Dr. Luu and staff has provided me with  dental care and have to say how please I am.  I just had a cleaning with Matthew and he was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing so I understood. He took time to make sure I was comfortable and if I had questions. I recommend Dr.Luu’s  Office because Dr.Luu, Matthew and staff are truly wonderful. What a great team.

I had a great visit with Dr. Luu! I’ve been lucky to have many friendly and welcoming dentists in my life, and I’m pretty sure Dr. Luu and his practice were the most friendly and welcoming. Everyone really cared about my experience and took time to explain what was going on. In the next room, I could hear snippets of a hygienist walking a young child through their visit and how to care for baby teeth! I loved my experience and am SO GLAD I found Dr. Luu

Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I had the worst anxiety going into the appointment to get a cavities filled and Dr. Luu and his staff made me feel so at ease and comfortable with no pain or discomfort even the days following appointment. Dr. Thuc Luu is a perfectionist in his field! His tender loving care is immaculate, and always ensure that a procedure is done exactly right. The quality of service is topnotch. My wife was also a patient, and she stated that he is mindful of your comfort level consistently. The staff are also caring, professional, and go out of their way to make your visit as pleasant as it could be. We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for our dental care but here. 5 stars and more! Thank you all for treating my wife and me with the utmost care and respect.

Ok so I am one of those people that is TERRIFIED to go to the dentist.  After going to a dentist in Discovery Bay for a horrible tooth ache, that I knew was probably going to be yanked instead of a root canal, and I was hurting! I came into to see Dr Luu and he was WONDERFUL, understanding, kind but very knowledgeable! Not to mention his state of the art equipment.  He pulled my tooth and I was feeling 90% better on day 2! Miracle for me lol! So know my husband and kids are all going to Fairview Dental and you should too!! ‍

Dr. Luu as well as his assistants, Tessa and Maria, consistently go above and beyond my expectations. They’re all clearly skilled and trained with engaging personalities to boot! Ana works the very busy front desk like a pro, and still takes the time to answer my endless billing questions with patience. She’s always friendly and accommodating with finding appointment times convenient with my schedule. The Fairview Dental team are top notch!

I been going to dental Fairview for over a year, I don’t like going to the dentist, but Dr Luu made feel very comfortable since the first time I went in, so here I am after a root canal, and all cavities taken care of, I want to thank Dr Luu for doing a great job! also it helps that he is got the right personal working there, Tessa is very polite and also shows she care about the patients, and I notice Maria too, it really helps when you have someone bilingual on your team. once again thank you Dr Luu and keep up the good work. sincerely Miguel Chetel.

My husband and I started going to this practice when it was called Dental Hub and ran by Charis Yatco…Now that it is Fairview Dental and ran my Thuc Luu…we are just as satisfied with the outcome of the new Dentist taking over the practice.  Dr Luu is a great dentist, always concerned with the patient and the needs of the patient.  He is kind and funny and makes you feel totally at ease.  Which is saying ALOT…since I am not a fan of any dentist.  We enjoy always going into see him and his staff.  I would recommend them to everyone!

He is friendly, painless, listens, advises – At this point, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. After 20 years (when my family dentist retired) I have finally found a dentist that I like. Going to the dentist has never been in my top 20 things to do, but Dr. Luu has changed my mind. The dentist is not in my top 10. LOL

I love Dr. Luu and his team of staff. After having an unsatisfactory experience with a DMD, Dr. Luu took us in right away, and provided exceptional service to my daughter who needed extractions. Mind you, my daughter is as stubborn as it gets. Not only was he patient, he was very professional and understanding of our situation. I’ve been coming to this office for a little over a year, all my daughters ages, 10, 7, and now 5 visit this office, and for my daughters to really appreciate his work, it really says something of his service. I had my wisdom tooth roots removed, as the top part broke off… it’s been like that for 8 month and the infection got really  bad. As it’s close to the brain n it hurt I could  wait to get insurance. I went in it was quick n painless n only cost 535… when I did have insurance I went to the referred specialist that wanted 3100 I saved about 2600. Happy with my experience I recommend them to everyone staff n doctor r professional and friendly

Great dentist and exceeds me expectations. It’s close to where I live so I usually go there. The facility is very clean and tidy and the staff are nice. The teeth cleaning is fairly quick and painless. They provide free coffee at the lobby and hand sanitizer and one of their chairs have massaging built into it. I would definitely come here again.

