Dr. Nouredine is the best and most caring dentist I have ever been to. I had never been there before and called because I was having really bad pain. I was excepting to get in sometime that week. The receptionist I spoke to was very nice and told me to come in straight away. When I got there the whole staff was very nice! I have never had major dental work done, and they walked me through it and made me feel very comfortable. I got a root canal, crown and a couple fillings. I’m happy I was able to get it all taken care of same day. GREAT experience. I highly recommend Family Dental Care. I finally found a dental office that I know will be going to for years to come.

Very friendly staff! Amazing work! I made the appointment same day and my expectations were exceeded, I was only going for a check-up but more than that was done and they even helped me with explaining my insurance coverage! Such a pleasant experience!

I am so blessed to have The most Professional dentist in Portland Oregon.In my last 48 years living here I have never found an office that is full of total compassion,patient focused and totally resolved to delight the patient. Dr Noorudine is one of the most gracious,super professional and kind hearted man. I refer everyone to only this practice.

Hadi has been my dentist since 1998. You couldn’t ask for a better guy to take care of your teeth. All of his staff are friendly and professional. I’ve watched as his business has expanded and he has remained the same great guy he was when I had first appointment. You see the same employees year after year so I’m guessing it’s a great place to work as well. Thanks Hadi and team for all you do!!!

I have been going to see Dr. Nouredine and his team for 5+years, after first being introduced through ObamaCare. I have continued to go back to him even after moving a couple hours away and on my own insurance. Dr. Nouredine was able to provide excellent service when other dentists I’ve consulted with said they couldn’t provide the service – he has gone out of his way to advocate for me and my needs. I’m so thankful for his team.

I’ve been going to Cherry Dental (aka Family Dental) for a couple of years now. My husband and my 6 year old also. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with has been beyond friendly and caring. When my daughter had her first dental cleaning she was, of course, very nervous and the doctor and RN were very patient and calm with her and got her participate. Today I got a permanent crown put in. I found out that my insurance only authorizes stainless steel crowns, which are not recommended for adults and are extremely subpar. My insurance apparently made an error and authorized a top of the line “ceramic something something” crown. The err wasn’t caught until I was in the chair ready to have it installed. The owner of the office actually decided to COMPLETELY COMP me on the difference in price!! Considering a stainless steel is $50 and the ceramic one is $1200, this is a highly substantial donation to me. I’ve never met this man before, and he’s treated me as if I was his family. I cannot tell you how amazed I am by his generosity. In this money loving day and age it’s not often someone would go to such lengths to guarantee his patient is happy, not out anything, and taken care of with top of the line treatment. I cannot express how appreciative I am of this man. And it helps that the whole office staff, from receptionist to nurses to doctors to owner, is warm, friendly and good at what they do.

Phenomenal experience! I usually have poor experiences at dental offices so i have been switching offices frequently, and i feel i have found a home here. Such an amazing staff, from the front desk, to the assistants, to the dentist himself, i feel every one of my needs were taken care of and catered too. I certainly felt like a priority and felt important. This is a dentist i definitely recommend to everyone!

I had to see Dr Hadi Nouredine because my previous dentist did not have qualication for further repair of my tooth. Dr. Nouredine has magic hands and have become his patient. I have done implants, crown, root canals, saved tons of money and very happy with quality of the jobs. You people should write review on the Doctor not for how long you wait for him. You have to wait at any medical office, get used to it.

I had an abscessed tooth that became very painful on a Saturday.  I was not able to contact my regular Dentist.  I was referred to Dr. Nouredine.  I called his Beaverton office and He was able to see me right away.  It turned out that I required a root canal and Dr. Nouredine performed this procedure pain free.  The root canal took less than two hours.  He and his staff could not have been more helpful or courteous.  I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Nouredine to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hadi Nouredine for about 3 years, and am always so surprised by the professionalism, organization, and friendly, great office staff. I love Dr. Nouredine, and I am not easily impressed!!! I have unfortunately chipped 3 teeth in the last year and a half, each time he made time for me immediately . . .and worked me in to get the crowns. As for wait time in the office, 10 to 15 minutes max! ALSO, I have a limited amount of insurance coverage and he has worked with me when I really needed a discounted crown! When he works me in, he hasn’t said anything . . .but I know he must be working through his lunch. Now, I saved the best for last! I admit I am a big baby when it comes to pain!!!!! You hardly feel the shots and have never felt any pain! Woohoo!!!! It was my lucky day when I found him! Thought it was about time to write a review! Moved my appointment up to accommodate what turned out to be an emergency. Was very thorough and explained in detail what would be needed and each step of treatment as he went along. The rest of the staff is comprised of great people. I’ve already recommended him to a friend who was looking for a dentist.

They were great, from all aspects, no waitings, staff were polite, doctor Norolldin was professional and confidence on his work, explaining the problem and processes, always smiling and caring, but not a fake one, its just his personality I would say. They were amazingly flexible on payment since I didn’t have an insurance and a job at that time. And he gave me almost 1/3 discount on the total price. Totally recommend

I have been to many dentists in my lifetime and the number of them I liked and continued with is less than four. I went to one dentist when I moved to Portland and had a bad experience. I was hesitant to try another one but was pleasantly surprised. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Hadi is genuine and explains everything. No pressure. Going to their office is not the typical dental experience. It’s more like visiting friends! Sarah T.

