was finished by 2:35.  I’m usually the only patient, so I rarely have to wait.  The office is newly renovated and all the fixtures are brand new.  Everything is clean and well maintained.  Definitely a pleasant dentist experience since I hate going usually and don’t mind going to Dr. Gonzales.  She knows I don’t want to be there, so she makes sure I’m in and out as quickly as possible.

After my dentist moved to Brooklyn (not so crazy far away, but she stopped accepting insurance), I did a ton of research to find a dentist near my office. Dr. Conzalez and her team are incredibly thorough (they do a neck + head inspection…I’ve never had a dentist who has cared to do that!) – and they are so caring and patient. Am so glad to have found her!

As always, Ever Care took great care of me again today. I have been going there for cleanings, exams, and treatment since 2013 and could not imagine going anywhere else. The quality of the work, as verified by the oral surgeon who I was referred to for a wisdom tooth removal, is far above average. The staff is caring, fun, and extremely accommodating to a busy schedule. I have recommended Ever Care to nearly a dozen people, from coworkers to friends, and they all endorse Ever Care just as strongly.

I found Ever Care on Yelp ironically, as a friend of mine who was also on Yelp had reviewed them and so it popped up higher on the list. I trust my friends opinions and it was conveniently located a few blocks from work at the time. I’ve been back two more times and each appointment is better than the last. The doctor and hygienists are sweet and funny. They’re starting to remember me too which is always a nice thing. The space itself is clean, young, and has beautiful art. It’s very boutique-y and down to earth. They just got a cool new scanner which projects a 3-d model of your teeth and they were so excited to use it as I was to see it on the screen. Very cool.

Ever Care Dental, aka Dr. Elaine Gonzales, is a wonderful practice in the Flatiron neighborhood that eased all my dentist-related fears. If you want a big, stuffy, corporate dentist facility, this is not your place. Ever Care Dental feels like you’re being taken care of by a family member, and all the work (cleaning, repairs etc…) is conducted BY THE DENTIST, not by a hygienist. Big difference. She is respectful of patients’ time, accommodating (works early, works late, weekends) and makes you feel at home. Can’t recommend her enough.

Dr. Gonzales and the team at Ever care dental are wonderful. I’ve been going to see Dr. Gonzales for a few years now and I recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist. She is very gentle and kind and has been really helpful across treatments, whether addressing a cavity or consulting about wisdom tooth removal. I am a pretty anxious person when it comes to all things teeth, and she’s always very patient, listens and checks out any issues and does a thorough job. She also has made it easy to come back in if I have any latent issues or concerns. I never feel rushed and I feel like she always makes time for any questions and talking through options. The staff here are also wonderful and sweet and really make me feel taken care of. During the shutdown due to COVID, her and the team made it super easy for me to continue to the Invisalign process with video calls and sending materials to me. I’m now finished with the process and I feel so grateful to her and the team for helping me get a smile I’ve always wanted, within a budget and timeframe that actually works for me.

Dr. Gonzales is amazing! She is so caring. She takes the time to get to know you and build a rapport with you and makes sure that you feel comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and I love hearing about her experiences in the field that got her to where she is now. Also, I love how she gives back to the less fortunate by taking a trip to the Philippines every year to help provide cleanings for children who can’t afford it otherwise! Also, her hygienist is just as great to work with. I recommend her to all looking for a great dentist. I’ve never liked going to the dentist but she makes it pleasant.

Dr. Gonzales is one of the best dentists I’ve been to. She was thorough, friendly, and efficient. No one REALLY likes going to the dentist, but her cheerful bedside minor and consideration actually made it a pleasant experience. Also, I’ve been going to the dentist once per year, if not more, my entire life, and she told me something about my mouth (extra bones! i’m a dinosaur!) that no other dentist took the time to tell me. I’ll definitely be recommending her to others.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ever Care Dental. I was so lucky to find them as they were located close to my office, but even after I moved from that original office they are worth the trip. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. I have never had any issues booking (or rescheduling) appointments when they are needed. My visits are always on time, and I feel that the staff and doctors provide very thorough services and take all the time I need to answer any questions or concerns. I am always happy to recommend Ever Care Dental!

They are so great here, have very reasonable prices and are genuinely concerned about your dental health. I like how they also have payment plan options for people without dental insurance. The front desk is always friendly and the dentist was awesome. She was knowledgeable and gave me lots of information without judging me for not going to the dentist in so long. I will be back for my next cleaning soon as we already scheduled it. Thank you!

I enjoyed my experience and thought the technician was patient and thorough! I never get antsy about going to the dentist but I do get annoyed if it takes a long time for the process. This office was efficient and once my teeth were cleaned the dentist came in to review and provided additional consultation/follow up. I also appreciate that the technician was honest. I asked her very pointed questions and she didn’t hesitate to provide me her point of view on the quality of my teeth and shared with me things to be cognizant of going forward. So definitely well trained on how to interact with the patient and her craft. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone. Oh and the doctor was detailed, answered all of my questions and discussed with me options for any of my concerns. They also weren’t pushing products or unnecessary procedures on me which I appreciate! I loved my last dentist but after each visit I spent another 20 min listening to why I needed Visaline which gets annoying and more importantly I don’t want them! Lol I also want to express my gratitude to the receptionist who was extremely patient with me! I was significantly late to the apt and then got lost after already being late and this was after her willingness to schedule the apt the week of. If you’re reading this next time, I’ll be timely.

Elaine is a fantastic dentist with top-flight knowledge and a deft touch with her patients!  Back in 2010, she saw our 7 year old son and made such an impression that we moved to RI and he still wanted to keep her as his dentist!  She provided great tips for his dental care and I give her my strongest recommendation for dental care for all ages!

In a world where it seems like there is a dentist on every block you walk down or you have a friend that’s a dentist or a friend of a friend that’s a dentist, it’s easy to become overwhelmed with so many options. However, filtering through the plethora of options, I believe that I have found in Dr. Gonzales, someone that truly cares about her work and her patients. She is very attentive and makes sure you understand what she plans on doing prior to any work, which gave me a sense of comfort and trust. She is super friendly and very welcoming, I feel like I am visiting a friend when I go in for an appt. I highly recommend her. Lastly, the office is brand new and they have the latest equipment, everything just seems top notch. Pretty convenient location in gramercy just off of Park Ave. They run a tight ship. Give ’em a try, you won’t be disappointed!
