Came in as a second opinion for my 10 year old son. He started his braces (one appointment only) but I became very unhappy once I realized my son’s orthodontist once again changed his treatment plan. But now to something that included a root canal on his front tooth. Absolutely not! I want to say – I know medical/dental there are alot of variation in treating patients but my son’s case I admit can be more complex compared to the next child but……. I felt that Dr. Salem’s treatment plan was much more sound and was supported with clear patient education that made complete sense to me. The previous Ortho I started my son with changed his proposed treatment plan 3times in one month. First proposed at initial consultation, second time at the second appt when placing the molar spacers, and a third time at the banding. All this in a matter of one month time. Teeth do not change that fast. Anyway… Dr. Karim put all the cards out on the table and was aware of all the obstacles and possibilities my son may face as treatment progresses. Not only did he know what he was talking about (I came here based on a highly reliable referral) he also had great chairside manner! Once the consult appt was over I sat with Julliana and she explained about what to do from this point to transfer my case. I like her. She’s down to earth and very efficient. I’m looking forward to coming here more often!

Dr. Salem is a miracle worker. I just saw him today for my retainer check and had to write a review. I’ve had my braces off for a little over a year now and I couldn’t be happier. My teeth were stubborn and I broke four expanders while he was trying to get the roof of my mouth to open. Whenever I had an issue, he’d see me right away, the staff working hard at accommodating me almost weekly. He is very kind and professional. His staff is a friendly group with welcoming, positive energy. I will be eternally grateful to Dr. Salem for all his hard work and that of his staff. It paid off and now I have a beautiful smile. I started going to Everett orthodontics my senior year of high school and the consultation process was smooth. Dr. Karim easily explained what had to be done and whenever I went in for tightenings and check ups I was never in there for too long and my teeth were always handeled with care. When I switched locations for college this year, I had just as good of an experience. No matter which location you go to the service is quick and efficient and the work done is top quality. I had a very hectic senior year of high school and freshmen year of college and know that me always moving around my appointments may have been annoying but the staff was always very understanding and sweet. Dr. Karim always greeted me with a warm smile and I can’t thank him enough for my new smile. I never used to smile and now I have strangers telling me what a beautiful smile I have. For someone who had their braces for 6 years, going to the Everett orthodontic was one of the best decision of my life. I would recommend them for several reason. From stepping to the door and leaving, I’ve never had a bad service. The environment is always welcoming. The staff are positive& friendly, and the work that they do is exceptional. I’ve attended many appointments and I can honestly say that the staff always had their best performance. Even on their busy days, the staff would still try their best to attend their clients need while keeping them comfortable. They will reach to their client through the week as well to make sure that they are on track with their treatment. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this place. After going to 2 other orthodontists for treatment due to relocation, Dr. Karim Salem is the ONE orthodontist that I can honestly and truly say is worth every single penny. His team is amazing. His customer service is superb and his work is phenomenal! The only thing I wish was that they had a location in the South Shore where I live (I recently moved) but going to him in Everett was worth it. I had braces for about 4 years total and the last 1.5 that I was receiving treatment from him was the best. When I went for the consultation, everything I was told was true down to the total amount of treatment time. They work with a LOT of insurances and they are very considerate of each patient’s situation. The staff and clinical staff is amazing as well. I never went in to an appointment scared of pain or in fear of what would happen. They are gentle, talk through everything, and they keep you well informed. As a model, fixing my teeth was imperative and I wanted someone I can trust that would give me that camera ready smile and HE DELIVERED! I can’t wait to do my next shoot with my new beautiful smile. Overall, this is the best orthodontist ever. If my children need braces, this will be first stop!