For the past year I’ve had toothache pain, with no insurance I learned how to suffer through it. I haven’t been able to chew anything on the right side of my mouth for a year as well. Almost six months ago I cracked a quarter of my back tooth on the left side. The pain this brought was 10x worse then just the toothache pain. What suck even more was the fact that I now had trouble chewing on the left side witch before was my only functional side. Well I finally was approved for OHP with the whole Covid-19 going on last week. So yesterday I was eating on my left side the best way I’ve adapted to do so. When another quarter piece of my broken left sided tooth broke again. When this happen I switch the food immediately to the right side of my mouth, bit down and broke a tooth on the right side in half but it stayed attached. The pain from this I can’t put into words. I’ve been shoot two different times and stabbed once none of that compared to the pain I’ve faced for the last 24 hours. I called 10 Dentist and everyone of them told me they couldn’t do nothing or wouldn’t do anything do to the Covid-19 pandemic. When I called Family Dental Care they immediately spoke with the doctor and had me in office in the chair with in 20mins of me calling. The wonderful staff and Dentist stayed late, since they where just about to leave, to make sure I not only have NO pain but also took the time to fill some of my teeth that needed it as well. For me this meant a lot and really touch me do to the fact of where I come from no one goes out of there way to help anyone. The Dentist nor his staff had any idea who I was more then a voice on the phone. But the care, comfort and professionalism that showed me really moved me to write this compelling review. I thank every wonderful heart and soul that works there and I want everyone to know that small business with staff like this is what really changes and forms a community and I’m truly honored to call them my families dental care forever!

Dr. Nouredine is by far the best dentist I have ever been to!! He is kind, friendly & more than knowledgeable!!! I have a fear of dentist’s from previous experiences but he has restored my faith & I won’t go anywhere else! He has his patients comfort & wallet in mind & will go out of his way to help you with both. Angie in the office is kind & always goes out of her way to work with me. His office staff are also top notch, helpful & kind. I even got a warm hug from my favorite gal(she knows who she is 🙂 She remembered me after I hadn’t been there in a several months. I almost look forward to coming here & that in its self speaks volumes! Make an appointment & see for yourself how awesome this team truly is. You won’t be disappointed I promise.

I just want to start off on how amazing this team is I had was in a lot of pain but had never been here before so I needed to fill out a new patient form thought it might take a while to get all done but that was not the case at all I only waited about ten minutes and I was already getting my x rays done within no time I found out I need a root canal and a lot of other things done so at this point my mind is racing because those are not cheap I explained I didn’t have the whole amount today and with Christmas right around the corner I just couldn’t afford it so Dr.Nouredine ended up waving the whole amount that my insurance didn’t cover he is truly a blessing and will only be coming here for myself and family from now on

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Hadi and his staff. I love Saturday appointments and the fact that I don’t wait very long once I arrive    All are very caring.  I have been terrified of dentists all my life from a childhood encounter with a bad dentist; however, Dr. Hadi makes me feel relaxed and puts me at ease.  The Dental hygienists are very skilled and are compassionate. The receptionists are very welcoming and friendly.  I have been to other dental offices throughout Oregon and Colorado and Family Dental Care is by far the best of the best.

Dr Hadi has been my family’s dentist for over a decade. My children grew up experiencing dental check ups at Family Dental Care, and they have always had pleasant, comfortable, and positive visits. Dr Hadi takes a proactive approach toward educating his patients on preventative dental hygiene. He and his entire staff are absolutely great; professional, polite, responsive, responsible, gentle, funny, and kind. I couldn’t imagine having a better experience anywhere else. I too am surprised by the complaints about wait times! I’ve been going to this clinic for years and I always have a near perfect experience, and never wait long. The clinic was remodeled this year and is gorgeous! Also has been taking on more staff so the clinic is better than ever. Dr. Nouredine is my favorite dentist, and I highly recommend him and his clinic. He is very professional and caring, and his work is amazing. I’ve never had an issue with any of my fillings, even the ones I’ve had done by him years ago.

I’m terrified of going to the dentist…..Dr. Nouredine has always made me feel comfortable. He’s always been available when I’ve had emergencies. Angie the office manager is a rockstar!!! She always remembers everyone’s names and knows their family members names too, you can tell she truly cares. Love this place

I’ve been going to Family Dental Care for almost 6 years now and have been very satisfied with the treatment I get there under the care of Dr. Hadi. The thing that I appreciated most at the beginning was how he does not try to sell you procedures nor does he pressure you into making an instant decision. He will explain to you what needs to be done as soon as possible and what can be treated later in the future. He shows pictures of your teeth that they take with this camera and shows you your cavities, cracks, broken fillings, etc. Sometimes I’ve had to wait past my appointment time before getting seated but there’s a wait in every busy doctor’s office, and there’s a reason why so many people are going to that doctor. I have referred family and friends to Dr. Hadi and like me, they’ve all had great experiences with him.
