Dr. Hakakha has one of the best bed side manners, l have ever encountered. He is kind, patient, and a professional. I had to interview 20 dentists before l found him to talk care of my mother. He really understood my mothers trauma and worked through her scheduling. She was traveling back and forth from Long Beach to San Bernardino to care for an ailing relative. Now, my family is going to him one by one. Lol. I like the fact that he doesn’t fast talk, takes the time to go over your procedures, and doesn’t sedate you to the point you don’t know what going on. Dr . Firoz Hakakha has been my family’s dentist for couple of years now . I couldn’t be happier with him and his friendly staff. Love his new location . He moved two doors down to 1335 Long Beach blvd . His prices wore very reasonable. Went in todaY with out an appointment with a tooth ache. The staff took my insurance I was seated with in few minutes. Doctor was very friendly and explained why I had a tooth ache.

Very good dentist ! I needed my wisdom tooth extracted, and other places were charging a large amount of money, and one of my close friends recommended this office to me, and oh boy ! Am I glad I came here ! Dr. Hakakha got me right ! He got straight to the point, numbed me up and got the tooth out ! I was in and out very fast ! It only took a couple weeks for my gum to be fully healed ! And I paid 3 times less an oral surgeon was trying to charge me ! I definitely recommend coming here ! Very good work, and at a very good price ! You won’t regret coming to Dr. Hakakha !

Dr Hakakha has come to be my favorite dentist ever! He has such an uncanny ability to put you at ease and a light touch. I am so grateful to have come across this exceptional professional and human being. He is a perfectionist and cares as much about the outcome, as the patient (even moreso)!! I knew he was a George Mason graduate and expected nothing but the best…well HE DELIVERED and more! I traveled 3,000 miles to meet one of the best in the country (he is such a humble man- -don’t let the small office fool you)! Will continue to see him for my followup in the near future. It was worth it!! Guaranteed, YOU will not be disappointed! Thank you Dr. Firoz!!

If I could give Dr. Firoz 100 STARS I would! Let me tell you why. Yesterday, about 10 minutes before the 4th of July fireworks, I popped a caramel in my mouth which ripped my filling out down to the base. I’m not kidding when I say it was sensitive to the slightest wind. Remembering my friend who had recently gone to Family Dental Care and (thankfully) gave me their information, I called them – never dreaming in a million years they’d actually answer the phone (July 4th at 8pm, remember), but I thought at least I can get a callback when their office opens and hopefully schedule something within a few days. Of course, I thought ‘well I can’t chew anything in the meantime, but what are you gonna do?’ To my surprise, Dr. Firoz himself answered the phone and booked me for the next day. So here I am, less than 24 hours later with two teeth fixed. I’m generally terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Firoz was kind, gentle and super efficient. All the work was done perfectly in about two hours. Impressed yet? Just wait. I haven’t told you the kicker yet: the cost of a crown and a filling (including X-rays and wonderful customer service) was LESS than what I paid for a deep cleaning at Long Beach Smiles (with their bells whistles anaesthesia (?) and an astronomical estimate on a simple filling). So I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. No pain whatsoever here, in the procedure or in my wallet. Grateful beyond measure. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I had made an appt at a western dental office but after reading reviews i decided to cancel and came across this office. They had really good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. I called to make an appt and they told me I can come in without one that they also work on a first come first serve basis. I was there at opening time and walked out about an hour later with xrays exam and 2 extractions done. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dental office. The doctor is very kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. I recommend this dental office to anyone. WAY TO GO DR. HAKAKHA!!!! I’ll be seeing you soon

I just started going to this Dental office and I have to say that I was so nervous at first because of the cosmetic work I am getting done but the doctor is great and re-assures you that everything will be ok. I love that you can walk-in without appointment and that they close until 6. The wait time is very minimal which I think everyone can appreciate. I did a little research before my visit to this office and I read that Dr. Hakakha specializes in cosmetic dentistry which is exactly what I was looking for. So far my experience has been great.

This place doesn’t have the fanciest equipment, but they have what they need to do some amazing dental care! Pro’s and cons below summary- Summary- The main dentist literally walks around in between patients to make sure everyone is doing okay, really nice guy. The may not have all of the equipment I’m used to, but even in the nicest technological places I’ve been to they don’t do as good as a job as these guys. Pros They manually scrape plague (hard to find this surpringly) Yes they polish (standard) Customer service is amazing/friendly They take almost all insurance They aren’t just after your money Cons No suction (at least for cleans) No spray water (at least for cleans) Xrays are not instant digital (5-6 min developing time no biggie imo)

Oh. My. God. Despite laying here with 2 gaping bloody holes in my jaw, I am so grateful for Dr Firoz and his staff. I don’t have insurance, and they have the best rates. There was no one pressuring me to get anything done right away, and there was nothing that struck me as greedy at all about the way they run things. This place is really well run for only having the one dentist. I came in early for my extractions (and crown) and I swear the doc saw 5 other patients between my various waiting times. I was most worried about the teeth pulling, but of course they saved that for last. He was very calming and reassuring, even when I started wimping out when he started twisting my poor broken molar. The anesthetic also made it hard for me to open my jaw, but he was very patient and gentle. Cut to me driving home with a face stuffed full of cotton! The clinic is bare bones, nothing fancy, but for sure for sure they make up for it with the dentist himself. Now to get healed up and back to 100% eating capacity!

Today’s visit to the dental facility in Long beach could not have been better. I was referred to Dr. Firoz by a friend. I called yesterday to make an appointment. Got it right on. The receptionist was so polite and receptive. i went it at 9:00 am. I was inside at 9:02 am. How many Dr’s you go for any purposes and you had to wait for at least half an hour before you could be called to get inside? The x- rays were taken right away. The Dr. had four other patients. Every single one was taken care of either by himself or any other preliminary preparations by other skilled staff. X-rays, novocaine shots, and two fillings done, I was out  in one hour and 20 minutes. This was the most productive dental office anyone could ever go. Two thumbs up to Dr. Firoz and his staff. You definitely got a customer for life, including my wife and the children.