Today I had an emergency situation with my tooth. I cracked my tooth all the way to the nerve. I called Dr.Luu office and he took me in right away. Thank god for Dr.Luu and his staff. He took good care of me. I was in so much pain, and in tears it hurt so bad. He knew exactly what to do for me  and explained everything to the T and made me feel at ease. I would recommend Dr. Luu to anyone out there. He’s such a great and kind man if it wasn’t for him I don’t know what I would do. If you looking for good strong headed dentist please go to him.

Always kind, caring, gentle and a pleasant experience. I suffer from diabetes, osteoporosis and a nerve disease that makes me tremor, and this office is so understanding and works with me instead of getting annoyed when my body tremors. I’m very blessed to have found such a wonderful office.

I have been seeing Dr. Luu since 2015. This is the first dentist office that I have actually felt comfortable in. He corrected errors that other dentists have made with my teeth in the past, has taken out my wisdom teeth and is currently working on my implant. The process hasn’t been stressful or painful at all. This dentist is always happy to educate me. The entire staff walks me through everything step by step between procedures and insurance. The staff is very nice and always makes me feel comfortable, there is a real sense of family there. You can tell that they are caring,  trustworthy and most importantly clean! (they are very thorough in this area).They have a dental hygienist there that is impressive too, he taught me a lot about dental health. Great service, I highly recommend this office.

This is the best dentist we’ve ever had. Dr. Luu knows how to work with patients with Dentist phobias.  I didn’t think any dentist would be able to calm my brother down but Dr. Luu did his magic and was able to work with him and today my brother can’t thank him enough and for the first time in many years my brother is smiling. We moved to Brentwood almost two years ago, my brother still lives in SF but will travel from San Francisco for his appointments and will not miss one.  Dr.  Luu staff is the best ever they know you by name and make you feel like family.  I would recommend this Dentist to EVERYONE.  THE BEST DENTIST IN BRENTWOOD

I need to RAVE about the EXCELLENT care and experience I have had with Dr. Thuc Luu and his incredible staff! I have suffered from massive anxiety since I was a child when it came to dental visits. Dr. Luu and his entire staff make you feel completely calm and relaxed, especially with their personable, and caring bedside manner…and great sense of humor! Dr. Luu and Tess provided time for invaluable, informative patient teaching so that I was able to make an informed decision regarding procedures and treatment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR LUU AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF to care for you and your family!! Coming from someone who has always been petrified of the dentist, I can honestly say I look forward to my next visit! I came to discovery bay California from Yuma as to visit my sister during the month of September 2017. While shopping I happened to notice my tooth has chipped and at the time, there was no pain. Then shortly after during lunch, I felt a sharp pain. My sited decided to call her family dentist, thuc Lou even though it was a saterday and would be considered an emergency appointment. Her dentist told her to bring me right in and he would see what he could do. Right away I noticed there was a dentist patient trust with my sisters family and their dentist. He called her by name , as well as the staff as we entered the office. He remembered all of my nephews and their experiences in his office. He assured me throughout , I was going to be okay, knowing I had a sensitivity to dentistry. I felt I had to have been one of his hardest patients to deal with as my anxiety made each step harder for him to perform. It took 4 times to numb me just to start the procedure and as I said once before… It was a Saturday, and a walk in emergency. His patience was admirable and comforting my tooth was very stubborn and didn’t want to come out. He removed it without any distraction.kept reassuring me through many bouts of anxiety, and put it came. Iam very grateful to have been one of his patients.

Dr. Luu and his staff are the friendliest group of people I’ve ever met in one office – they have wonderful senses of humor, always remember what was going on with me during the last visit and ask about family, work, etc. Not being a fan of going to the dentist, this group makes it enjoyable. These are good people.
