Dr. Falabella has been my dentist for over a decade and I’ve never had a problem. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and makes me feel comfortable and educated with every decision I make with regard to my dental hygiene/health. His staff is also very friendly and welcoming. They are always more than willing to work with me and my schedule, so finding a time that works is never a problem. The office is also open one Saturday a month, which is really convenient when weekdays don’t work for me. All in all, this dental office is really great and it shows by how close the staff is. They talk to each other like family while also maintaining professionalism, creating a very welcoming environment for their patients.

Reviewing a dentist is tricky because who liked going to the dentist? I much rather be reviewing a restaurant or venue . But Dr. Falabella deserves a good review. I’ve been going for a couple of years for my routine check ups and cleaning and love this office. They are always friendly, make me feel very comfortable and have never ever tried selling me things I don’t need or offer pricey work that is unnecessary to me. I highly recommend Dr. Falabella!

I’ll review the doctor 5 stars. I never had to wait, my appointment was at a set time and I’d show up and they’d take me right away. The staff is friendly and pretty good at explaining the costs of everything. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 10 years so I needed a lot of work. I had 2 root canals, 2 crowns, four fillings and a deep cleaning done over the course of 6 months by Dr. Falabella. Sadly he will no longer be accepting my HMO so I must find another dentist. I’m pretty bummed about that but I planned on moving out of San Fernando next year so I probably would have had to switch dentists anyway.

I love Dr. Falabella and his staff! I have experienced many dentists, and he is the best of them all. When you walk into his office you are greeted by his warm and friendly employees. The office environment is comfortable and the dental technology is up to date. The exams are thorough and he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why. It is easy to schedule appointments and his receptionist, Sylvia makes sure we are seen immediately if there is an emergency. I can trust that if there are any financial charges, they are appropriate and very competitive. He has worked with my family members, which includes two tough customers, my husband and my 5 year-old grandchild and he came through with flying colors. I highly recommend him. He is a gem.

Dr. Falabella is extremely patient and understanding of people like myself who HATE going to the dentist. He always makes sure I’m not in pain, I’m comfortable, and listens to me when I need a break from the drilling in my mouth. I found his dentistry over 7 years ago on a referral from the Army and I have been coming to him ever since. Everyone there is extremely helpful.

I used to come here as a teen when I was under my dad’s insurance. Stuff changed, ( I moved) and I found myself going from dentist to dentist getting ripped off and getting procedures I didn’t actually need, it sounds dramatic but it’s the truth I’m still in debt over some bs. Anyway I gave them a call and again I found myself coming here. Everything is the same, the doctor is awesome and straight to the point he won’t bs u and won’t try to play funny games. The receptionist Maria and Beth are down to earth and easy to talk to. The dental hygienist is really good too I felt like I was getting a deep clean when I was only getting my standard 6 month cleaning. Bottom line with them I feel like loyalty means more than quick money. They will let you know what procedures you actually need and which ones can wait. Parking is really good I have never had a problem with parking I usually park right in front and walk about 5 feet 😉

Dr. Falabella is a great dentist who is skilled in his craft and supported by a great office team. Patient and thorough throughout the process, they made going to the dentist as easy as it can be – from payment options, to scheduling, to doing the actually mouth work. I’ve had similar work at previous places, and I was very happy with the quality of this doctor’s work. Having had to reschedule once (or twice) as well, I’m glad that they can be understanding and flexible when it comes to that too. I look forward to refining and retaining my smile with this team, as long as they stay accessible, flexible, and local to San Fernando. 😀

I love this place! I left my first LA dentist because they tried to charge my insurance for things they didn’t do (and still are) and had pretty old equipment and gross hygiene in my opinion. Dr. Falabella’s office was EXTREMELY nice and flexible with everything. They didn’t even charge me for my first x-rays because they said they “like to make sure they have good ones” which I thought was REALLY nice. They could have just said they require new x-rays and charged me anyways. Dr. Falabella himself is VERY nice and gentle but gets the job done. I was surprised at how fast I was in and out with 4 fillings. I love everyone here and this will definitely be my home dentist for a while!

This office is located in a little strip mall by the Metrolink station in San Fernando, and the sign says “I love my Dentist” or something like that. It can be a little confusing since it doesn’t have the Dr.’s name on the building. Dr. Falabella is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. He is friendly and takes time to explain any concerns he has. The staff is welcoming and professional, and it’s easy to get an appointment. They are even open one Saturday a month if you can’t get in during the week. I don’t live in Sylmar anymore, but I still drive 45 minutes just to get my teeth cleaned here.
