I am so glad that I found Family Dental Care! Randall was the best dental hygienist that I have ever had. She was very careful and attentive, and there was no pain at all during my cleaning! The office provided me with lots of great information about dental treatments that I could receive in the future. Can’t wait to go back!

I am so thankful to Dr Sanchez and Dr Simons for helping me get my smile back. The entire office staff and dental assistants were so helpful, professional and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice.

This is my first time going to Dr. Simons’s office and I had a great experience with both Dr. Simons and his hygienist, Randall. The office is very clean and everyone was very friendly. Randall, the hygienist, was very thorough and gentle. She took her time to explain proper flossing and brushing techniques. Dr. Simon was also patient and knowledgeable. Definitely highly recommend this place!

I absolutely hated going to the dentist in the past but I love going back to Dr. Simons office each and every time! Everyone at the office is so nice and friendly. I love how they teach me how to have better oral hygiene by showing me the proper way to brush and floss. Randall is definitely the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is so patient and attentive. She always gives me great recommendations and advice! Covid-19 procedures are on point! The office is clean and everyone is wearing masks and PPE. I highly recommend going to Dr. Simons office.

Like most of the population, I absolutely hate going to the dentist but Dr. Simons and especially the hygienist, Randall made it a great experience. Randall is soooo personable and gave me so many tips on how to brush, floss etc. she answered all my questions with ease and humor. Thanks guys!

Great dentist and staff. Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t do anything you don’t need done to your teeth. I have been going here for a few years now and have never had any issues with anyone or anything I have had done. If your having a cleaning done ask for Randall. She is very good at cleaning teeth and one of the few people who have ever cleaned my teeth and I have felt almost no pain while she is cleaning them.

Dr. Simons and his staff always go above and beyond. The care you receive is 100%. The office is clean and newly redone. It looks fabulous. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. Randall is the best hygienist. She is so personable and great at conversation that you won’t even realize you are getting your teeth cleaned. Dr. Simons is gentle and really takes his time to listen to your concerns. Dr. Simons and his staff make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Dr. Simons is a consummate professional who has always taken my concerns in to consideration. His Receptionists and Dental Assistants are friendly and very accommodating. The dental Hygienist, Randall is amicable and knowledgeable. She immediately put me at ease as she took her time to explain the course of action I would need to take to improve the health of my teeth. I appreciate the competent and caring team…from the office staff that greets you as you enter to the dental Assistant and Hygienist. Dental appointments have never been my favorite but Dr. Simons empathetic manner (and his team) makes all the difference !

My experience here was awesome! The entire staff are very kind and friendly. I had a number of questions during my X-rays and teeth cleaning and Randall was so cool and patient with everything. I really appreciate her kindness and it’s going to help me big time. I’m looking forward to seeing her again in the next few months. Finally a dentist I can trust! Randall was fabulous, went in for just a cleaning left with a whole head of knowledge! I was shown the proper way to floss. How in my X years was I never taught how to correctly do this? Dr. Simon is also very kind, precise and attentive. Will be starting my Invisalign journey with this office and I can not wait to see the improvements! Highly recommend 10/10.

Without a doubt, one of the best dentist’s I’ve ever had! Unmatched courtesy by the staff and assistants, as well as Mr. Simons himself!! No pain during the entire procedure, he was always reassuring, always courteous, and very helpful. I’ve had cleanings, root canal, and cavities removed. Never a problem, saw me on emergency situations, and all procedures were done with the utmost of care! I would more than highly recommend him!!

I have nothing except wonderful things to say about Dr. Simons and his staff. They are so nice and professional. They take time to get to know their patients and treat you like family. They make sure that you are comfortable at all times during your exam. I have recommended Dr. Simons to everyone that I know.

I have been a patient of this office for many years. As a person who was always scared of the dentist, I had my reservations about any dentist. Dr. Simon has always been incredibly kind and warm, always putting my nerves at ease when I sit in this chair. After every visit he goes over everything with me, and makes me understand what needs to be done to each tooth. I’m no longer scared of the dentist, I look forward to seeing Dr. Simon. His hygienists are wonderful, especially Randell. She has taken so much time to talk to me about things I can do to improve my dental health, answers all my questions and even helps me pick the right products on amazon. She always had a smile on her face and is such a joy to listen to. She clearly loves dental health. Lastly, secretaries make or break an office. The women at the front desk are some of the nicest, most helpful and funniest ladies. I work full-time, and they always help me make an appointment that fits my schedule perfectly. Whenever I bring my children they are so welcoming and kind to them, even playing with them when I get a cleaning. I’ve known them for many years, and I am always very glad to get to chitchat with them before I see Dr. Simon. I drive 20 minutes to see him, and I will continue to do so until he retires, a long time from now I hope. I always recommend Dr. Simmons office to anyone looking for a new dentist. A+
