I’ve spent many years avoiding the dentist. I would go in for my appointment and come out feeling like I had been tortured. It would take me quite awhile to get up the nerve to go back. The staff and doctors at Family Dental Group are very thorough when explaining my treatment plan and the estimated cost of each treatment within the plan. My experience is the exact opposite of the worst review I read and I felt I just had to respond. Each and every single person that I’ve come into contact with in that clinic, were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and after several treatments I’ve never felt tortured. They have been direct and upfront about what needs to be done in order to correct the damage done to my teeth and gums because of my fear of going to the dentist all of these years. Thank you to everyone at Family Dental Group for taking most of the scary out of a trip to the dentist. The fact that I’ve actually had several treatments done and scheduled for more speaks volumes. I will definitely recommend you to others.

I’m terrified to go to the dentist, im usually in tears before I even get back into the room. But the team they have are amazing! I see Dr. White & he is incredibly patient, caring & gental. The assistants are equally as wonderful. They also make payment plans, which is so helpful. They really try hard to make things work for you. There isn’t enough wonderful things I could say about the team there. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!

First off, the professionalism demonstrated by the staff from the moment I entered the door till the time I left was awesome. Everyone I encountered was phenomenal, especially Nicole my periodontist. She was very pleasant and friendly, and very courteous in checking to make sure I was comfortable periodically during my procedure. The other thing I love most about this practice is the flexible times. They are always able to accommodate me after my work hours during the week, or on Saturday. I’m pretty confident I’ll be a patient for the foreseeable future!

I could tell you that they got me in extremely fast (within 2 hours of calling). I could tell you that they assessed the situation and gave me my options with a detailed explanation and the cost of the different procedures. I could tell you that they did all they could to make me as comfortable as possible. But what I will tell you is that by far this has been the best dentist office Ive ever been too. They were nothing less than awesome!

This is the nicest office I’ve ever been to. Everyone was really kind and polite. No one acted impatient when I asked questions, and they gave detailed answers that put me at ease. The office is nice and inviting looking and so are the exam/treatment rooms. The business hours are very convenient. Everything was explained really well; there weren’t any surprises about what was going on during my exam. I’m sensitive and it usually hurts when my teeth are cleaned or poked at, and they were attentive to that and weren’t rude or annoyed. I’ve only been to 2 other places in my whole life that were as wonderful as this one. An overall great office hard to find. I’d reccomend everyone to go to this place who asked where they should go.

First of all I’ve never received such great, friendly service ever at any doctor or dental office as I did here at this establishment especially from the front to the back. Blair the dental hygienist made me the most comfortable when it came to my deep clean he was very understanding and talked with the most gentle calming voice ever ensuring every step of the way I knew what was happening and knew what he was doing next I explained my fear of dental work and he assured me he was gonna take care of me and he did this will be me and my kids forever home when it comes to my dental work!

I am in town from out of state and don’t have dental insurance so I googled cash friendly dentists in the area. Family Dental Group popped up with a coupon for new patients and they even had Saturday hours. I did not have to wait past my appointment time and the Dentist was prompt in the exam room as well. He made me feel comfortable and I had confidence in his knowledge of options. I was also impressed with his honesty. It was a situation where I came in thinking I needed more work than I did, and he could have taken advantage of that. But instead he was honest, fair and even gave me a discount. The staff were all very helpful and sincere. They kept me well informed of what the prices would be beforehand, which is really important when you are paying cash without insurance. I would highly recommend this dentist and his staff.

Love Family Dental group in Flint, MI. Everyone in the office is absolutely amazing, from the moment you walk in they make you feel they care. They are all very professional. This is not the first orthodontist office I’ve been to, but it’s by far the best experience. I also take my kids here and as a mother of toddlers I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am for the patience they had with my kids. I never have to wait too long. I definitely recommend them.

I was in horrible pain this past weekend with an abcessed tooth, and the staff worked me in on a Saturday. Everyone was so nice, compassionate, and accommodating. The following Monday, the dentist extracted my tooth, and by evening, I was pain free. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for a new dentist!!
